The room was clean, but the public areas were not well maintained especially the elevator was very dirty.

When we opened the door the unit smelled very musty throughout. There was no room freshener anywhere. The old AC units were very loud. The unit in the sitting area could not be adjusted, it was only on or off. We were stuck with only the loud unit next to the bed. The windows were shabby, poorly maintained and thus extremely difficult to open. It took my friend and I working together to get one open; the other was partially bent and hopeless. I ran the hot water for the shower on full for 15 minutes to get barely warm water. My friend did better by running the sink and the shower for 15 minutes but it never reached hot, just warm. The plastic transition strip between the carpet and the hard flooring stuck up into the air for at least 12 inches. Quite dangerous for potential falls. The coffee maker didn’t work at all, in any socket. We didn’t try to get a new one as we needed to be on our way. We got our morning coffee elsewhere

The Asian man that checked us in was very nice and polite. The rooms smelled old and funky, the room looked clean but felt dirty like i needed to wash my hands after touching anything. The shower in my room wouldnt engage so i needed to call the front, the phone in the room wouldnt work unless I picked it up and turned it on its side. The clerk came up and fiddled with the dongle that switches the faucet to the shower head and had to come back with WD40 to get it working.. I mean come on now. He was very nice about it.
