Best Western Plus Black Oak

Although a great location, staff helpful and friendly, breakfast discount was much appreciated and helpful. The property itself is antiquated can use some TLC in all areas. However with that said we would stay again. Rooms are dated but clean a little bit on the small side. Air conditioners are old but work, furniture is old but again rooms are clean. Ice machines work, vending machine as well. So I am a fan of Best Western so yes we will be back

Pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the brand. No breakfast, but a quiet night.

All good. Except there were no door hangers asking for privacy. Housekeep knocked three times in a 20 min period, though we said no to cleaning the room.

Lots of thoughtful amenities. I like the breakfast coupons, cappuccino machine in the lobby and great location.

The room was very comfortable in bed was great the air conditioning worked and was not too loud loved it.
