Beautiful property, great location. Just need to redo the spa/jaccuzzi, it is flaking on the finish and it leaves little rocks in all your crevices!

The kidney-shaped pool was very clean and had three cabanas, hot tub, and several tables, chairs and lounges. Our 2- night stay was from a Monday to Wednesday. Great location across the street from the town square. Complimentary wine tasting was limited but located at Piccilo's (next door) at the nice top floor outside deck with views. Quiet room in building 7, except for 7:00am garbage truck. We would definately stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and clean with nice amenities. We loved our balcony with lots of space to lounge and sip our wine overlooking the gardens. The mattress was really nice, I’m now keeping a list of places I won’t stay because of uncomfortable beds, but this one was wonderful. The grounds are well kept and relaxing to walk around. There is a bar/lounge onsite that is hands down the best in downtown! There is also a restaurant which was good and a cafe for breakfast that we ordered from and had in our room, also very good. I love that the pool/spa are accessible late so we were able to enjoy the spa after dinner. It’s in a perfect location downtown and you can walk to many restaurants, bars and shops. We parked our car and didn’t get back in it until it was time for us to leave Paso. I will definitely be coming back to Paso Robles inn.

The grounds are very cute and the room is designed very well! The pool area, although small, was very nice and clean, especially with the cabanas. I also love that there’s access to e-bikes as well as fire pits in the evenings. But my favorite thing about this place is the distance to aplenty restaurants because it’s right in the heart of Downtown Paso. Some other things I enjoyed: the The only things that could have improved our stay was that the bed was a little uncomfortable. The edges slanted downward so my husband and I felt it was a bit awkward. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower could have been better.

Paso Robles Inn is a "solid" stay. It\'s not extravagant, but very nice. Rooms are on the smaller size but clean and comfortable. It\'s quiet and safe. Staff is extremely nice. Access to walkable dining is a huge plus. Onsite bar and restaurant have been renovated and are again, very nice, good food, great staff, good drinks, great selections.

This historic, beautiful hotel, is ideally located across the street from the town square park. It has nice grounds, pool, and hot tub. Having a gas fireplace in the room is an added bonus! Everything you need, restaurants, bars, retail, all in easy access, and short walking distance.

Okay Paso Robles Inn. The new parking system stinks. While I don’t appreciate a secret parking add-on, at least let me pay for it with the room charge. The scan-n-pay website is terrible. No Apple Pay, can’t prepay for multiple nights, no option to extend my stay. It was terrible. Also, I miss the hot tubs.

Love the location, the steakhouse was great, property was beautiful. Pool and jacuzzi was nice. Pool and regular room needs a bit of upkeep but nothing major. Best part was the shuttle right out front that takes you to the Mid state fair.

Great downtown Paso location for shopping and city services. Nice grounds small quiet pool. The room decor was very dated and the carpet was filthy with stains all over the room which gave a dirty feel although the room itself was clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. For the price I don’t intend upon returning and will give other accommodations in the area a try.

Staff was great and restaurant and lounge were really good. We were annoyed that our room missed being cleaned and toilet was dirty when we first came in so unfortunately that kind of turned us off. The place is not bad but I think overpriced for what it is

Great place horrible customer service at the front desk. They go missing and don’t answer the phone. We arrive and got to our room to find it at 81 degrees in side and the air conditioning struggling to work. The bathroom was showing signs that no one cleaned the sinks. We found out that sewage was backing up into the bathroom. We requested a new room and made the move. We are in our new room about 1 hour and the noise from above is incredible loud from the kids above and we couldn’t sleep. I called the front desk twice and no answer from them. I walk to the front desk and no one is there. I ask an employee at the restaurant to help me find the staff finally someone comes out. I informed them of the problem that we’re having in our room with the noise above and ask if they can address the noise complaint they just said all that they can do is move us. By this time moving twice, I’m not moving again and we canceled our room and left. I did receive a call from the manager apologizing and letting us know that they would credit us back for the two nights. We were only there for a few hours, but not a great experience in not having the staff there gave me no confidence that it would improve. I will never book this place or recommend it.

Paso Robles Inn is absolutely lovely! The room, common areas, restaurants and grounds are extremely well-kept, clean and beautiful. The staff are all very helpful, pleasant and professional. We would absolutely stay again in the future.

The grounds are nicely maintained and service good. Our room was very small, stained carpets, there was a lot of dust on shelves and tops of fixtures (tv, coffee maker). I have stayed at this property many times and only a couple times booked through third party platforms. Those times seem to be when we have received a poorly maintained older room.

The hotel is walking distance to food, park, entertainment and wine tastings. There is plenty of parking and was conveniently near our room. We had kcups for coffee and water bottles. The only complaint’s I have was the bed & pillow were hard and uncomfortable. There was some areas that needed some cleaning. Ex. Bathroom wall & door. I wish there was a nightlight for night trips to the bathroom. Also, the room walls are very thin and I heard my neighbors conversation’s every night. Interesting. Lol!

Everything was great except the noisy air conditioner. It would come on for 30 seconds go off for two minutes all night long. Consequently, I did not sleep well. It was an old style wall air conditioner and I wonder if some of the other rooms had been updated with the newer non-duct kind of air conditioner. If you choose to stay here, ask what kind of air conditioning is in your room. I would stay there again if I knew the room didn’t have that kind of air conditioning.

The Inn doesn't look super impressive from the outside but the entire property is really pretty and well done. The room and bathroom were beautiful with a lovely balcony. Would highly reccomend.

The AC was not working in the room. I had to call twice and visit the front desk before they did anything about it. They had to move us into another room to their sister hotel so that was nice. I’ve stayed there three times and two out of three times the AC did not work. So disappointing.

The hotel grounds are very nice and you can't dispute the great location (close to dining and tasting rooms). The rooms are small, the walls paper thin (you could hear the conversations from adjacent rooms). The bathtub was deep if you like baths but treacherous getting in and out. The water pressure was absurd so even when I decided on a bath I didn't have the patience to wait for it to fill. The hotel grounds are very nice and you can't dispute the great location (close to dining and tasting rooms). The water pressure was absurd so even when I decided on a bath I didn't have the patience to wait for it to fill. Property is conveniently located to the Square. The rooms are sparsely furnished and small. It had room for a dresser but that was lacking. It had about 7 hangars which is not enough for two people. It did have end tables at each end of the bed to hold the lamps. The bathroom was very small and did not have hooks to hold the bath towels but had one towel bar across the shower. The coffee shop was under "remodel" and it only served coffee but you can get a full breakfast at the Steakhouse restaurant.

Enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and clean with nice amenities. We loved our balcony with lots of space to lounge and sip our wine overlooking the gardens. The mattress was really nice, I’m now keeping a list of places I won’t stay because of uncomfortable beds, but this one was wonderful. The grounds are well kept and relaxing to walk around. There is a bar/lounge onsite that is hands down the best in downtown! There is also a restaurant which was good and a cafe for breakfast that we ordered from and had in our room, also very good. I love that the pool/spa are accessible late so we were able to enjoy the spa after dinner. It’s in a perfect location downtown and you can walk to many restaurants, bars and shops. We parked our car and didn’t get back in it until it was time for us to leave Paso. I will definitely be coming back to Paso Robles inn.

The grounds are very cute and the room is designed very well! The pool area, although small, was very nice and clean, especially with the cabanas. I also love that there’s access to e-bikes as well as fire pits in the evenings. But my favorite thing about this place is the distance to aplenty restaurants because it’s right in the heart of Downtown Paso. Some other things I enjoyed: the The only things that could have improved our stay was that the bed was a little uncomfortable. The edges slanted downward so my husband and I felt it was a bit awkward. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower could have been better.

This is our second stay at Paso Robles Inn and we always get a room with the private mineral spa hot tub. Very clean, great fireplace which is the heater, and beautiful view of the garden. Perfect room for a romantic weekend as we celebrated our engagement. The Paso Inn staff were very attentive and even sent us a complimentary bottle of wine with a written card congratulating us on our engagement. The new bar/lounge is such a nice addition with good cocktails and apps. The Inn location is icing on the cake as there is so much to do within walking distance. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!!

Room, #101, was fab & perfect for us. We spent 3 wonderful nights. The first night we ate at the Cattlemen’s Lounge. The second at il Cortile & the 3rd at Le Petite Canaille. The resort amenities are fab. However the young folk manning the front desk need significant retraining. The first night the front staff knew 1. nothing about the Cattlemen’s Lounge restaurant menu; 2. that there was an elevator to the 2nd floor. Finally, I never had any replies to the texts I sent to office.

We were extremely grateful for the upgrade as i had recently had surgery and spent a lot of time in the room. The valet who helped my husband with our luggage, bicycles and parking was the best. We look forward to staying again as we visit Paso Robles several times a year!

Reception team:1/5 for many reasons. When checking out beware of others charging meals to your room. Room was not ready for 4pm checkin and did not get into room for 11/2 hrs Facilities excellent. Location: excellent. Bar: excellent. Did not use restaurant. Will return as prior 3 stays were great.

The grounds of the hotel were very nice. This was actually our second time here. We stayed again because of the location. The staff at the lounge upstairs was amazing. The steakhouse restaurant served breakfast and the breakfast was good and the service was also good. However for us customer service is extremely important especially when the first impression is who you talk to when you first get to the hotel. The experience with the front desk was not great. My husband called to see if he could pay to have either a bottle of wine, a card, anything put in the room since it was my birthday. The lady that answered was rude she told him they couldn’t do anything since he didn’t call at least 2 days before. He asked to speak to a manager and they said someone would call him back. No one called back. My husband called again and they put him on hold for almost 15 min. So he hung up and gave up. I had also called myself 2 days before and even asked when we checked in if our complimentary wine from Expedia was in the room. Both times they said yes and when we went into the room it was not there. When we are spending the time and money to come there, service like this isn’t ok. There are many options in Paso for hotels and unfortunately because of this we will stay somewhere else next time. We go to Paso twice a year.

Great place horrible customer service at the front desk. They go missing and don’t answer the phone. We arrive and got to our room to find it at 81 degrees in side and the air conditioning struggling to work. The bathroom was showing signs that no one cleaned the sinks. We found out that sewage was backing up into the bathroom. We requested a new room and made the move. We are in our new room about 1 hour and the noise from above is incredible loud from the kids above and we couldn’t sleep. I called the front desk twice and no answer from them. I walk to the front desk and no one is there. I ask an employee at the restaurant to help me find the staff finally someone comes out. I informed them of the problem that we’re having in our room with the noise above and ask if they can address the noise complaint they just said all that they can do is move us. By this time moving twice, I’m not moving again and we canceled our room and left. I did receive a call from the manager apologizing and letting us know that they would credit us back for the two nights. We were only there for a few hours, but not a great experience in not having the staff there gave me no confidence that it would improve. I will never book this place or recommend it.

The kidney-shaped pool was very clean and had three cabanas, hot tub, and several tables, chairs and lounges. Our 2- night stay was from a Monday to Wednesday. Great location across the street from the town square. Complimentary wine tasting was limited but located at Piccilo's (next door) at the nice top floor outside deck with views. Quiet room in building 7, except for 7:00am garbage truck. We would definately stay here again.

Front desk inadequate for the young girl that helped me, or didn’t… Food, 55.00 filet not cooked to my request, wife’s was good besides many bones in the salmon. My friends that came with us 1st room was major issues, they moved them then and people above them was out of control noise and the property managers would not speak to them. Quaint little room and beautiful property. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with breakfast. We were told there was a continental breakfast upstairs. When we arrived at 10:30, there were only scraps or egss, etc. Very little fruit, cold, hard danishes... The attendant was in mandatory training and didn't pop out until we were ready to leave. Then we were presented with a $50 bill and had to leave a tip! FOR WHAT?!?!? We will never do that again! Most hotels give a complimentary continental breakfast, but $50 is outrageous! We could have gone to a restaurant and had a real brunch for that!
