Terrible staff. Ignorant incompetent lying and then rude when called out in their mistakes. I’d never stay here again and recommend to everyone don’t give these kinds of people your hard earned cash. They don’t care about you, your situation or how the mistakes they make effect you

As far as a budget stay is concerned, this was pretty top-notch. The rooms are very well appointed and rather large with modern decor. There was one small nitpick and one large nitpick I had. The small nitpick was the bedside nightstand table had a glass top where the very edge of the corners was not quite clean, and there is a shelf below that that was not cleaned at all. That was not why I knocked it a star. I knocked it a star because the water pressure in the shower was abysmal. I literally think they were less water coming out of the shower head than there was out of the main sink faucet. I know these are water saving times but the flow was ridiculous. It was quite literally like that Seinfeld episode. Other than that, the TV was great, they're the great gaering area in the lobby. They had snacks and drinks for sale. However, the parking charge was 25% of the price of the room. That is nickel and diming. I don't appreciate that. I got charged $30 a da

We reserved a room for family from out of town for 5 nights and were very embarrassed by the treatment they received. When they asked staff for housekeeping service after 3 nights/2 days without any, they were told no one could do that. When they then asked for fresh towels, they were told “Sorry, they’re in the wash.” Someone would empty their baskets, but that was it. Huh? We paid quite a bit for them to stay there and this is certainly not the experience we wanted them to have and is not befitting a 3-star hotel. We will never have guests stay there again.
