Will not stay here again. Great easy location and good room layout with kitchen. Great outdoor fire pit area. However the bathroom was not clean. Hair on towels and left over cleaning pads left in corner of shower behind the curtain. Hot tub was not working and nobody said a word. Not at check in and no signs posted at all!

The room was very roomy and clean. Nice fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Very disappointed in the jacuzzi. It was only 80 degrees. We asked if it could be turned up and they said it was being fixed that day. We only stayed there because they said they had a working jacuzzi. Should have double checked it before we checked in I guess.

The washer was down at the time but the was a Courtyard by Marriott in the parking look adjacent to our hotel. We were t to use the laundry and gym facility. We needed the additional room in the suite. two rooms, two bathrooms, living room space and kitchen to add. It was perfect for a family of five two girls (13 and 9) and a little boy (22months) They did charge for parking which I didn’t expect and for it to by not located in the downtown of a city. There wasn’t any house keeping on the Saturday or Sunday to clean/vacuum the room.

Clean and equipped for home like stay. I would avoid the indoor pool area as the chlorine levels were so high, it burnt my eyes going to the inside as there isn't much ventilation. The pull-out couch is a no go as the mattress is very worn and you can fill the springs :) . The food is just okay; lots of sausages and biscuits cereal, packaged muffins. OJ very watery. Location is good and we had an ant issue in our kitchen which kept us from using it.

Rooms smells like old cigarettes and the room was dirty had food left under one of the night stands will never stay here again! Plus they changed you for parking witch I don’t care but they never told me about it just got a bill and on top of everything I booked a 1bed room paid the extra money for it and they down grade me to a Studio and we had 4 of us in one bedroom and they keep my money!

We requested to staff and at the lobby to have the room cleaned and make beds, we were there for 8 nights and paid $1,500, they NEVER cleaned the room, not even took the trash out. TERRIBLE. We told them DAILY, and nothing.

Great location, easy parking, great room for myself, husband & baby. However we did notice that after our daughter had been crawling on the carpet, her feet were FILTHY. We had to wash her hands & feet repeatedly because there’s no keeping her confined now that she’s mobile. The carpet could definitely use a thorough shampooing, other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful and first-class front desk service. Not happy about the ridiculous $12 a day parking not the normal these days. I travel on business weekly in different hotels on the west coast and this is the first time this year I was charged. Also, it was a 2-night stay. Room was not cleaned. I was not offered if I wished to have it cleaned or informed that it would not be. This is a post covid trick to not pay housekeeping. By suggesting that there are not enough employees to service the rooms.

So noisy next to I 80. The lights from the highway disrupted sleep. The air flow wasn’t great. The couch bed was super squeaky and not comfortable at all. Would not stay here again.

Nice to have a kitchen and included breakfast. The gym next door is very nice. Several things in the room don’t work: lamps, coffee pot, and the fold out bed is completely worn out.

It was so convenient staying at the Residence Inn. We had a very late check in and we were greeted by someone with a big smile and welcoming attitude. We appreciated the "welcome bags" with water and a snacks! The room was ample, comfortable, clean, and comfortable - I could have stayed there for a week if I needed to! I would definitely stay there again and I recommend it.

Nice hotel. But hotel staff is terrible. I was charged for parking which I wasn’t informed of. when I asked they told me to look on the website and hung up. I called back asked for a manager because that was inappropriate they hung up again. The charge wasn't a big deal. But I asked about charges on cc they said incidentals not parking. I would of paid cash. The staff was the most disrespectful i have ever dealt with. I expected better from the Mariott.

It was so convenient staying at the Residence Inn. We had a very late check in and we were greeted by someone with a big smile and welcoming attitude. At check-in, I was greeted and helped by Rebecca. She gave me the keycard to my room. When we got to the room, the keycard didn't work. I went back up to the front desk and spoke with Rebecca. She gave me another keycard. As I walked away, she volunteered to come with me to make sure the key worked properly. Again, the keycard failed. Rather than us having a problem later on, she gave us another room and made certain the keycard worked properly. Although we were happy with the cleanliness and the condition of the room and the property, we were impressed with Rebecca. She was professional, patient, courteous and friendly. That alone made our stay pleasant. Kudos to Rebecca

The place was convenient. Close to the hospital. But, I won't be staying here again. It was pouring rain, I was exhausted from a long trip and visiting my dad at the hospital. At check-in I was given the wrong room twice. I walked in on someone in their room. The second time the door had the latch locking the door preventing me from getting in. I had to go down to the lobby twice carrying my food and luggage. All I wanted was my room to crash. The room I stayed in, the deadbolt didn't lock. I'm out!

The place is central to all the shopping malls, grocery stores, and family water parks/ golfland. The facility is also clean and has a great indoor pool to escape the heat. I would highly recommend this place if you are planning a trip out to Sacramento

This is a wonderful hotel. Very comfortable room, everything you need and extremely quiet. Hotel is tucked away in a quiet area. Everything was clean and inviting. From the parking lot to the room, NO COMPLAINTS! Love the layout of the room, very comfortable bed and lots of pillows. We did not try the breakfast so can't comment on that. Such an enjoyable stay, we plan to return someday!

My son was taking a big exam for two days. I was relieved that we could choose Roseville over staying in San Francisco. The hotel is near gas stations, food, shopping and the test site. It was quiet and I loved having two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

We liked this location due to its proximity to the water park and Galleria Mall. It is a little used but clean. Our biggest frustration was the lock on our door. They have a manuel deadbolt lock setting and if it’s on, the door will not shut or open correctly.

Nice hotel and room. Navigating the parking lot to exit onto a main road is a little tricky as the hotel is located in an odd spot, but the hotel and room was very nice with friendly staff.

Overall, great stay. Staff was extremely nice. The one who mostly helped us throughout our stay was, Derek/Derrick (idk properly spelling of his name), he was SO accommodating and helpful; as the rest of the staff was as well. Kyle was also another person who helped us and is great as well! Our room was spacious, TVs worked well, water pressure in the shower was good and appliances worked well! The room could use a couple more pillows when using the pull out. Breakfast was really good. Always stayed stocked and good choices. Hot and continental breakfast served. The pool is on the smaller side, but was good. Jacuzzi was nice and warm Parking gets a little tough at night due to limited spots. Warning: additional cost when parking in the Marriott parking lot. Lots of food options in the surrounding area. Target is also open 10 min away. Water park is less than 2 min away. Super convenient location and right by the freeway. Would 100% stay here again. Family friendly for sure. Thank you to the staff (especially Derek, he’s a wonderful asset to the Marriott team! )

My family and I stayed at this hotel twice and we love it. My kids enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. Staff were nice. Hotel was clean and breakfast was standard with a good variety. It was great for a 2 nights trip. One star off for pool towels not being consistent in sizes. When the towels ran out, we made a call for more towels and they brought in towels slightly bigger than hand towels.
