Our stay here was perfect! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub areas. We took advantage of the pool menu to eat dinner while we relaxed after a day of wine tasting. Our bed was comfortable. The room layout was great! The bathroom area was a little tight, but was very modern and clean. The location was perfect for exercise loving the area! Our only complaint would be that the stairs to our room were wobbly and seemed unsafe for elderly guests (like us). We left feeling very relaxed and would definitely return!

Great staff, amazing location. Easy parking. Decent gym. Beautiful grounds. Nice firepits near lobby. Great communications from staff (e.g. texting to ask about questions). Helpful shuttle! Only thing is when the heat kicks on it makes a clicking noise so maybe wear earplugs to sleep but otherwise room was great.

We loved our stay here. Beautiful and quiet property. Very convenient to a lot of wineries and food options. Loved having the hotel shuttle as well. We would definitely recommend to others vacationing in the area!

Loved the location, loved the hot tub over looking the vineyard spent lots of time in it. The room was nice, the house keeping could use a little self motivation, they left dirty glasses and room service trays in the room. Very beautiful grounds and staff. We will stay there again...

Room large but outdated, carpet not clean, hair in the shower drain. Charged for dog w/o promised amenities. No pool service, had to go to bar get drinks. Also 2 days got the last towels for the pool. Service mediocre. Very expensive for level of service and quality of property. Stayed there because it was convenient and close to my event and takes dogs.

It's a nice hotel, but when we arrive the bed sheet wasn't clean, and the bed smelled dutty. It looked like the bedroom Wasn't cleaned. I was really disappointed.

Huge rat came into the dining room during our dinner. Staff just watched and did nothing. The restrooms in the bar/restaurant were disgusting. Management had no follow up to our concerns. Nice property, but management fails to set a standard. For being an over-priced stay and dinner, these lapses are just disappointing. We come to Napa annually for over 20 years and will never stay at this place again.

Absolutely beautiful grounds! The room was very clean and the fireplace was amazing. My favorite was the porch overlooking the vineyards. We had dinner at the hotel, which was delicious and breakfast as well which was even better. Would definitely highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful place! My only complaint is about the bathroom. It was good sized with plenty of empty wall space where they need to install more towel bars. There is only one and it is broken. Two people were in the room and only the space to hang one towel after it was used. There was no where to place a towel near the shower so you had to walk down to the one towel bar to grab one. Then the staff would come in the room to clean and fold the towels so two would fit on the bar and they would still be wet when we got back. Also no place to hang a hand towel so the vanity was cluttered with that.

Overall we liked our stay. Property was well situated and amenities on site were wonderful. However we spent some time at the adult only pool and it was littered with half eaten food, empty cups and used towels. Likewise there were several empty wine glasses in the shrubbery by the walkway to our rooms which remained there for the duration of our stay. The rooms were well appointed, a/c was fabulous given it was 98 degrees outside and the bottle of wine was a nice touch. They are a little dated however and we expected a few more high end touches for the price we paid. We are breakfast at the Inn and it was delicious and plentiful. Location was ideal for easy access to local vineyards and St. Helena. We would stay again but perhaps when rates are a little more reflective of room conditions.

Beautiful spacious room with gorgeous view of the vineyards. We were obsessed with the oversized brick fireplace. Major medieval vibes. Wish breakfast was complementary. However, the complementary hotel shuttle made up for it.

We had room 202 and spent about $1000 on the room. Being my first time in Napa Valley and for one night only, I was very pleased with the value. The room was beautiful and spacious. We enjoy the private hot tub with our complimentary wine watching the sunset. The front desk (Jasmine) was awesome! She helped me quickly book 3 wine tastings at near by vineyards and had Sean take us and pick us up in the Inns SUV. The restaurant is a little pricey and takes a while to get dinner and breakfast. I also was surprised that you had to order your sides as an additional cost and nothing was included with entrees. I order the Filet and got only a Filet on my plate. The waiter didn’t explain that’s how they serve the dishes. The food was excellent though!

The Harvest Inn is a beautiful spot very close to the shopping in St. Helena. We stayed in a king suite that had plenty of room and a large bathroom with a double sink. be aware that if your suite is on the second floor there is no elevator. The only other comment is that the way this suite was set up it was important to be aware that you needed to duck when coming around the bed due to low eves.

Great property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is well located and has some great partner wineries! If you are in the fountain view room, you need a noise machine (provided by hotel) to sleep at night as the traffic on the road can be quite loud. Other than that, we highly recommend!

This was a girls trip For my daughter and myself. The property is very nice and the staff is perfectly lovely. That said, for the price - the rooms should be much much nicer. We were in room 123 and among other things - there was no place to sit and eat room service. No table and chair nothing but a desk. I’ve had nicer rooms at Residence Inn. The lighting outside our room was non existent so at night it was switch black. No ambient lighting and no porch light outside. The bedroom of this room is incredibly noisy with me woken up from 12:30-2am while guests in Room 128 took 90 minutes of showers. I’m attaching video of the noise. Absolutely insane level of noise from a surrounding room. The pull out bed was the worst bed my daughter has ever slept in. The squeaking and noise made it impossible to roll over or move without making a lot of noise. This was a terrible room. The pool is nice and same for the hot tub. Literally nobody ever checked on us one time while we spent 3 hours in the pool. We also had to go to the restaurant for ice. There was zero directions about finding anything. Room service was ok but extremely expensive.

My husband and I stayed at the Harvest Inn back in October. I initially booked this stay as it was a VIP partner with Expedia and as a VIP on Expedia I do try to stay at resorts that offer VIP perks upon staying. Upon checking in the first thing I thought was "The photos don't do this property justice" The property was very well kept and felt very relaxing upon entering the lobby. The woman at the front desk was able to upgrade our room to a Vineyard collection room and I was so happy she did because our room was one of my favorite parts of the resort. I do recommend booking one of the Vineyard Collection rooms. The view of the vineyards along with the hot tub makes for a relaxing time. The entire resort was very cozy but also gave the feel of luxury. The staff was helpful and polite everywhere we went. The food at the restaurant was amazing for both breakfast and dinner. My husband and I are retuning to Napa for my 30th birthday in February and already plan to stay at Harvest Inn again.

Overall good experience. Very nice and old architecture. With great vineyard view. Love the firewood bag in the room. Staff are friendly. The amenities at the lobby (water, coffee, etc) are not great. Quiet place. Bar closed early in NYE. A bit far from NAPA and we couldn’t get an Uber to SFO on New Year’s Day. But the front desk girl helped us a lot to get a taxi. Thank you very much !

Harvest Inn is very conveniently located in the midst of the wine area. It is a big property for Napa so there is space. The heated pool was a plus and we had a nice meal at the restaurant. The rooms were a good size and the complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch.

The grounds are beautiful being next to a vineyard and the yard with the beautiful tall trees. Only a mile from downtown. It is everything you would want with a wine country visit. Truly wonderful in all aspects.
