Charged a disabled person parking, then reversed the charges, then rewarded charges ($18) for the parking a day after leaving. Illegal to charge a handicapped plate for parking. Hotel staff need to be better for disabled veterans.

Got in after 9:30 p.m. due to flight delays, but the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Person at the desk even helped us with directions for somewhere we could eat late supper. The room was wonderfully spacious and clean. Had ZERO issues while there.
