Overall a great option. It was centrally located to many of the activities we visited for and the pool and central outdoor atrium with the waterfalls was a nice touch and made it feel like a nice retreat. Only thing we rated lower was the towels and that there were no hooks anywhere to hang towels or dry your bathing suit. Good option for the value.

AC was broken in one room / not hot water / rude evening staff/ locked out in parking lock when late return from going out had to walk around building to get in. broken Jacuzzi and Expedia or hotel didn't offer refund or anything. I booked last minute, hadn't had much options. So I took this place. Must say I'm surprised for the 7.4 score they got. I thought it was excellent. The room is clean and big and comfortable, have everything I needed, easy to get in and out of there, nice lobby with a bar. Pool and jacuzzi and balcony looking over. What else you need? . And the price was definitely fair.

I love this place, it's scenic with all the grottos, very spacious, huge property, lots of benches and sitting areas in the courtyard and grotto areas to enjoy piece of mind. Lots of elevators, the glass one is centrally located with a beautiful view from above. Affordable and not ridiculously over priced.

I was really impressed with the property, the staff, and the room itself. Booking online, you never know what you’re going to get. This property was over the top perfect for us. The room was incredibly spacious, the bathroom was super nice with the double sinks. The hot tub, we had to enjoy. We will 100% stay here again in the future.

The room always felt a damp muggy coolness even with the AC on. Room was ok clean but not great, found a long black hair in the bathroom when I checked in. The room was quiet, lobby was nice. The staff upon check-in and the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. I was not satisfied with my room. I felt that my room had been vacant for some time, as we found many bugs and the air conditioner filters had not been checked/cleaned for a long time. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, and only one wall unit for airflow in the room. The room was decent enough for the two night stay, but for this being a recent “renovation”, they must have neglected upgrades to the rooms.

Stayed for 6 days, not once was my room cleaned, I don’t mean linens change, I mean garbage been taken out. I saw cleaning staff passing by and just not entering my room despite the fact that I had a sing hanging on the door requesting cleaning. This caused my experience to be really bad, it is not a cheap hotel and my room was in terrible condition due to the lack of service. Front desk kept apologizing but nothing changed.

Walls are too thin, can hear every noise, but the room was nice. Wish it had a microwave in the room since it already had a frig. I think all hotelsshould come with both microwave and frig. I like the non check compared to 11 a.m. elsewhere.

Grounds are well maintained, rooms are updated, beds are great. Early check in fee was quite high. Map of grounds and elevators to various wings was confusing, I had to stop and ask for help several times. Although the grounds are pretty the room doors are exterior and heavy. Anytime someone comes or goes on your level you get a very loud slam booming into your room.

The room was nice and unexpected!! You can tell it is an older well maintained property and they are working on upgrading. The hotel grounds were beautiful and peaceful. Our balcony banister was super loose so we didn’t use it. Wither than that no complaints 😀 we will be booking with the hotel again!!

The staff at the Crowne Plaza were friendly, attentive, and attentive. The property itself was very clean, though extremely outdated in décor and amenities. Our room had a large slider to the patio, but unfortunately no screen or furniture outside, which made it feel underutilized and bare. When the air was not working at 11 pm it would have been easy to open the slider for a cool breeze but with no screen, we chose not to. Maintenance was at our door within minutes to fix. The TV wasn’t a smart TV, and parking came with an extra fee, which was a little disappointing. The location was decent. We enjoyed exercising around the property and loved that we could walk to Fashion Valley Mall so easily. The hotel gym was nicer than expected. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay with great service, just in need of some major modern updates and with the price per night these should be made.

Unfortunately, this stay was enough to never come back. And to reconsider IHG hotels. We were charged for a room that had a broken entry, and needed to wait twice for the locks to be fixed, as well as the balcony door. (See pictures). The walls were covered in sticky substances. We were told to wait one hour for the swamp cooler AC to work. While “dial 0” produced 5 minutes of ringing, The front desk took about 20 minutes to wait in line.

The front desk was so rude; I was trying to check in early. I brought my autistic daughter with me and explained her impatience, but they denied my request for an early check-in time. Despite my repeated calls to inquire about an early check-in, they only gave us an hour's notice and ignored my concerns. This hotel is terrible. I will not recommend it to anyone.

This is a great hotel but it's a bit odd, from the gate that reminded my wife of a prison gate, to the elevator you didn't know if it would get you to your floor to the fact that we never did find an ice machine on the property. It's just odd but the rooms are spacious and clean and the pool is great. And it's all about location and this hotel is in a great location. Staff was great at every turn. No complaints but it's an odd property for sure.

The hotel staff are friendly and professional. Restaurant in lobby area was really good. Made for a nice dinner after traveling all day. Mini market on location had a variety of snacks and water. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, the only issue for me was it was warm. I wasn’t able to adjust the AC. Otherwise great location for accessing the Zoo which was the reason for my trip.

When we first walked in the staff was so friendly! We were upgraded to a floor level room with a patio over looking the pool. Traveling with little kids can be so hard but this free upgrade made it extra special and easy. The room was clean, spacious and beds were cozy. The pool is nice and heated. Pool towel were available and nice size. The breakfast was so good and we got free vouchers signing up for a promotion they were doing. Parking is easy and convenient. The waterfall outside our door was a nice touch. 10/10 will be staying here again!!
