Stayed 2 nights

This place is like the projects, I stayed for 2 nights and both nights were fights, crackheads, people blasting music all day until 1am, random people screaming at 4am at the top of their lungs. And on top of everything they don’t even clean your room while you stay only when you leave. And they got no breakfast. I will never stay here again

This was probably the worst place I’ve ever stayed through booking with Hotels.com. The room was guaranteed for 3pm check in but they said no room were available. I waited until 4:30pm to check in. There was noise all night long from upstairs and people outside walking around the premises all night and early hours of the morning. It was so bad, we left there at 5am since we could not sleep and when we left there were still people randomly hanging around outside the rooms. I reported this and was told no refunds and sorry. Very disappointed,

Stayed 1 night

I'm a Single father and had my son and daughter with me. This was the worst Hotel I've ever stayed in. The hotel was full so there was no other rooms available, I asked. The room said it was a no smoking room and you could tell somebody had lived inside the room and smoked in it. It was filthy with green spit all over the roof, the bed was filthy, floors had bubble gum stuck to them. It was completely disgusting. Our television never worked, and after six phone calls to the office asking to get it fixed nothing ever happened. The response was sending someone there right now and it never happened. On top of it it looks like the hotel is housing drug addicts, The nightlife is pretty crazy in the parking lot. Complete horrible experience and I would never ever in a million years think about taking children there.

I came back to this hotel late and had to step over a drugged out homeless man to get to my room. I then got woken up by a couple fighting right outside my door. Didn’t feel safe. Do not recommend
