Great experience, room was clean. Felt safe and comfortable

It’s an old building.. they are old offices turned into hotel rooms.. the smell and the air conditioning made me not want to go ever again. But the bed arrangements made want my money back

Everything about the hotel was great. Nice staff and hotel was what we expected. Clean and what we needed. Would give it a 5 but gave it a four and it’s not even their fault. The location is just a big rough if you’re with kids and plan to walk. The city has let the homeless issue become a problem and the hotel pays the price for it.

I choose this hotel based on the reviews. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. On my first night, I called down to the bar to order food for pickup as they don’t offer room service. I was hung up on twice. I ended up going downstairs to order my food. The guy who helped me was nice, but the bartender who dropped off my food was rude. He basically threw my food at me. I ended up avoiding the bar after that. The actual room smelled musty and had stains in the bathroom. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. My back was not happy. On my last night, I heard a knock at my door at 3am. It was a man bringing a pillow that I never asked for. Turns out he had the wrong room. It’s safe to say that I will not be staying here again. The valet people were kind but $70/night seems a bit high.

Great room and friendly staff. I would definitely return.
