I wasn’t able to use bar or coffee it wasn’t opened till 5 and I had a show to go to I booked this place because it had a bar but it closed at 10pm and I got back late would of liked longer hours..the hallways were filthy but my room was great

the room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and easy to work with. Parking is pretty bad (very tight and limited) and there is only one very slow elevator in the main building. Location is just a few blocks from old town- walkable- but right up against the freeway, so no views to speak of.

Close to the train station and close to Old Town is a big plus! What I didn’t like is that there is no incentive to the bar. We were told when we arrived the hours of Happy Hour only to find out that there is no Happy Hour from the bartender. It was a quiet lonely bar area while we were there and we left to another establishment. Bring back a Happy Hour menu to include food beer and wine.

Unideal location Very few parking spaces, and it’s $30/night. No free breakfast, no room service. Pillow is uncomfortable and so thin Room is cramped No microwave in room. There is only one in the main lobby. Won’t recommend, won’t come back.

The property was very clean and well kept, parking was very limited though. The biggest issue was the noise, from the start we knew we’d hear the cars from the freeway which wasn’t our issue. Our issue was how much you could hear the neighbors next door, it was like any little sound went right into our room. The workout room is smaller than our room, and the dining options were limited to one small cafe downstairs, no room service apparently. Overall the hotel was clean and had great bedding.

This property charges to park your car. No Continental breakfast. Everthing is ala cart. Nice hotel down the street is cheaper and has breakfast and diesnt charge for parking. Will ho there next time.

Worst Marriott we have ever stayed at. The guy at the front desk was so rude when we checked in because my husband asked to use the bathroom we just drove 5 hours. The hallway where our room was disgusting. (The pictures of the carpet) The lady who worked at the restaurant part was super nice and helpful. We had to ask for clean towels and for them to take out trash we were there for 3 days. I asked where the washer and dryer was and the other guy at the front desk was rude about it. Not worth the stay we wish we would have stayed in a cheaper hotel not worth it the price at all. Lesson learned to book refundable rooms we would have left after the first night

The area of the hotel was a very nice area, very safe area, and the staff was very friendly. However, our experience with the hotel itself was not so good. It was a older hotel, not so modern. In the room we had experienced the tub filling up with water when you shower and the sink filling up when you turn the sink on to brush your teeth or wash your hands. The door leading into the bathroom,The handle was loose and shaky. We could hear people entering and exiting the main hallway door all throughout the night, since our room was right at the entryway. The heater made extremely loud noise throughout the night. It was a very unpleasant room stay.

Unbearable air conditioning noise. We have stayed at this location before with great experiences but this time was problematic. When got back to the room late at night and after getting ready for bed we turned the ac unit on and it started making an annoying clicking sound. We thought it would be better as it cooled down but never did. The temp was too balmy to be without the ac but after a few hours we couldn't sleep with the noise so we shut it down. It was uncomfortable all night long.

Stayed here for the first time and I don’t really have any complaints! This hotel was extremely clean and smelled clean. The workers were friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay again. The location is pretty safe. The only thing that I didn’t like was the parking was completely full when we got there and they have 2 parking garages. I think expanding parking would do them good, they were a busy place. Also if you need more support for your head, bring your own pillow. The bed was very comfortable though.

Close to many beautiful spots but not walkable for many. Service was average, the front was pretending I booked different size of room, she was quickly admitting the type of room was sold out and not available after I showed her what room I had booked. I get lower grade room instead and room was not ver clean.

I liked how close to Old Town it was. I did not like how even though check out time is noon, we already had housekeeping knock and then try to enter our room before we could even get to the door and it was barely after 9:00 a.m. Then we even put the do not disturb sign on the door but they were still back and knocking about 30 minutes later.

The stay was for my daughter who was stranded at the airport. The staff could not have been more accommodating. They not only got her checked in early, but she broke her side mirror in her car in the craziness of the day and they helped her fix it. The best hotel staff. I have ever encounter thank you

The TV reset and turned on really loud twice, waking me up for the day around 4am :( The front desk was annoyed and quickly hung up on me when I asked to be compensated. Also the bolt lock on my door was broken.

Property is clean and well maintained. Check in was easy and the women who checked me was great. Sadly when I returned from attending SD Jazz fest and needed an additional parking pass, unfortunately the girl who checked me in was just leaving. William the night clerk was just starting his shift was a complete jerk, no one else was in the lobby, he took his sweet time I asked if I could just get my pass as was exhausted, he told me he would not help me until I calmed down. No joke he walked away and left me in the lobby, when he returned he told be quit and listen to the parking policy. Please review the video and train your employees on common curtesy. William is very rude!!!

Staff was pleasant, room was ready early, easy, quick check-in and check-out. Room was spacious and accommodating for the 4 of us. Beds and linens were clean and cozy. Breakfast was surprisingly really good. Overall, the stay was excellent.

We stayed at the Wyndham garden the first night only to awaken with cockroaches all over during the night. We packed up at 0400 and made a reservation with you and it was perfect in our eyes. Thanks for having a bistro. We are working on an estate we unexpectedly had to face to a clean friendly hotel with a good bed and breakfast helped us a lot. We would definitely stay here again and will be making several trips to finish the business are hand. Thank you!
