Just fine - immaculate room, very comfy bed, good air con, excellent shower. A loud bumping sound from adjacent roof, but quieted down at bedtime. TV remote worked on and off. Beware the $37 parking fee. But overall, nice staff and a good night’s sleep.

Website was extremely deceptive. It shows outside dining & relaxing areas. It’s the reason I chose this hotel. There was none! Not even a bench anywhere. We were highly disappointed. Even the pool area was dirty and pathetic. It was our 35th anniversary & we had to go elsewhere for outside relaxation. The staff admitted the website pictures were outdated. Well then, Take Them Off! For a Hilton brand, it was very disappointing.

We stayed in a king bed room and it was not what I expected especially that it’s a Hilton hotel. The a/c didn’t work in the first room we were assigned and the employees were giving us a hard time to move us into a new room. They finally moved us and the a/c didn’t cool the room like it should. Also, the shower water kept going from hot to cold every few minutes which was very uncomfortable. We didn’t want to have to move into another room so we just dealt with all of this. To make things worse, we thought that the parking was complimentary because we’re Hilton honors members and it wasn’t. The spots were pretty tight too. Not happy with this experience.

Well it doesn’t live up to the Hilton name I heard dripping all night from the AC They didn’t check my room because I got out of the shower to dry my hair & no blow dryer I called concierge & she said it should be hanging in the closet so I checked again & moved the ironing board & someone’s dirty socks fell out! I was disgusted
