During our stay, the air conditioning quit working. The staff made arrangements for us to change rooms and took great care of us.

5 star Room service absolutely amazing!!! I wish they served it to you on plates but post Covid I get it everything is in Togo containers now. No biggie though. The hotel is connected to sea port village that was amazing to walk around and get some ice cream. We loved our stay and the view from the 7th floor was awesome looking into the bay!

The Resort is nice, well kept and has a friendly staff. I choose this hotel for the pool, amenities and location. I ensured it was a,”Dog Friendly”, resort experience prior to booking my stay. The drive is was ideal and checking in with easy with a considerate and a pro front desk. However, what it got to be cool with my very disciplined, SERVICE dog, the experience shifted horribly. I was harassed by one of their members of security, by the name of Ian. He approached me and my friends in such an uncomfortable manner. His approached to me as I’m calmly laying by the pool along with my little 8 pound senior pup. She is calm and resting next to me, with her little chin down. Ian, who was accompanied by a second security person was behind him asked that my pup be removed and/ or continue to move at all time. I explained that my, senior, SERVICE dog has a heart condition is in an activated thought away from the PAUL and Connolly and quietly right next to me. Furthermore, explain that I did book my stay at that hotel because they advertise as dog friendly and from the moment we have stepped in our greeting was polite and welcoming. Is that him know we were there to enjoy a few hours for the evening gypsies Alex to continue to have a nice time. He disregarded everything I said, and proceeded to enforce that I removed myself and my helpless little dog. He was rude, aggressive, and it was clear that he wanted to intimidate me.
