The property was well maintained the room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very polite . Parking was good and was an easy access to the entrance . But this is what you would expect from a Hilton property.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for a surprise bday trip. When we first got there we were greeted so kindly and was told our room was not ready but we could leave our bags. We got a call about 2 hours later our room was ready. We got there and a got out bags. Headed to the room and it was a bit beat up. Walls and furniture all had scratches on it. Put curtains had some red splattered stuff on one of the panels. Beds were comfortable and the TV was huge so that was nice. Breakfast was good both morning and I enjoyed the gym. Pool was very nice. Overall it was a nice stay for a quick trip to San Diego.

Check in there was a major issue with the key cards. It took us nearly 2 hours to get key cards that would open a room, we ended up getting switched to a couple different rooms while they tested keys out. Overall though the experience was great. Breakfast was huge and yummy.

Rooms need to be renovated. Front desk staff always busy and every time you call from the room they will put you on hold without even letting you know. Breakfast food below average. One good thing that coffee is available 24/7.
