Girls trip. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was very good and even had gluten free options. The elevator emergency system accidentally got pushed by the luggage cart. It took 12 min for an operator to answer the call. That was very unsettling as we knew if their was a real emergency it would take a long time for a response. Also there is not enough parking for that large of a hotel. The parking is very narrow so navigating around other vehicles was very tedious. There wasnt enough handicapped parking spaces either. We ended up in overflow parking which has no room to turn around in or to back up. Also, you have to pay $25 a stay to park their. Even in a handicap spot.

Great property for the price! Great amenities including fitness room, pool, hot tub, fire-pit, and a wonderful breakfast every morning. The lobby area was very spacious and provided many tables where I could work on my computer while enjoying the free coffee and viewing the fire-pit in the evenings.

The hot tub was not hot at all. Never did get hot. Even as a paid customer has to pay for parking. When checking in the lady was rude. Most of the electrical plugs in our room did not work and the bathroom fan did not work. The condition of the room was not the worst but also not the greatest.

The location is easy to go to all attractions Its lounge is huge and breakfast is great I love its 24 hours supply of coffee and cold drinking water Please be alert on its parking charge I rate high on its cleanliness and comfort atmosphere The friendly staffs and outdoor hot tub are wonderful I would like to recommend this hotel.

After our first night stay, we woke up to find bed bugs on the bed and bites on our bodies. We were completely horrified and disgusted. I called the front desk to speak to the manager. She was not in. The front desk clerk worked on getting us a new room. The room wasn’t available right of way. We asked for the main manager Elizabeth to call me. Left several voice messages, text messages and messages with the front desk. She never contacted us. We were moved to a new room later that day. We were told that our original room had been sprayed down. The next day, Cristina (one of the other managers) provided us with quarters and detergent to do our laundry. She was kind, helpful and apologetic for what had occurred. However, the property manager Elizabeth never contacted us. We prepaid for the room and are still waiting to get reimbursed. We will never stay at this property or recommend it to anyone.

The room was ok…we needed a place to sleep for the night and if that’s all you need this is right for you. I paid for what I thought had a decent rating but was disappointed in what we got. The shower was so gross we had to actually wear slides in the shower. The shower walls were filthy and the drain had so much gunk and slime. The bathroom floor had dirt in it from last person. The lock for the door was crusty and gross. The pool and sitting area are really pretty though.

Overall the stay was pleasant. The breakfast was great, the lounge and lobby were always clean. The only thing that we recommend is cleaning the carpets in the hallway and specifically in the rooms. When we first walked in the room, it had a strong odor like dirty carpet . We tried opening the window to let it air out but we were not able to. Every time we walked into the room it smelled the same. Overall the experience was good.

For the price I had to this property should have been immaculate, far from it! I checked in and got to my room, ordered some dinner then went down to the lobby to wait for my delivery. When I got back to the room and the bag on the desk, that is when I noticed them, Cockroach’s are you kidding me. So Hailey moved me to another room. So here are things I observed, carpet in the hallway was dirty and stained. The furnishings in the rooms had drops of paint on them, and the wood products in both rooms were scratched showing unfinished wood. If I were corporate Hilton, I might consider pulling the franchise from this property! And Hailey said since it was a Orbitz reservation she could not issue me a refund she would have to talk to the general manager. I have not heard from anyone at this location yet!

My family and I just stayed for the past 3 days for Thanksgiving. Upon check in the front desk agent was nice and walked me thru what I needed. If the rating was on kindness and the breakfast I would give it 5 stars. Unfortunately if it was rated fully rated on the room I would give it a 1. The room sucked if I was put it bluntly. It was dirty and dusty. We had a cigarette burn in the curtains. We had to plug in the air conditioner. We had an awful smell that lingered. I’m not sure if they put us in a room that is just for people with dogs because we did bring our pug. The bathroom was the cleanest space in the room. I’m such a non confrontational person that I didn’t say anything because we were strictly using the room to sleep and eat breakfast since my family lives in town. We did have a random fire alarm in the middle of the night where everyone self evacuated with no further explanation text or email after. Anyways we still made the best of it and enjoyed our Thanksgiving with our family in town.

I like Hampton Inns and this one was no exception. Parking was problematic if you arrived late. One complaint - The thermostat kept resetting to 85 degrees no matter how many times I set it to 72. The increased temperature woke me up most every night.

Overall our stay at the Hampton Inn was good! Our room was clean and comfortable. We did get placed in a handicap accessible room and I probably should have switched only due to the roll-in accessible shower…it allowed water from the shower to spray out and over the floor because the curtain didn’t come all the way to the floor. The water really couldn’t be contained. The only other issue we had was that the TV in the room was extremely dark with no way to adjust the screen brightness and no one available to help us fix the situation when we wanted to just watch some tv after a long day. We had to resort to watching Netflix on our iPad. Those were the two small problems we had during our stay. The included breakfast was great! A lot of hot entree options were available and the coffee was good as well. We didn’t utilize the pool and outdoor area but it looked inviting and other guests and kids were enjoying the space and having a great time. The staff were genuinely the nicest people we encountered. Everyone we spoke to were extremely friendly and professional and they go above and beyond to help. I would stay here again when in the area.

Staff was awful did not help at all. Room was horrible outlets didnt work. Water pressure wanst good. Our room was not on time and lied on expedia website. On top of that they charged me 50.00 for patking which does not say they tell u when u check in so i was not happy i was upset. As well as no.cart to move luggaes. Was so supset. Outside neighbor hotel was horrible . Parking lot was scary. Pool was not clean slippery people falling uneven pavement

We called and asked for extra towels if they can be brought up or if we can go get them and they told us no they would bring them up. 40 minutes go by and still no one has came, called again and no one picked up the phone so we had to get the towels which would’ve been easier than being told it would be brought i us and making us wait longer just to get it ourselves anyway. Then our toilet would not flush it was making weird noise in the night and stopped working.

We did not feel welcomed when we arrived. We walked in the door and were not even acknowledged let alone welcomed by the front desk staff. They were helping a couple of other guests check in, but then continued to ignore us while they both worked on their co.puters for several minutes before finally saying a word to us. Breakfast was also a little disappointing as they did not keep it stocked well enough to last through the breakfast service.

The property is well kept, breakfast is awesome and so convenient! Beds and pillows were comfortable. Spacious and roomy for four of us. An older hotel but has been kept nice, clean, and neat. Location isn’t bad if you have a car. We used Uber and it worked fine for us. We didn’t find that it was a “walkable” property. Every outing requires a car or bus etc. It felt safe and was definitely nice and quiet. We found it great for our family. A couple of things that would push it to even better: 1. A rinsing shower plus change area on the pool deck. Even if it’s just a curtain/rod type of stall. This would allow people to dry off before heading into the elevators (the elevators were often wet). 2. People were often budging in line for things like waffles…adding floor decals especially at this station to have people “wait” would be helpful. Label them 1-2-3 and each line a different colour.

When we first arrived late at night, we noticed several homeless individuals outside the parking lot, which immediately made me feel uneasy. During check-in, I asked the front desk if the area was safe, and the staff member told me to be cautious at night due to nearby homeless activity and even mentioned concerns about sex trafficking. That really alarmed me and made me feel unsafe from the start. The hotel itself felt very outdated and worn down. Our first room was located near an exit door and was extremely noisy throughout the night. The condition of the room was also old and uncomfortable, so I requested to be moved. The front desk accommodated my request and assured me the new room had been renovated — but it looked just as outdated as the first one. Overall, I did not feel safe or comfortable during my stay, and I wouldn’t return or recommend this hotel to others.

Very very disappointing. Staff unprepared to run this hotel. Breakfast was not ready and multiple families were waiting and some just left, juice machines did not work on both days, parking charges of $24 per night, random taxes, unfriendly and uncaring attitude of staff.

Breakfast was terrible. Selection was minimal. One of the worst among Hampton Inn chain. Getting coins for laundry was a hassle. Had to withdraw cash from ATM but the evening shift at the front desk could not give me coins. Had to wash in the morning.

Stayed with my family and was a great experience- so close to sea world! The breakfast was decent although short staffed so they ran out of food and it was super messy. But the food was hot and fresh and great options. I didn’t like paying for parking but overall a great stay and will stay here again.
