Room was clean and comfortable. Grounds were maintained. Pool and hot tub were NOT maintained very well. Staff were excellent. The only drawback was no first floor rooms available. Next time I must remember to specify when making the reservation.

Room was clean. Parking was a bit of a hassle. Staff was a not very nice when checking out but super nice when i checked in but maybe just having a bad day. Room was checked after so I could get my $100 deposit back and the staff claimed I left a stain. Nothing was drank on the bed other then water. And when we left we didnt see any stains and we moved all the bedding to check. Btw cribs are a $100 depost too so I skipped on that. Room was a bit noisey in the morning you could here people walking and talking outside. Some of the people around the area look a bit sketchy fyi.

Refrigerator not working and jacuzzi not heating up. Called prior as usual and staff said Pool and jacuzzi was open and available but it did not get hot at all. Very unhappy and many transients in the parking area hanging around

Room was good. Lots of homeless wandering the area, grocery carts of of stuff, people digging through the garbage just outside the property. They did have a security guard walking the premises all night. We would stay there again though. Good deal for the price.

Room 142 was so stinky that was unbereable; we were change to 143 that had a connecting door to 142; the stench went through under the connecting door. We had to put a towel under the door to be able to sleep in that room. Once we left, I had to watch all of my clothes even though some was clean because it get stinky from been in that room. I was in San Dimas for a Quinceanera, I won't recommend Red Roof at all.

The property is located on the back of a shopping center where homeless and crack heads roamed around the parking lot. The property is old and dirty with a broken A/C unit in the room. The floor in the room and bathroom was full of crumbs all over. The Asian employee who worked that night shift was ridiculously rude, refused to give me two extra towels and on top of that I was charged extra on my final bill. I had booked for two nights and ended up staying one only. This isn’t a safe place at all. Expedia don’t advertise that this place is rented as a weekly/ monthly motel.

There was no soaps, shampoos or conditioner provided. The smell of the room was almost sickening...it smelled like cat/dog urine. The walls in the bathroom was absolutely disgusting(water rotted and more), the ceilings and cobwebs, large cracks across the top...if it was possible i would not of given them even 1 star. Absolutely worst stay i gave ever encountered.

Overall it was easy to check in to this hotel. However, once in the room there was a strong smell of urine. The smell was throughout the entire room. The overall state of the bed, bathroom and other surfaces were well kept and looked great. Thanks!

Floors have pet Oder and makes I uncomfortable due to the pet Oder in rooms I have rented in the previous last few weekends . Floors in rooms need a deep clean to get the pet and urine Oder out of the rooms previous guest stay in

The room I stayed in was horrific. It was dirty and had a very strong odor it made me sick to my stomach. Most of the outlets didn’t work, and there were burn marks all over them. It was an extreme fire hazard. The smoke detector had tape covering it. The toilet didn’t work properly and would make a loud screeching noise for about five minutes every time you would flush. the rug and floor were filthy and turn the bottom of my feet black. The desk chair was so disgustingly dirty that no one should ever sit on that chair. The shower rod was not properly attached to the wall and was just a touch away from breaking off all together. The The mattress was really warped and uncomfortable. The room just gave off unsafe and scary vibes and it made it hard to sleep. I was very uncomfortable.

I booked here based off good reviews, however when I entered my room first thing I saw was a huge roach on the floor and a baby roach on one of the beds. As I’m walking around the room I noticed a few more dead roaches on the floor and bathroom wall as well. In the bathroom tub there was another huge roach which I killed and put in the trash can and then of course another dead one on the tub. Then what really did it for me was when I noticed on the other bed there was a dead roach or part of it…ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! I don’t understand how anyone can give this place a 5 star review! I immediately went downstairs and I told the receptionist I couldn’t stay there. She was very nice and upgraded me to another room, which wasn’t much of an upgrade but at least I didn’t see any live roaches. My stay here was not enjoyable, fearing roaches would be crawling on me in the middle of the night. This place needs MAJOR remodeling and upgrading and BETTER pest control. I will not ever stay here again!! The one plus is that it’s easy access to the freeway and there are restaurants and shopping nearby. I used to live in this area before moving out of state and it’s a nice area, therefore I figured this hotel would be a bit more decent.

The room that I stayed in had two beds it was very large I really like how big the bathroom was and the hot water is soon as you turn it on. The toilet flushed no backups they had a microwave coffee maker a sink and a stove top. I really enjoy staying here when I go see my family. Super convenient with shopping and food around you can walk or drive super close.

The room smelled of past smoke. The bed was so old, I could feel the springs in the mattress. The furnishings were in disrepair with the faux wood panels peeling and drawers broken. I purchased Lysol spray & wipes.

Cheap, you get what you get. The room was big but the shower was gross and moldy, the sink had a crack in the porcelain and smelled like mildew. Walls were banged up not in the best shape.

I’m actually neutral about this stay. It’s an older property, a bit outdated. The stopper in the sink was inoperable so had to pull it out to get it to drain. The beds were comfortable and linens clean.

I was hacked into a room that was already occupied by a female guest . As I used My Key card to open the door , a woman was already in that room with her belongings . The woman was verbally abusive and accused I of stealing her cellphone from the room, when I had not even stepped into the room. The front desk then put I into a different room due to their mistake . I Should had been given a free night due to the front desk employees mistake and trouble they put me through due to the other crazy female guest.

Red Roof Inn was very accommodating for my same day reservation needs. The property is nicely kempt and considerably quiet, although they are conveniently located close to the freeway. At check-in Brian at the front desk was very welcoming, knowledgeable, professional while making sure my check-in was stress-free and pleasant. Brian's great customer service skills really stood out. Thank you.

I was surprised with my experience at the red roof, the person helping me was super friendly, beyond my expectations. I believe his name was John. That helped me. My overall stay was comfortable and very enjoyable. Definitely coming back again soon :)

Almost everything good; except that, at checkout there was nobody at the looby. I waited for a good 10 minutes; went outside and ask some staff, nobody knew where the person was, When she returned she only said "sorry, had to go see a room"...come on...

Front desk staff was really nice… Very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and newly remodeled. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. My only complaint is the tray that holds the coffee in the coffee maker doesn’t fit so there’s no in room coffee.

Overall I had a very pleasant time there. There was a miss on my part on arriving early to check in. One of the morning staff was not very understanding. Once my other family members arrived I did ask what was the earliest I could check in I was told 3pm ish. The other morning staff member was more understanding and receptive.

These jerks, cancelled my reservation because I didn't answer my phone while I was driving to the hotel. I arrived in their parking lot at 8:10 pm, they have some ridiculous policy that they call you at 8 pm and if you don't answer they cancel. Keep in mind d that I called them at 4 pm that day and confirmed my stay there and got directions. They also bill your stay before you've even arrived. It was a very busy weekend with the Grand National Roadster Show in town rooms were at a premium, i was told by two other guys they had pulled the same stunt, what theyre doing is cancelling a reserved room at a lowr rate and selling it for a higher price to someone who is deserate for a room. They're on Expedia and I'm going to let Expedia know what they're doing they shouldn't even be on Expedia with their corrupt business practices. The woman on the front desk couldn't have been more rude, or un- caring that I was left at 8 pm without a place to stay. I luckily got a room at motel 6 and the desk clerk told me that Red Roof Inn is notorious for stranding people so that can sell the rooms at a higher rate. I'm not sure why Expedia even would list such a horrible company on their site. Boycott these jerks.

Front desk lady was rude & lazy. Had a great time talking to other regular, white guests though. I asked if they could out my things in my room while I wanted to hear back from my partner. She said she had no one to take it, but didnt offer a rack. Also wouldnt allow the deposit to be given with the 2nd guest listed, which many other hotels have allowed before. She was rude about both things, but i didnt complain. People were loudly smoking & drinking outside my room at 3AM. Pool area is nice, but very unfriendly as far as white guests go. I will not be staying at this location again. I am still waiting for the refund of my deposit for over 48hrs, the same deposit they wouldnt give us an exception to pay a couple hours after check-in. Typically, other hotels refund my boss within 2hrs of check out.

The property was awful. Said they had trailer parking and they did not. Property was not clean. There were bums hanging around and was afraid to stay there. I was not comfortable staying there so I cancelled. Not a nice neighborhood or property.

The property is very run down, outdated & the outside looks like a homeless camp. There was a box truck parked at the end and a man was urinating right next to it. People hanging out in the parking lot & out of their rooms on the first floor. The landscaping needs a lot of work.

The Inn is located close to the freeway but the noise was not that bad. The room was clean and in good shape but it shows its age. Check in time is 4 oclock which is rather late, would rather have a 2 oclock check in and 10 check out.
