Very quiet, well-maintained, chill environment. Rooms were appropriately clean and comfortable. Pool area very picturesque and enjoyable. Felt very safe in gated and secure building. Staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again!

Nice stay at the BW in Sam Dimas. Older property but well kept. Very nice courtyard, pool area. Pool was too cold to use but the hot tub was nice. Breakfast had made to order omelettes which were good, but really nothing for Vegans. Plain oatmeal would have been very nice. Room and beds were comfortable. overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I loved the familiarity of a comfortable home away from home considering it was a hotel room. Family together or without have enjoyed their included made-to-order simple Breakfasts, privacy when wanted and courteous staff. Sometimes the stairs to the second floor becomes easy exercise but with baggage I hope soon patrons will have access to a simple elevator.

Jacoozie not working - shut down, business center computers not working - shut down, gym machines not working - shut down, managers 5:30 meet & greet - not happening - shut down, bar - shut down. But, friendly staff, room very clean & smells fresh, room large &quiet, bed comfortable.

We have stayed here a few times. The current look and feel of the place is not great. Carpets are worn out in spots, sheets did not look clean and there was a burn hole on the bed cover...we are looking for a new place.

Our room was very dirty. First was the used nasty band aid on the carpet along with trash and food bits. Parts of the room hadn’t been dusted or wiped clean. Sheets were dirty. Cigarette burns in carpet, bed covers and chairs. Very disappointed.

Black mold in the shower and on the wall in the corner. The carpet is ripped at the entry. The toilet rocks back and forth and is obviously not secured. No smoke detector inn room. For $175.00 you would and should expect better.

The hotel is very old and in need of a major upgrade. The pool is a nice size and there are beautiful flowers everywhere. The rooms are ok in size and clean, but the furniture is old and drab, plus the air conditioning is old and doesnt always keep up. I had to have our rooms switched because the first one reeked of mildew and there was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Beds were comfortable enough. The staff were very friendly. Hotel is very conveniently located and breakfast was just ok but you did have options yo customize your order, so that was nice.

Requested wakeup call for 7:15a, it came at 7:21 and only lasted 4 rings. Dirty bathroom door on the inside. Pink makeup stains on the inside of white face towels. Strong damp unpleasant odor upon entering the room, permeates the room, can't sleep. Plugs in the bedside lamps are loose/don't work. Room phone cord was unplugged/catch is broken off. Coffee machine doesn't work, wasted my bottled water.

Our room was by a gate that was used to get to the parking lot. Every time it was used, we could hear it slam shut. Upstairs guest paced back and forth in a very heavy manner most of the night and it sounded as if they were rolling luggage from one side of their room to the other.

This was a work trip for me. I tried everything to get the WiFi to work, to no avail! I contacted the front desk several times and even showed them the WiFi dropping, connecting, dropping. They said it worked better in the lobby, so I tried working from there but had the same issue. The hotel was ok, but I won’t be staying at this one again.

We booked the 2 queen room. We were surprised by how big the room was. 2 beds, sofa, chair, coffee table, gull bath, dresser, tv, and big closet. The staff was so nice! The breakfast was good and so convenient to not have to leave and buy breakfast for 3 teenagers before raging waters. Only thing is that there is no fan in the bathroom, so after 4 of us taking hot showers the whole room got moist/musty and even with the room fan on, it stayed that way even the next day. That was just a small hiccup in a wonderful stay though. I would definitely book again.

I travel a lot and usually have been happy with Best Western. This place is THE WORST. When I checked in nobody was at the front desk for 30 minutes. I even called front desk and nobody answered. I finally checked in then at 3:30 in the morning there was a loud party in the room next to me that the front desk definitely heard. The next morning I asked to switch rooms and they did but the next morning there was a man by the pool Yelling profanity and threats. Wait it gets better. The next morning I asked if I could check out 1 day early. I was told to contact Hotels .com. I did that and the front desk told me YES. on check out I was told I would not get a refund I was lied to........ With so many OPTIONS Avoid this place

I have stayed here several times. I have also had staff stay here when we needed people in the area. This time I sent my 21 year old daughter her to stay by herself while she was visiting her college. I felt assured that she would be safe. She is comfortable with the property and staff. The staff are all very helpful and nice. It's wonderful to continue to see the same faces time and again.

In our lifetime, one of the greatest gifts is to cross paths with some uniquely special people. Nina is just one of those people. Always pleasant, proactive, and mindful of providing outstanding customer service. Of course, I would be remiss if I did not recognize the outstanding service provided by Nina's colleagues Rosa, Zach,and all members of the support, housekeeping, and kitchen staff. Highly recommend this hotel if you are within 30 miles of this BW location.

Everything was excellent after I got through the first night. I was finally moved to a excellent room around midnight... after I had problems with the TV and a constant ticking sound which got louder as the night progressed. I was unable to sleep, I called the front desk to complain...waited 30 minutes and still nothing. I recorded the sound and walked out to the front desk to complain again. I was finally given the key to a new room... no one offered to help me move my bags to the new room across the patio and upstairs (no elevator). The reason for being there was because my granddaughter was getting married the following day... so not being able to sleep until 1 in the morning left me a little tired the following day.

Other than the look we got from the person who cleaned our room when we were still in it and she wanted to clean the room our stay was excellent. The breakfasts were fantastic and the front desk staff were also excellent. Highly recommend this place to stay.

Reception staff was the ABSOLUTE BEST I have ever encountered. I travel every week for business and have stayed in numerous 4 & 5 star hotels, and still have never been received by such a positive and helpful individual as I did here. Room upgrades, extra towels, breakfast dietary modifications... all handled with courtesy, understanding and attentiveness. I wish I could remember his name. Excellent employee!!!

Do not stay at this hotel and use hotels.com or Expedia. I booked the hotel through hotels.com and payed the room fees off the app. The hotel also charged me the room fees for the night stay. The hotel room cost twice the amount for 1 night and neither best western or hotels.com/expedia has refunded me for the extra room charge. Both have extremely terrible customer service when a problem arises and nothing has yet to be done about refunding my money. I will add a different review in the future if they refund my double charge. For the time being, I would advise against staying at this hotel and using hotels.com/expedia.

We loved the make to order breakfast! The omelette and French toast were a big hit in our family. The pool and hot tub area was clean and quiet with beautiful flower and rose gardens surrounding the area! We’d definitely stay there again.

Shampoo, body wash and conditioner were only available in very small difficult to use 1.5" plastic squeeze containers. Each container was difficult to handle much less squeeze the contents out. Only one set was provided in the unit. We were required to ask for more at the front desk and then only one additional set was provided. Limited breakfast dining options for plant-based individuals. No peanut butter available.

I have no idea how this hotel keeps the stars and the ratings it does. This is one of the most outdated hotels we’ve spent time in. The only good part was the bed was decently comfortable. There are harsh fluorescent lights over the vanity and in the bathroom but weak 20 watt bulbs throughout the rest of the room causing it to be dark and dreary. Poor quality soaps and shampoo and the blow dryer sounded like it was going to fall apart. Breakfast was very poor even for a hotel.
