Avania Inn of Santa Barbara

The shower door was open and water sprinkled a little bit on the floor. The tv was not user friendly.

Great staff at the front desk. Every time I walked in, they looked up, and welcomed me, even if it was from my room to breakfast three times because I forgot a fork and then butter. I would definitely stay here again. Great location as it is close to SBCC, the beach, and downtown Santa Barbara

Enough parking. Staff really helpful and friendly. Close to main strip with excursions / restaurants and bars close by

This location is excellent. You can walk to the beach, the wharf, restaurants. The price is amazing for Santa Barbara. The worst part was the bathroom. Paint peeling off the wall, the shower curtain didn’t stretch the length of the curtain rod or stay in place so it was impossible not to get water on the floor. There was some miscommunication and we were supposed to get a cleaning on the second day but it didn’t happen. Some homeless camped out on the street next to this place, but not too bad. Breakfast was not great, there was not any meat or eggs. Overall I don’t think I would stay here again.
