What a great hotel! I had an East Coast time zone early AM meeting and they set up a meeting room for me so I did not bother my sleeping family. The restaurant was nice and clean!! Great place to stay.

This was a great place! Everything was well planned for a disabled.person. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The location was perfect for enjoying the downtown area. It was a pleasure just to rest in bed,mattress was amazing. The dining area was simple and the food was yummy. The Starbucks coffee didn't hurt either. 😁

Very noisy. I usually stay across the street at the Hyatt regency and I just tried this place out for the first time and it was noisy. I was on in room number 232. I don’t know if it was because of the family or people staying above but early in the morning heard a lot of running around and yelling also like two times throughout the night heard a weird train sound or siren type sound I don’t know if the train station is close by this place. also in the morning heard a lot of movement outside of the room not sure if it was the housekeeping or people coming in and out of the stairs, which the room was next to also. Also, the smell was questionable throughout property

Staff is always amazing! Location is great. I didn't like that the sink drains slow which leads to a dirty sink yuk! The curtains fell down while opening them. The pin on the toilet seat came off and Netflix wouldn't upload when a movie was chosen.

Enjoyed the hotel and it’s walking distance proximity to good and shopping. Room was too noisy, heard guests partying Kate by the fire pit, the train noise was loud and outside work was easily heard at 7 am

The tv didnt work on artival. Which is ok, but we only found out after settling in. Had to move rooms. Wifi is ridiculously slow...reminiscent of dial up days. Staff, great.

The coffee maker in my room #386 did not work. I reported it to the front desk on day one, day two still not replaced. Other than that very important detail, I had no complaints and the bed was the best I’ve ever slept on. The staff were very polite, helpful, and professional. A little disappointed in the limited menu, and no microwave in my room.

Everything was great EXCEPT for the bartender on the evening I arrived. She looked busy but was actively attending to guests. When I approached her, she gave me a dirty look and said she is backed up right now. Didnt offer to take my order just said that and continued working. Very unusual and unprofessional. Hard to gauge if this was her being overwhelmed or if it was discrimination. In any case I was too busy to report her to the hotel manager.

Our stay at the Courtyard was nice. We were on the 2nd floor at the front of the building so a but of noise in the evening. The breakfast and breakfast staff were good. I might suggest adding pancakes and a side of toast to menu. The evening menu was ok. Need some revamping of the dining area. The yellow sling back chairs were hard to move on carpet and some of the banquets were at an odd angle to the table. Overall, the lobby and dining area need warming up- try rail related decor or peanuts characters. Did not see printed tourist info available - yes some of still like printed info.
