Priced okay for people on a budget, but the property is aging and you will notice it in the details. Fixtures in the bathroom were loose, panels in the elevator were falling apart and the room smelled like it had been sprayed with some sort of cover-up one too many times. Walls were a little lacking in soundproofing, but not too bad. Gym equipment is also showing its age a bit. Will I stay here again...maybe...but mainly due to a lack of choices in the area and the need to stick to a budget.

Easily accessible to highway and very convenient. Lobby, hallways, and rooms a little older looking but everything clean and professional. Pool, hot tub, and workout areas were extremely nice. Charging $16/day for parking seemed a little excessive given there was a huge lot with plenty of empty parking available. I know that other places with "free parking" would just build it into their rate but it still seeme like a sneaky to make the "advertised rate" seem lower.

If I could give a 0 I would have. Unbelievable. The place was not clean and felt unsafe. Towels had stains, very odd musty smell and the guest in the next room kept wining ALL night. I had 2 days booking but I checked out and left first thing in the morning.

We stayed here 4 years ago and remembered having a nice stay, and this time we didn’t enjoy it as much. The mattress was incredibly worn out, and there were stains on the towels and some of the sheets.

You can hear all sounds and noise from the other rooms around you, kinda like living in an appartment. The room was clean and tidy and the staff was nice though. But the room above my room made noise all night, i could hear them walking and the tv was on all night. Prob won't stay here again due to that.

Rooms are clean but dated looks like the late 80’s early 90’s mattresses are horrible. I asked to be switched to a room with better sleep accommodations and was switched to a room that was even more dated with the same mattress. It was quiet while I tossed & turned trying to get comfortable.

It was a very nice room & very clean. The air conditioning worked really good. My only con was the bathroom door swinging shut-not being able to have the option to leave it open. Shops, restaurants & cinema located directly across the street is great!

There were about 6-8 other guests next to our room and across the hall who were obnoxiously loud and inconsiderate of others trying to sleep. They used the door’s security latch to prop the door open and regularly went from room to room banging the door closed every time. Two calls to the front desk resulted in no change in the noise or behavior. The second call resulted in an offer for us to move rooms or get earplugs from the front desk! This failure to enforce “Quiet Hours” was inexcusable. We won’t be returning.

Just a terrific little place. Nice views of the whole Simi Valley area. Great location although a little far west towards Moorpark/Thousand Oaks. Regardless, just a very clean and really nice room with most of the humanities you could have wanted.

Very friendly staff in the hotel and attached restaurant/lounge. Everyone from the front desk to the night security guard were welcoming. Gorgeous views from our top floor room of the valley. Pool and hot tub is also very nice. Hotel is older and is a bit dated but is well looked after and priced accordingly. Excellent location and a short drive to Reagan Presidential Library

I needed a solo getaway and this hotel looked nice online. It was great. The pool was a bit cold, but did the trick and the jacuzzi was amazing. The food for breakfast was delicious and the server was so friendly! Close to shopping and movies and more!

Overnight stay for business as it was local to my stops. Clean, comfortable, good shower. Room and bath are fine, if a little worn around the edges. I was surprised that the breakfast voucher would be another 20 bucks, and charging for parking? In Simi Valley? Mostly empty parking lot in a suburban setting. Dinged it one star for charging extra for what should be included when compared to similar venues.

Property was nice and clean. We really appreciate this. What we didn’t care for was charge for parking and $15 charge for continental breakfast which was basically carbs and VERY over ripe bananas. Based on this we would not stay again
