My family and I stayed there for my birthday trip. We stayed on the 10th floor. I bed were very comfortable. The property was amazing. The dining area I loved. Our bartender she was amazing, she made me the best drinks. The pool wasn’t clean and the hot tub had a film on top of the water. House keeping never came to change our sheets and to restock our coffee and bathroom necessities. When we checked in and we first got into our room, the table was not clean inside of the ice bucket there was dirt or something in there and there was hair on the outside of the tub and dirty inside the tub. But overall, we had an amazing time and if I needed to stay there again, I would.

We liked how clean and safe the hotel was. Our room was spacious and the breakfast selection was stellar. We would definitely stay again. The only downfall of this hotel is that they allow a swim school to provide swim lessons in their pool. This was not advertised on the website and was a big disappointment for my children as the pool was full for lessons.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The carpets in the room were dirty. As soon as we stepped out, cigarette butts were scattered at the side entrance.Totally disgusting. The cart was dirty and broken. This place is completely overpriced. Two blocks from where we live there is an Embassy Suites which is quite the opposite from this dump. It's immaculate outside and inside.

I’ll start by saying this hotel has so much potential. Unfortunately, the hotel grounds and rooms didn’t meet our expectations. The grounds were covered in cat food containers, toilet paper and other trash. The room we stayed in had leftover food on the sofa and the room smelled like cigarette. Pro- breakfast was good. They offered several options.

Got in at 10 pm. Went right to sleep. When we woke up to take a shower we noticed the tub was filthy with dirt and hair. The sink had dried tooth paste on it. Now I’m questioning if the room was ever cleaned. Breakfast not as good as other embassy suites we’ve stayed at. Had to scan room key and wait just to get some bacon.

Everyone was really nice and professional. I just had an issue with the bathroom. It didnt really look that clean. I always bring my own cleaning supplies and cleaned it myself, but there was hair and dirt in the bathtub. Maybe give the bathroom and bathtub a little extra care.

The check in was smooth and room is quite clean. But the AC doesn't seem to function well. I'd like it to be a few degrees warmer but the HVAC didn't respond to the thermostat at all. Another awful downside is the air freshener sprayed in the room. It gave me a really bad headache. Not everyone likes or hates air freshener smell. So if the hotel doesn't need it to cover some foul smell in the room, suggest not to use it but leave a spray can to the guest.

This is my second stay at this location. It is beautiful. Unfortunately, the heat was not working so my room was extremely cold. According to the front desk the heat was broken throughout the entire hotel. I was offered a space heater, which warmed a portion of the room I spent the most time in during my stay.

Very nice overall atmosphere in the hotel. Loved the complementary happy hour. Whether it was extra towels, questions about parking, the staff were polite and quickly responsive. The only minor negative was the room above us was children running around until midnight (thankfully only one of our two nights). We did call the front desk and they said they would look into it.

Staff have been above and beyond wonderful, we asked for 2 cribs, we got them in 5 minutes, there was a housekeeper at the room next door she asked if we needed anything, she brought us extra towels, we are traveling with 2 toddlers who still crawl, they were playing on the ground and when I noticed them their tops of their feet were filthy, knees too, the carpet looked clean but was not, I let the front desk know, staff was great!!

Conveniently located close to the airport wonderful front desk crew Very friendly and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable. As long as you like your bed on the medium to firm side. We had a very early morning flight so we were unable to take advantage of the complementary breakfast but if it’s anything like the other embassy suites we have stayed at it’s definitely worth going. Specials thanks to Steven at the front desk. Very quick check-in

The hotel lobby and room were otherwise ok. The person at check-in wasn’t the warmest. The room was freezing and heater wouldn’t work. We tried to call front desk for more blankets but in-room phones were old and didn’t work. Ended up walking to front desk at 12:45am. Lots of garbage left in parking lot spaces, but plenty of parking. Convenient location and free breakfast are a plus.

I was very pleased. Great sitting areas for watching sports, my room also was a corner room which had a full dining room and 3 TVs, happy hour drinks were good and so was breakfast. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. I live 10 minutes away but I'll definitely do staycations here again.

A fire alarm woke us with an evacuation at 3:30 in the morning, and room service didn't bring utensils for my soup. When I called to ask for a spoon they brought me a roll of silverware that only had a knife and a fork in it! I managed, but I would have liked a bit more attention to detail, and an apology for waking and having to evacuate myself and two children at an ungodly hour. The hotel didn't issue any explanation, apology or recompense for our disturbed night.

Housekeeping taken my reserved food at the table. I didn’t asked for a room cleaning but when we returned at night time in my room the packed food in the table is gone! I reported that immediately at the front desk and they didn’t do anything. Beware of this property! Am so upset coz that food is the reason why we go here in North Cal and I bought more of that to bring it back in LA.

We stay at this hotel whenever we visit San Francisco. It is close to the airport (flights from Hawaii tend to arrive late at noght) and they have a really good free breakfast and cocktail hour. Breakfast includes breakfast meats, cereal, fruit assortment, etc along with potatoes and a station where they cook your eggs to order. Never an issue finding parking here - some other hotels have very limited parking and it is hard to get a space when you check in late at night. The rooms are large and spacious.

Might be the best hotel breakfast I've had with made to order omelettes bar. Rooms are suites so there is a living room section and bedroom section - great if you have kids and need space. Pool was big and hot tub was hot. Service was awesome. Looking forward to booking again.

Amazing breakfast with an omelet bar and Starbucks inside. Also,staff allowed us to store luggage in a side room on our checkout day so that we could do an Alcatraz tour without fear of local smash and grabs. We really appreciated it!

It’s a beautiful hotel. Our room was very comfortable. You could not ask for a better breakfast buffet. They had on demand omelettes and eggs. There is also a happy hour with free drinks. The food and service at the restaurant was also very good. We would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was okay. I know it's included in the price of the room. Just having warmer food and slightly better quality would make a world of difference. Drinks in the evening also scream free and cheap. Make us want to come back! With this quality, I really don't.

Room was really spacious and comfortable. Breakfast and communal areas excellent. It was an easy trip on the shuttle bus from the airport and also very easy to take the Caltrain into the city. The only slight negative was the the pool was crazy busy and chaos
