Breakfast was very minimum. Glad to have hot water. Bathroom sink was very beat up.

I just love to stay here. Riding the transit(Yolo) Bus system will bring me to SMF Sacramento Airport on bus 42A. If I need to go to Sacramento I could also ride bus 42B. Check Yolo Transit bus website. Black Bear diner and Mc Donald’s Nextdoor. Mexican restaurant very close by.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. We needed someplace close to UC Davis to attend Picnic Day. The only requirements were less than a 30 minute drive (it was 15 including parking and walking to the alumni center), someplace clean & safe, and inexpensive. A breakfast would be a plus. Check in was easy! In fact I arrived 2 hours early and the room was ready for me. The room was spotless and we felt very safe. The staff was very helpful and kind. The pool area needs a little updating. The water was icy and the surface of the pool is peeling. But I was able to sit in the sun and read a book before the rest of the party arrived. It was nice after a long drive. I was concerned about noise since the hotel is right next to the freeway off ramp. But our room was on the other side of the building. And the noise from the McDonald's drive through was not an issue. Breakfast was just muffins and coffee. There is no elevator in this 3 story building. The bath towels are thin and small but this was remedied with an extra set. And another thing to know is the walls are very thin in the hotel. And during our stay guests were not respectful (not the hotel's fault). One night at 3 AM a father was yelling a crying child and at 6 AM someone let their dog run loose down the hallway barking all the way. Will I stay here again? Maybe. For this trip, cost was the deciding factor.

If you're relying on the breakfast served at the hotel, you will be very disappointed. Option is one package of muffins, that's it. Coffee and Tea available. There is a McDonalds right out front.

The parking was great, people had pets there and they had areas for which they coukd walk there dogs.
