This is a no real frills property, but more than suited my needs. Really good breakfast, close to shopping & dining, & they have a guest laundry.

Still remodeling and the surrounding area and parking lot filthy. Lots of Homeless in area. Pool out of order. Staff was nice.

Pool was not available for use. That was not a big deal really. They were making improvements during the day, which if you were roomed near could be intense. But they kept the work time to a respectful timeframe. Overall, a very good experience.

We just needed an overnight stay for our son to attend a school event, so we focused on price more than ratings, and we got what we paid for. So we don’t necessarily regret our choice, but we wouldn’t want to stay there again. Bed comfort is the most important feature of hotels for us, and we all had a good night’s sleep, so no complaints there. The bedding looked clean, but the side of one of the mattresses had a stain that looked like blood. The soap dispensers were empty, so we had to use our own travel containers at the sink and in the shower, which was very annoying. Breakfast was so terrible we had to leave and go eat elsewhere. Our hotel breakfast standards are low, so that’s saying something. I made a waffle and threw it away after one bite. Not sure how you ruin waffle batter, but it was gross. I had a cutie—it was old enough that the skin had pulled away from the fruit, but I gave it a chance, then spit it out. Besides that they just had oatmeal packs (running low on milk), boiled eggs, and the typical cheap pastry items (bagels, muffins, etc., but nothing looked especially good). Also, breakfast and the lobby are a walk from the hotel—no big deal for us but could be problematic for some. The hot tub was empty and had wooden boards over it. The pool looked decent, but it was a bit too chilly for a swim in the time we had there. Location was ok. Building looks like it was nice 40 years ago but hasn’t been kept up.

•No kitchenette in room although advertised •Charged for laundry service; dryer broken •Told their was no housekeeping when I asked for clean towels, I had been using the same towels in room upon check-in. •Denied late checkout for no apparent reason •Drain in bathtub was clogged, bathtub faucet, and shower head were clogged/very hard to turn. •Carpet saturated in dust Other than that things went well. I am not looking for a response or explanation. Just summarizing my stay.

They installed a kiosk in the entry way. Which although new, is inefficient in many ways. It caused quite a bit of chaos when trying to check in and caused some issues with our credit card. Other than that, our stay was an enjoyable one.

The property is dilapidatd. Check in was done by a kiosk with no live person present in the lobby. The room was way in the back of the property, I had 2 young children. There were homeless people hanging out across the parking lot. The pool and spa were in disrepair and unusable. I do not recommend.

Room for my boom lift They have a large parking lot for construction trucks towing equipment, hard to find a good hotel with that. The staff is friendly and very accommodating.

The room was not ready for check in at all. We arrived at about 10pm and notified the office prior. However, the tub was so dirty, we did not feel comfortable taking a shower

Would never stay here again. The gentleman at check in was friendly so no issues there. The MOTEL looks nothing like the posted pictures. From the outside it’s all run down. Our room had a disgusting chair w/ottoman that was filthy and covered with stains. There were 3 flies in the room and a few tiny nats. We found a hair under one of the pillows and a tiny bug crawling down the shower curtain. The homeless were just around the corner from our room, there was a random pill on the floor outside our door. If I had anywhere else to go I would have left. The fridge and microwave were both nice and clean and the bed was basic but I slept fine. Overall, it’s a no for me.

The room was very clean with sufficient amenities. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All in all it was a good stay.

Check in was nice, easy, and the guy was very professional and sweet. The property was layed out kind of weird, but not a big deal. Bed was comfy, shower was good, place was clean. The area around the motel was a little off putting but again, it was stayable. Main issue was the cockroach on the mini frig watching us sleep when we got up in the morning.

Clean and convenient. The room was larger than expected too.

This place was probably very nice when new, but the furniture and bath are well worn. Not bad, clean, quiet, but could use a little work.

Overall, it was a good stay because the room was clean and smelled nice !! The TV had Dish with only shopping channels and Pay Per View channels. It was quite discouraging, i had to watch Barney Miller and Perry Mason.

Very spacious and clean. The outside could look a little sketch but other than that I’d recommend.

Romantic getaway so reserved the room with a spa and fireplace. The fireplace didn't work, huge bummer, but the spa was great. Mattress was WAY too firm, but the owner provided additional bedding to make us more comfortable. The area was quiet, and we felt safe. We would stay here again.

Room was very nice. WiFi was excellent. Outside the property was so-so. Up the (outside) stairs there was a lot of bird poop! Neighborhood property seen from our room, was not so pleasant.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed having hard wood floors throughout the room. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was very loud when turned on and did not put out enough air to cool the room down. Made sleeping difficult.

Although the staff was friendly, the room was noisy, took forever to get hot water in the shower, bed was not on a permanent frame , frame made noises every time I moved and leaned to one side, mattress was overly soft, accent chairs had no support and I felt like I was going to fall through and to top things off, the wifi was extremely slow.

The hotel was clean but the beds were horrible. One was as stiff as a board and the other had no support at all. For the price we paid the beds should have been at least moderatly comfortable. It was the worst night of sleep we have gotten in a long time. Most of the hotels we stay in have upgraded their mattresses. This hotel has not.

Get rid of the stupid kiosk that causes nothing but problems every time it is used

Booked a one-week stay for a colleague before going on vacation. On Friday prior to stay, my colleague's manager called Bonanza to cancel but they would not accept the cancellation unless it came from me. As I was out of coverage, I didn't find out about it until Monday. Called hotel and was told I had to cancel through Hotels.com but that she would leave a note for her manager. Called Hotels.com and was told that I would have to pay for the Monday night stay but would be refunded for the other three nights. Asked if they could try to get the Monday night refunded since we did try to cancel on Friday. While he tried to do that...he NEVER cancelled the reservation! So, second call to Hotels.com who had to call Bonanza as I did not learn that the reservation had not been cancelled until I returned to work on Thursday...and I am still awaiting a reply from either about, at minimum, three of the four nights being refunded. Not impressed with Bonanza's responsiveness or Hotels.com. But, as Bonanza has sent me plenty of requests for a review...here you go!

It was a one night stay. I needed to check in very late. I spoke with staff and informed about my situation. They checked my reservation and instructed me to use the KIOSK. Everything went smooth as RAJ had mentioned earlier. Got my sleep and am very happy I chose this hotel. My room was clean and everything was in order. Comfy beds. Simple and to the point. Very friendly staff.

Excellent stay. Bed was very comfortable. My request was met. Would definitely stay here again. The only issue, they should have an extra person to help with the check in. There was only one person so had to wait about 15 mins in line to check in.

The staff were so friendly, helpful, and knowledgable.

Service here is BAD as soon as I walked in her attitude towards me was just rude and snotty. She argued with me about a problem I had, She didn’t let me get a word in while she was arguing with me. To top things off I called the following morning to ask for my money back because we didn’t end up staying there. Also so that the manager can be aware of how I was treated. Of course I had no luck they weren’t trying to hear me out and kept my money because the lady I spoke to on the phone said “well you need read our policies first before you decide to even book with us and because you didn’t stay here you took up one of our rooms that could have been open and available for other customers”

Every time i stay here i never have problems, the room is always clean, and the staff is friendly

The whole experience of checking in was unacceptable! No customer service! I checked in at 9:30 at night without checking out the accommodations! I did not stay there! The next day I called to complain and was told someone would call me back. Four days later no response. I will dispute the money I paid up front.

Stayed here about 2 weeks ago for 1 night. I got 2 rooms. Bathrooms were clean & spacious. AC worked great. Both rooms were clean. I definitely wouldn’t stay for longer than 1 night. Neighborhood seemed kind sketchy but did not see any homeless people like the other reviews mentioned. Hometown suites is actually behind another motel but you check in at the front motel. Both are under same management. That wasn’t advertised in the listing but it was fine. We were allowed early check in and the fee was waived due to being in town for a funeral. Early check in fee is $30 per room. Front staff was very nice.

This is my second stay here and I have no complaints at all. Older place but very clean and the staff is very pleasant. It's surprisingly quiet at this hotel even though the area is busy. So many places near by to shop/eat. I definitely will continue to book here as well as refer friends/family.

Great place but a little difficult to find.

Location was close to a variety of restaurants and shopping venues. I found the room clean and spacious. Close to where I needed to be. I enjoyed the quiet, as it is close to a major thoroughfare. Traffic noise was limited to the occasional siren and speeding cycle.

Website needs to be updated or the property needs to be updated. The property was not as presented online. Advertised full breakfast but was actually continental and nothing but carbs. Neighborhood was sketchy. As a single traveler I wasn’t really comfortable.

Rough area

The area around the motel was very sketchy with people "hanging around" and staring. We had a room in the back building and actually felt somewhat unsafe. Arrived early, parking lot was empty but was charged $30 to check in early and another $10 to be upgraded to a "deluxe" room. When we asked what made the deluxe room an upgrade we were told it was because there were headboards. Sheets were scratchy and tv in the room was old.

Stayed the night because I was going to a concert in Wheatland and for the night it was perfect,front desk man was extremely friendly and for someone who would be staying longer than a week the full size fridge/freezer and microwave would be perfect!Did not like the conjoined room but there was a lock so it was not a worry,for the price I would definitely stay there again if going to a concert at the sleep train in Wheatland!

Clean and just off the busy road.

It's a couple of blocks off the main road so there is no noticeable road noise. It was economical for the area and seems safe.

I missed the breakfast. This was a nice place, I used to install furniture in 4 and 5 star hotels so I've seen what's out there. some are better than others. This was one of the better ones. The ones that have free breakfast in the morning are usually the way to go. they tend to be taken care of more than the ones that do not have the breakfast.

The place was nice and quiet, beautiful lobby, accommodations acceptable and would be ok to stay again, decent economy stay. Breakfast very minimal - no protein, no yogurt, no fruit, no whole wheat, all white carbs. Styrofoam cups for coffee.

Overall stay was decent. Extremely disappointed that the pool was out of commission especially due to the 95%+ heat. Not impressed with complimentary breafast. Staff was very friendly!
