I loved that there was a Peloton that I could utilize in the gym during my stay. I also enjoyed the on-site restaurant. No complaints about my room. The biggest problem was that 2 of the 3 elevators were out of service my entire stay, and the third one went out on my last day. I had to go up and down more than 5 flights of stairs to reach my room and the lobby and was not informed of this nor compensated for the inconvenience of carrying luggage down concrete stairs in a dress.

Staff was great, room was clean and comfy. The only detractor was the parking, and i know that's not a quick, easy fix. Just be aware the parking lot is cramped and was very full on a Saturday night.

Great hotel, only issue was the elevator was down twice and going up 5 floors is a workout with luggage and the parking is bad right in front of the hotel your car will get banged but once in your room is clean and beautiful

Employees were all friendly, lobby and rooms were clean. The elevators kept going bad - we came in one evening to find they were all down and we had to walk up six flights. Smoking area was close to the front door so it looked and smelled a little shabby in that area.

I noticed on our initial elevator ride to the 6th floor that the elevator was not functioning correctly. Loud noises from the machinery itself and the doors are very slow to open. Then later that evening 2 of the 3 were out of service, leaving only the one I was worried the most about still in service. They were all functioning as best they could the next day BUT that night ALL 3 were out of order. Leaving me and several other guests to climb the 12 flights of stairs to get to our room.

Very good and mostly comfortable stay. Front desk in the early evening did feel like they were on autopilot and tired of being there. So not stellar, but still polite enough to guests. Morning desk was better. Breakfast and service was good, barkeep for a nightcap was also very good. Room was clean, no issues there. No key issues either. Only hiccup was, the hotel info states to contact them about airport shuttle service. It is actually fixed, leaves the hotel on the hour. With that long of an internal schedule, they should just provide that info upfront, both in hotel listing descriptions as well as verbally upon check in, to allow guests to adjust their plans well in advance.

The attached restaurant was surprisingly good. The gym is nice. The staff was friendly. As for the facility itself, it was in need of some updating and deep cleaning. The shower wouldn’t drain and when I went to check, there was a MASSIVE amount of hair and gunk clogging the drain. It was FOUL. I spent more on this hotel than some of the other less expensive chains. The least I would expect is the rooms to be cleaner than them. Otherwise, it looked like the surfaces were touched, but this definitely didn’t make up for it. I can’t imagine that the housekeeping staff wouldn’t have noticed when they washed the shower, unless the wiped down instead actually cleaning it. We would have changed rooms, but we were too tired to go through the hassle and I was already grossed out.

Most of the property was good - just the bathroom wasn’t well cleaned at all. The toilet seat even had a small streak of fecal matter which was really disgusting. Other than this the property seemed terrific.

The hotel was nice. Free parking and plenty of parking. Staff was really great! Very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the room was not very clean. The fridge and bathroom floor had hair (that couldn't belong to me or my daughter based on the color) which makes me feel like it wasn't cleaned very well. I would have shared this on check out if the person checking me out had bothered to ask about my stay.

Neighborhood is sketchy. Hotel was clean and most of staff great. Elevators went down for service for 4 days. Tried adding a night and person working desk acted as though I'd asked for brain surgery. Told me to book it through my phone lol. Hotel has some nice parts but the carpet is disgusting, floors disgusting, TVs are very old and can't "cast" a device to them.

Overall, the property is very nice. The room was a great size and it was clean. The bed was so comfortable. What is preventing me from giving this location 5 stars is that when using the shower, the ceiling in the shower was flaking off into the shower due to the steam. There was no fan in the bathroom and no type of ventilation as there was no window.

Staff were great. Room was clean and comfortable. Food in restaurant was very good. My only complaints were the small parking spaces (door dings are unavoidable) and the noise from the freeway was loud and never let up. At first we thought we had a window open, but these windows dont open.

The advertisement about hotel transfer is bogus. Hotel management did not recognise this advertisement printed with Expedia and called it bogus. I had to spend a lot of money in a taxi to catch a 7AM Delta domestic flight. Never again Denver Hilton! The front desk did not give me a water bottle even though I am a Hilton Honors member for 25 years and a Gold member, if that means anything. Liz, assistant manager, lied about a simple fax to American Express, Utah office.

I arrive at 11:30 pm, the person in the reception was very rude, she told me the expedia reservation does not appears, and that i have to contact expedia. I tryied to contact expedia and was imposible. I told the lady that i have a confirmation and a receipt from expedia and she ask me to leave the property, that there are no room and I am not allowed to stay, i insisted that i pay to expedia and she told me you need to leave and call security. I took a taxi and stayed at Hampton Inn Suites Aurora. I hope expedia refunds my money and explained what has hppened here. I have been expedia client for more that 10 years, never have a problem, but this is totally unacceptable.

I am a repeat customer to when I visit family out in Denver. 2x. Both times were a great experience. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious enough. The price point was competitive. What sets them apart is both time staff was accomodating to my travel plans. The conceirge helped me on my first time and front desk on the second time. This will be my go-to place when I stay in Denver. The only downside I can think of.. .and maybe I wasn't aware of local options. . .is its very urban where it's located so a nice walk in a park isnl't in the cards when you want some fresh air But that downside is not enough to downgrade this in star rating at all.

A lot of miss communication between manager. For the cost of staying at a hotel thst clearly needs an up date not worth the stay. Plus wanting to charge money for a breakfast bar was unthinkable for the price paid for the room. The tastiest staff eunthinkable. There resturant staff was awesome. We were told that a lot of customers also complained of the manager and miss communication. We heard this from other customers while there. Never going back to the hotel on Au t ora.

The hotel itself was nice, the beds were super comfy and I like the fact they include decent shampoo, conditioner and body wash so you don't have to worry about bringing any. The pool and hot tub were great! Staff at the front desk, very rude and dismissive. I waited for a good 2 minutes while the ladies were talking amongst themselves. I finally walked away and the people behind me moved forward. Both girls stopped their convo and said how can we help you. Mind you the people beind me were white so draw your own conclusion. Then the next morning the gentleman didn't smile, ask how anything was, when I told him I was paying cash he got annoyed and changed his whole face from nothing to distain. Very rude people this will detour me from staying again. The porter who brought my ice bag and cups was very friendly.

The hotel and staff itself were great. We ended up leaving and finding another hotel due to the current crime in Aurora that we we unaware of prior to booking. We’re traveling with a truck and four wheeler in the bed so felt like it was too risky to stay for fear things would be stolen.

I have stayed here multiple times over a 30 year period and you would never know it was that old! It is well kept, current and has a nice restaurant/bar. It is also close to transportation to the airport and downtown. I travel for business and though it isn’t as opulent as some hotels it is a great property and you can’t beat the price!

The onsite resturanut staffing needs to increase. Friday night it was packed, slow service throughout. On Saturday morning for breakfast their was literally no staffing, one disgruntled worker finally sat us only to ignore 4-5 attempts to get her attention to ask a question. QC needs to do a review of employees for sure. We walked after 5 minutes of no eye contact!!

The hotel staff was friendly and always said hello and asked how my stay was going. However the restaurant staff were pushy and not polite at all. One mourning I was in a rush to get to a meeting and stopped at the Jackdaw to get coffee and was forced to pay the 14.99 for breakfast by the waiter of a buffet. The Jackdaw staff is not well mannered or well kept and over priced for the poor quality of food served. The hotel staff at the front desk were over worked and under staffed but very kind and respectful.
