The reason why I booked at this location was due to pool and hot tub for exercise but it was closed

Great hotel. Everything was nice and clean (including the pool and hot tub), and breakfast was good too.

Overall, the stay was ok. The staff is friendly. The ladies that take care of the morning breakfast take it pretty seriously. The personnel at the front desk were polite. The cons: The light switch for the bathroom turns the light and the fan on. There is only 1 switch. In the gym, the cardio equipment is top notch, but they have not been serviced in a very long time, probably years. The TV for the elliptical machine turns on, but you are unable to adjust the volume or channel. The TV's for the 2 treadmills and stationary bike do not work. When you press the button, you can see there is power going to the TV, but they do not come on. The Pros: Staff is good. Breakfast is good. Location is very close to the train for easy access to most anywhere in Denver. Yes, I would book again.

It was a very nice clean hotel. Breakfast every morning the coffee was delicious! The only complaint I have is the pool and hot tub was closed for maintenance and it would’ve been nice to know before booking!

While the hotel was clean, it was poorly marketed. I chose the hotel mainly because the hotel's website showed the hotel as having a pool. In reality, the pool was undergoing a major renovation and was expected to be closed for a month. The manager offered a free night and never followed through with this offer.

Great pricing, staff was very nice and friendly. Pool & hot tub was very clean and stocked with towels.

We came out to relax in the pool for the weekend and it was closed. Didn't receive any info it was closed till we got there. Very disappointing

I was disappointed that the website doesn’t show that the pool is out of service until you get there and then OPPS can’t approve a refund when my goal was to enjoy the indoor pool and spa😭

The hotel was clean, however, the bed sagged in the middle, the body wash in the shower was empty and the hot tub was not working. One of the main reasons I booked there was for the hot tub. Breakfast was good.

The entire floor was damp and room smelled. Definitely never going back there.

Elevator had fluid all over the floor and elevator stunk bad. Full trash bags in front of rooms in hallway in the evening. Police kept showing up. Main entrance broken and anyone could get in. No one at front desk and had to wait. Room was not the cleanest. Parking lot had trash everywhere. Dogs barking in adjacent rooms. Yelling in adjacent rooms and hallway. Televisions were loud and made hard to sleep.

We were welcomed at check-in by a front desk attendant who performed her duties flawlessly despite contending with a family emergency involving the unexpected hospitalization of her child. Very professional and helpful. Hotel was spotless throughout and breakfast area well stocked and tables cleaned as soon as they were vacated. Staff is paying attention. Very rare in 2025.

I didn’t like that they only clean rooms every 3 days which includes not cleaning the bathroom or cleaning bedsheets or doing any cleaning at all.

The staff was great and the breakfast was better than expected. The only downside was Our bathroom tub was dirty/stained and our toilet ran. But overall it worked well for us.

We arrived and our room smelled of weed and smoke. The fire detector had been taped off with plastic. They were quick to get us another room. I am shocked that housekeeping would not of noticed that. The hotel was pretty nice. I think the common areas need a deep clean. The gym and pool hot tub area was nice. Breakfast was great and I appreciated the gluten free option. Staff at check in and breakfast were very friendly. The area around the motel is a little sketchy but overall I felt safe.

We arrived late and just went straight to bed. We immediately noticed that the fitted sheets did not cover the entire Mattress on either bed, revealing mattresses covered in stains. The next morning when I woke up I decided to check the sheets which were also stained. When I told the front desk I told them that we would need housekeeping when we left because of the above issues. I explained that we were still going to take a shower and get ready for the day, and I would tell front desk when we left so that house keepers could come. The front desk assured me no one would come up to our room until we let them know. A little under a half hour later a house keeper knocked on our door. I had just gotten out of the shower and was wrapped in a towel. I tried to hide my body behind the door and explain to the house keeper that I was not ready for her to enter my room. She did not speak English (which is not the problem here, let me be clear about that) but I ended up having to show the woman that I was wrapped in a towel so she would stop trying to enter my room. All and all it was very demeaning and upsetting. The woman at front desk gave a half hearted apology and that was it. Likewise the hottub was entirely unusable because the amount of chlorine in it. The minute I sat down in it my eyes immediately started to burn. I would not recommend this hotel, not return it to myself.

Staff was friendly and professional. Morning breakfast choices were plentiful and tasty. Coffee, fridge, and microwave in my room. The only negative (and I was really surprised by this in a Fairfield Inn property) was the tub/shower, the finish was coming off the bottom of the tub and this felt very unsanitary. See attached photos. I would stay at this location again, but would request a different room.

Management and staff were excellent! Everyone was helpful, friendly and accommodating.The hotel was clean and the breakfast was acceptable. Room was another story.The mattress was terrible with a big sink hole that made it impossible to get much sleep. The furniture was lacking as the drawers kept opening by themselves.(Kind of spooky)Hotel in need of an overhaul room wise.

Had reserved a King Suite but learned on arrival that bathtub did not have safety handholds. Given a regular room with 2 queen beds. The fan in the bathroom was terribly noisy and the thermostat for the heater was not accurate. We sat the temperature for the night at 65 degrees and it was still uncomfortably warm. The Assistant Manager was great but the change in the room did not meet our expectations. The hotel only has one room with a walk-in shower, which is ridiculous. The Assistant Manager said the hotel is scheduled for remodel late this year. Hope these problems will be resolved.

Booked a King suite. Bed was definitely not a king. Pullout couch was in bad shape, missing springs and sagging.

The room is clean and spacious. The staff are friendly. Check in process was speedy. Breakfast was good and there are a lot of options.

Walls are very thin. We could hear our neighbors well. Get a room away from the highway, because you can hear that all night as well. The air conditioner’s fan was broken and very loud. They offered to move us, but it was late and we declined.

We reserved a suite which had an extra sitting are. There were 2 large tv’s in the room . Neither of them worked the entire time we were there. The seal in the window was broken as well. It was cold and snowing. We just turned the heat up to compensate for the cold air coming from the window. The outside temperature was 30 degrees. A lady from the front desk did come and try to reset the direct tv, however nothing worked. She was very nice, she said other rooms were having the same problem. Today at breakfast, the refrigerator in the dining hall overheated and was removed while we were there. All of the staff we interacted with were very polite and friendly.

Staff were efficient and knowledgeable. Housekeeping Supervisor came to room to make sure everything was ok. Bed was very uncomfortable and sofabed was old and stained.

The description should lust that ur us 200' from the expressway. Police sirens and motorcycles could be heard all night , Would not recommend this hotel if you want to get a good nights sleep The door did not fit right on the door frame. You could see right into the hallway The area was good, I just wished we had picked another hotel

My son and I stayed at Fairfield Inn. We had a suite. The couch has a bed you can pull out. The problem was once you get the bed out it blocks anyone from going to the bathroom from the bedroom part of the suite. But other than that it was a nice stay

Big comfortable rooms and good late night service - I didn't arrive until 3:00 am. A word about the breakfast. They have a fantastic breakfast attendant, her name is Marjorie. She greets everyone with a "Good morning!", goes from table to table to see if everything is alright, checks on food availability, keeps the eggs coming. I've never seen such good service like this, truly a wonder!

All staff that we encountered were super helpful. From the front desk to the breakfast hosts and housekeeping were so accommodating and pleasant to deal with. The rooms and facilities are well kept and clean. Was a very pleasant stay and I will definitely go back.

I like that the people at the front desk always speak to you whatever direction you are going. They are willing to have random conversations.

We had a great check in. The front desk employee was very friendly. The hotel was overbooked for the double queen we reserved but she immediately upgraded our room for no extra charge. We also appreciated the free parking! We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I believe one of the ladies name, is Gigi. She was kind, professional and knowledgeable. The amenities and atmosphere at Fairfield are great, especially for the price. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I would stay here again!

It was right by the highway. So noisy from highway so loud at night.

The room was fairly reasonably priced! Staff amazing and breakfast was included every morning. Great quiet location and walking distance from the light rail. Beds are comfortable and the hotel was very clean. Definitely recommend and will stay again in the future.

Nice hotel at a great price. Breakfast buffet area wasn’t really well-tended and kind of a mess. The immediate vicinity was sketchy and there was someone living in their truck in the parking lot. Right near the lite-rail, so very convenient.

Very nice Hospitality of the people works here. I love it! The rooms are clean and it's ok but can be much better. The breakfast is ok. I love more the hospitality and service of the workers than the food. The coffee definitely needs to be changed for a good coffee choice. It's horrible.

I usually prefer staying at Fairfield Inns because of their value, dependability, and amenities. The staff was friendly and the pool and hot tub were clean. Unfortunately the bathroom sink was clogged, they ran out of Kleenex, they were short on towels at the pool, and the free breakfast was cleaned up before breakfast time was over except for a couple items. They had a lot less variety for breakfast than usual. Also this location allowed sound to travel easily between rooms and in the hallways. Our room, an executive king suite, was in need of updating.

Our stay was wonderful. The only reason i gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because on a sunday our check out day we went down to have breakfast and it was aweful. It was about 8am the eggs were all gone the sausage was hard and when we told the girl that was working she acted like it was a big inconvenience for her. She brought out more eggs eventually but they were cold. The older lady that was working the breakfast area on Saturday was an absolute delight.

A good value place to stay. The customer service exceeded my expectations and the breakfast selection was fantastic
