Hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff is great (especially Carl.) The lobby bar/hang out area is nice. Their shuttle to and from the airport wasnt available, so they ordered us an uber/lyft at the hotels expense, which was really awesome. The only thing that was bad was my car was stolen out of their parking lot, which is not the hotels fault. After talking with the front desk, it sounds like this happens frequently. My advice to anyone is if you're going to park here for more than a night or 2, remove any personal information like registration, insurance info, and obviously personal items that are of value.

When I checked in, I was told there was a $100 fee to park my car and keep it there while I was on a trip (this is a hotel near the airport). Since I was only needing to park my car for 2 days, I decided that would not work but it would have been nice to know that before checking in, as I would have selected a different hotel. Then, I discovered there was no hairdryer in the room (as advertised), so when I called the front desk in the early morning to ask if I could come downstairs to pick up one before I departed for my trip, I was told that there were no extra hairdryers at the desk or at maintenance and no other help was offered by the front desk agent, I normally love staying at Hilton Garden Inns but this stay was disappointing on many levels and I will not be returning to this property.

A little disappointing to be honest. The gym and pool were under repair, so no use of these, and no knowledge of this prior to visit. Strangely, there was no maid service. I was there two days and the second day when I get to my room, no one had been in there. Perhaps eco-friendly attempt? I am fine reusing towels and whatnot, but no trash pickup, refreshing of coffee supplies, etc. Walls are thin - guy next to me was in a not-loud conversation until late, which kept me up for a while.

I chose this property it had free airport shuttle. So I booked the room, then called to be picked up and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. But she told me I was welcome to take an Uber, which I did ($31). Then when I checked in, I asked to be placed on the shuttle list for the next morning. She said “oh that’s full” So I had to take another Uber the next morning ($45). This is a hotel that is supposed to serve the airport if they are going to advertise shuttle service to the airport they should have the capability to accommodate their guests.

We had a great stay. The room was clean and the front desk staff were helpful. It was a bummer that the pool and gym were closed, but had I read the details on hotels.com, I would have seen they had listed that it was out of service for maintenance and upgrades. I just wish hotels.com would stop sorting them into the group when a person filters it by locations with certain amenities. But that isn't the fault of the hotel, that is the fault of the website. All in all, it was a great stay.

Property was under construction in the lobby and restaurant. They set up check-in in the hall by the elevator and dining was in a meeting room with only a very meager breakfast option. They had a few bottles of liquor on a table in the corner of the room for drinks . We took the airport shuttle which got us there but was very uncomfortable. It was a van with no place for luggage so it was put into a row of front seats while we all had to climb over into back seats. The skis had to be slide down the floor by the door. The hallway where you entered and all the main floor was very dark and dingy. The room was fine. I have stayed here many times and this time was very disappointing!! Wait until the reno is complete to stay here!

The room was great, big and open. The POOL was FREEEEEEZING and the hot tub wasn’t working! For an$200/night hotel I expected better or a refund or meal gift card ! The location was fine and not sketch! next to good restaurants , easy to park.

False pictures of hotel on Expedia. NO SECURITY!! Unsafe parking Lot!! Car Thieves rampant in lot. Thousands of dollars in damage done to my truck by thieves. Hotel refused to give any kind of receipt when I checked out before my second nights stay due to car thieves. If you choose to stay there after this reciew you need to have your head examined.

This shouldn't be a Hilton. The owners have a cash cow that they milk but do not feed. There is one 6-person van, and it only runs once per hour and thherefore fills up quickly - so while their advertisement of van service to/from the airport is technically true, it is effectively nonexistent. We were left at the airport after waiting over an hour because the van was full, so had to take an Uber to (and from) the "hotel," $35 each way, so an add $70 to whatever cost you are expecting. Once at the...let's call it a hostel...there was one person working the desk, so a long (long) line to check in - over 20 min wait, and there were people behind us who waited longer. The rooms were shoddy and just not what you think of as Hilton. Terrible service and terrible upkeep - lots of better options. If I could give this 0 stars, it still wouldn't reflect the experience.

We like staying at this hotel, but I added a couple days to this trip. I also asked the staff to clean my room and change sheets and bring towels before the extra 2 days which the person at the desk said they would. They NEVER came to clean the room or give me additional towels for the time I requested. Very disappointed! I know because beds weren't made, clean towels were not added and trash was overflowing!!

We had a bit of a mixed experience. Firstly, the room was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. Great location for us and rather standard accommodations. We were able to bring our dog and had no issues with her. I loved the shower. Nice hot water, great water pressure, and a massage head with 3 settings. There were some downsides. We heard everything going on in the room with the adjoining door. And I mean everything. The door really needs to be better sealed and insulated. There wasn’t a proper blackout curtain, making it difficult for our child to fall asleep. The mattress was uncomfortable. Our conditioner bottle was empty. They did immediately provide us with a new bottle once requested.

Unimpressed. Customer service was absolutely non existent and no maid service along with waiting for 2 hours for TOWELS and when they were delivered, the woman was talking on the phone yelling as she threw the towels in at 10pm

The connecting room door left us a bit disappointed with our stay. It was as if the door was open and we could hear everything going on in the adjoining room. ALSO - we were hoping to watch a nationally televised football game - but the hotel didn't subscribe to NBC!!! Disappointing. OTHER THAN THOSE 2 THINGS - it was a really comfy room.

Maybe other people had a different experience, but I had a room across from the elevator, and you'd expect maybe less space under the door, but even then, the walls are extremely thin and I could hear the television and conversation of whoever was around me. The shower head did not push out much water at a time, the toilet continued to run, I had to turn it off at night. The bathroom door was too large and did not close. I'm lucky I barely slept so I was awake when housekeeping knocked and entered when I wasn't checking out. The outside grounds are covered in duck feces, which is not great when coming in at night.

We have stayed here number of times, but the beds are always extremely uncomfortable. We decided we won’t stay here anymore as the beds are too uncomfortable and we don’t get good rest of the night before travel.

Overall good stay. Octavia was the star! Her professionalism and compassion were top notch, and she could be given a pay raise and/or promotion. It was wonderful working with her for my short stay. I’d recommend this location.

I’ve always liked this hotel. This time we checked into a room that had a terrible odor. The gentleman at the front desk moved us to another room promptly and sent someone to clean the room we originally had. So the service at this hotel is exceptional.

The facility was fine, the front desk attendant the evening I arrives was rude. She seemed annoyed that I interrupted her phone time, and made rude comments when I questioned if I would be getting Hilton Honor points on this stay. She eluded to that fact that if I had been getting points in the past, I would be a gold or platinum member.

I’ve never experienced a worse check. Natalia was as rude as possible and delayed our check in by at least an hour when we only had a few hours to sleep as it was. I will probably never stay in another Hilton again

The property is not near the airport. It’s a 30 min shuttle drive and you have to wait for at least that time because they won’t actually call the shuttle for you unless you are at the pickup location when you call. The pool was out of a service which bummed out my kids. Luckily we only stayed one night

Advertised as having a restaurant but yet its not open until 4pm. The menu is not what you will see online. Its a mexican food menu that doesnt even have basic mexican dishes. The menu is very limited and we had ended up having to walk to a restaurant off the hotel. Its the only reason we choose this hotel since our airline flught had been delayed until the next day. No car for transportation so picking a hotel with a restaurant was our priority.

The front staff were very helpful and accommodating. Love that there is an On the Border restaurant downstairs. It was so easy to check in and then grab a delicious dinner after traveling all day.
