The hotel and room were fantastic. There is a great pool and hot tub on the ground level and on Level 7 is a fantastic fitness centre with premium equipment plus two more hot tubs, one undercover and the other one outside, all of which have great views towards the mountains. The ski bus stop is just outside the hotel and the huge city supermarket and shops/dining etc are all within an easy ten minute walk. I highly recommend this hotel.

Arrived late evening after our condo rental fell through due to wrong building code and terrible customer service. Staff was incredibly kind and understanding of our situation and worked to find us a room with the amenities we were looking for. Stayed several nights and enjoyed the pool area, gym, and many good restaurants in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay in the 1-bedroom villa. Plenty of space for four people, and the location was great - right across the street from the ski shuttle bus stop and great views from the rooftop hot tub. Our one complaint is that the kitchenette doesn’t have a stove and the hotel couldn't provide a hot plate (although they were kindly able to give us a crockpot).

We loved everything about this property. We immediately felt at ease and comfortable. Truly a home away from home. Slept like the dead. We got a full suite and it was very well appointed. We also really enjoyed the amenities including the indoor/outdoor hot tub and sauna and steam room. I mean this property had it all. Highly recommend!

The hotel is in a wonderful spot. The room was very clean and layed out very nice. We have stayed there 4 times now but always in late fall to early spring and never even considered an air conditioner. This trip, we stayed in late summer and were shocked to find there was no air conditioner. Even though we opened the slider and window, it was HOT. We ran the ceiling fan in both rooms and a provided floor fan. That helped a bit but my wife and I got little sleep due to the heat. If you like it warm/hot than you should not have a problem. We will stay again but never in the warmer months!

Not the worst place we’ve stayed but definitely NOT the best. The biggest issue was noise. Highway noise was one thing and expected with proximity to interstate; however, it was unexpected that we’d be able to hear our neighbors conversations through the adjoining wall/locked suite door. Our children were on the pullout sofa and could not sleep multiple nights due to the noise next door and from the hallway. There was a ripped kitchen chair, carpet issues, the pullout was gross, and overall the place could use updating. We were pleasantly surprised to find there was laundry in the room though.

Had a nice stay; room exactly as advertised, nice kitchen and supplies. Nice central location and easy access to Beaver Creek. Big bathroom and shower. Nice pool area. Highly recommend

The walls are so thin so you could easily hear other people in other room. We had a big issue for one night as our neighbor turn on TV early morning 5AM and it disrupted our sleep! If you travel for skiing they do not offer any shuttle and you have to take public transportation which is free but takes so long!

Great location. Convenient and practical room layouts with a full kitchen. Ski shop in the property is a big plus. What could improve: the rooms and furniture could use some updating, they are tired. Our room also smelled of smoke and something else that we couldn't tell if it came from the hot tub or the fireplace. Water could also be complimentary in the rooms. Other than that, we would likely stay here again.

Big surprise...No air conditioning I was shocked when we checked in last week, July 10 to learn that the hotel does not have air conditioning. The rooms have ceiling fans and extra floor fans available, but one also needs to open the windows to get fresh air which leaves one vulnerable to noise and air pollution/allergens. Another surprise: no breakfast available, not even coffee ! Not a good value for the money.
