Room 134 for one night was clean but was lacking in other areas. It should have had a lounge chair or couch. There was no shampoo or body lotion in showers, and only enough conditioner for one shower. There was no ice bucket in room. Breakfast had sausage and potatoes but no eggs (maybe ran out)?

Very limited breakfast options. The picture shows a waffle iron but it was not there. The juice machine didn't work. There was a dog barking for most of the night and the room was not insulated well. The room was clean, but outdated. The website pictures looked much better than the actual room.

There was a problem with the toilet in our room, we were moved to a different room and everything was ok until the next morning when a member of management came to our room at 9am pretty much demanding we leave the room, we told her we will be leaving at 11 as it was stated in our reservation, she asked if will be staying another night, to what I said we will be leaving at 11. Such rude people should not be in customer service. Other than that, the room was very clean.
