Wingate by Wyndham Eagle Vail Valley

This was a good place to stay for a quick weekend away. Staff was nice. The extra bed in our suite was not great. But the couch was comfy enough to sleep on. So it worked out. The kids enjoyed the pool. Good breakfast.

Staff was nice.

Room was awful, tv did not work, make up of room as requested was not done, very poor communication. I would not stay ever again!!!

Staff was reluctant to pick us up at airport and would not take us back to the airport because our 9:30 am departure time was too early for them. No heat in lobby and breakfast area. It was -9 F outside so not ideal. The front desk clerk was wearing his jacket. Housekeeping walked straight into our room without knocking. We had not yet checked out. Bath tub tap dripped non-stop into a badly calcified drain. Pool and hot tub area was clean. Water in hot tub was only just warm. The staff were friendly enough but the building definitely needs some attention.
