Overall, the hotel was disappointing, and, in my opinion, not up to HGI's standards. Positives included friendly staff and it was clean (as it should be for the price!). But many negatives: 1. Breakfast not included and an unbelievable extra $16 plus tax each! 2. Car parking $6. The hotel has its own car park and is located in the middle of nowhere. Why on earth do they need to charge $6 for parking? The room rate is already very expensive. 3. Room not in great condition. Lamp broken. Very, very noisy, old air conditioning unit in room. Turns on and off randomly, waking you up all night. However, at least it blocked out the noise from the (very loud) neighbouring room. 4. Ice machine not working. 5. Weird musty smell by entrance. 6. Wifi difficult to access and required a lot of personal information. Overall, it felt like a (very) expensive Motel 6 in terms of facilities.

This is the worst hotel that I have stayed at in YEARS. Cheap and awful. The bedding is insanely uncomfortable. The door handle to the bathroom barely closed. The carpet in the hallways were dirty and disgusting. It was embarrassing.

We had a tech guy come to our room because we didn’t know how to turn on the menu on the TV. He came really fast and he was really sweet. However, the rugs in the hallways probably needed to be cleaned a little bit. But other than that, I think it was a great day.

I booked a king size bed room. They told me that they had me under a double queen room and refused to give me the room that I reserved. Hallways were dirty carpet, bunched up and filthy showerhead bounced around with the water on lukewarm water. I would probably not stay here again Lowe and Property.

The property was a bit farther than I would've wanted but felt nice and quiet. Facilities were adequate and clean. The internet and the TV channels were all available with a nice overall variety. Bed was comfortable. Maintenance came to clean the room every 2 days. The lobby was adequate and the staff was nice.

The room and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was stoic and unhelpful. We asked to stay another night including breakfast and were not given vouchers and the price of the room doubled. The breakfast should have been free. Oatmeal, cereal, toast and hot food that wasnt hot or even real food was highly disappointing. For $16, we should havehad a waiter and optiona with real food. Based on the food and the man writing down room numbers ans not replenishing the little food they have, I woukd never stay here again. There wasnt even silverware and a famiy had to eat cereal with their hands. There was clean silverware waiting to be wrapped, but the guy stood there, waiting to be asked to replace items. Both the front desk ans the guy behind the bar were oblivious and on their phones while people walked around the breakfast area completely disappointed they spent $16. I had an engish muffin and eggs. I do not recommend this place at all. We could have enjoyed a $16 meal at an official restaurant.

I finally found my new home away from home when I need to be in Denver. The front desk clerks were lovely and very helpful, the hotel itself was clean and modern, the rooms were spacious and the bed was extraordinarily comfortable (I was sad I had to go home today)

Newish property in a good neighbourhood. Nice and clean - everything was clean - the lobby, the room, the sheets. It was within 10 minutes driving distance to a huge mall (Park Meadows Shopping Center) with a lot of shops and restaurants.

A good place to stay. Situated in a business district so everything is quiet. Tram is within walking distance. We stayed here to catch tram to Empower Stadium to watch a concert. It's a great place to stay .

The girl that checked us in was great, but this hotel has gone down hill. The guy working at breakfast questioned why i had only one breakfast voucher, i explained the girl that checked me in said the one would be sufficient for our family of 4, he acted skeptical and made us go over to the check in employee to verify we had 4 breakfast vouchers. The breakfast was awful; potatoes were stale and dried out, any of the hot items were inedible. What was left was cereal, bagels and over-ripe fruit. When i stayed here a few years ago, they were way more accommodating, had almond milk for my coffee (not this time apparently) had gluten free bread (not this time), and the lady that waited on me was a lot friendlier. I dont think we'll stay here again

My wife and I found this facility very comfortable and relaxing after a long day of driving. The only complaint I have is we had to pay for the breakfast since it was not included in the booking through Hotels. Com.
