The breakfast was quite good. Nothing overly special just a good day starter.

We had no wifi or TV during our stay. I couldn't get any work done, research fun things to do, or have my children be entertained. We had to hotspot for everything, which was super frustrating. The pool was very green, which made me think there was a algae problem, but it could have been the lighting. We only went into the pool once because of that. It was very hot in Glenwood during our stay and our room stayed cool, but the hallways and common areas of the hotels were brutally hot. Besides that, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They attempted to get our wifi fixed, but couldn't. The hotel and room was very clean beside the pool area.

Room was decent and clean, outside of building was dirty and the windows were covered in filth (from outside) so looking out was not pleasant. Main hallway smelled horrible but didn’t affect the room. Ice maker did not work on third floor and pool was not pleasing as it was dark and never saw anyone actually using it. Room was a good size but just be aware this is not a “separate” bedroom as it’s described, it’s more of just an additional open space they put a tv and bed in, there is no privacy or door between the main room and bedroom.

The hotel was fine, our room was too warm and the air conditioning didn't seem to be working well. The shower was also slow to drain and we had standing water while showering. The person who checked us out was super nice and friendly! Appreciated his enthusiasm so early in the morning.
