The gym had a treadmill and a bike. No other things to use. Was VERY hot in there, (no vents or fans) even with the door propped open. No towels. The cleaning wipes were all dried up. The breakfast area didn't look tidy.

There is very limited parking, with no ability for a large U-Haul to turn around so you will need to park across the lot at a restaurant and hope you don’t get ticketed. The room itself was okay aside from small blood spatters on the wall and someone else’s socks under the bed. Breakfast is very basic, nothing freshly made or provided.

PROS: This hotel was AMAZING for the price. I paid $67.14. The staff was extremely kind, and the rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable as well. Air conditioning works properly. Quiet hotel even with the train behind it. Centrally located. 3 Margaritas restaurant is great and next door! Pool area was clean and well stocked with towels. Housekeeping is doing their job great. I left a tip. CONS: I asked days ahead for a first floor room and they were unable to accommodate me and their elevator was broken with no fix date in sight. I recently had surgery and this not only caused me pain but was dangerous. Cold coffee, had to drive to Dunkin which was just minutes away. In the hallways, it smelled like marijuana on and off but it wasn’t unbearable. Would be nice to have an outdoor seating area as there’s tons of room to. Overall, I gave 4 stars out of 5 because of the price alone. Would return only if they fix their elevators. It’s very hard to carry all your luggage upstairs and no help was offered even after multiple employees heard me concerned because I just had surgery.

It was clean and more modern than many of the other places we stayed. The desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. They had a single washer and dryer available to guests to use that were $3 for each load , but they worked very well.

Even though hotel is not new, it was clean, quiet, comfortable. Clean, bed, linen, towels, good basic breakfast. Owners were nice. Swimming pool quiet, hot tub was relaxing. Wish there were more door entrances rather than just the front door. When parking far, then we had to walk and or carry the things longway to the front door. I can understand due to security. I liked the fact that local people cannot stay at hotel. Only out of towners. From TX had a pleasant stay.

The pet area was a joke!!! Fenced in dirt area. No grass in that area at all. In my opinion why take pets if your not willing to accommodate them as well.

Once we were inside the room, things were fine. The bed was clean and incredibly comfortable. The AC worked great and the room was large and comfortable. Plenty of clean towels and space was nicely laid out. The property is older and the carpet in the lobby and hallway is pretty grungy. The only real issue we had was upon arrival. We arrived close to 11pm and were eager to get the bed. There was something strange going on at the front desk / lobby area. Apparently an employee who was leaving work had just been assaulted outside the motel and was on the phone to his mom. I felt terrible for him. The staff person checking me in seemed very confused by the computer system and took over 10 minutes to check us in. He (the employee checking us in) was doing nothing to help the other employee who had just been assaulted - I felt terrible for the kid. It was just a very weird and disconcerting entry to the hotel - made me wonder if the area and the property were safe.

Had bed bugs in our room. Went to get a different room. Got a different room. Searched for bug's and found none. The climate control worked very poorly. Either Hot or cold. Could not get comfortable. I spend my hand earned money I expect clean rooms and to be comfortable.

The carpets were gross - it looked like they haven't cleaned them for a really long time. The room smelled like stinky feet when we got in and we had to leave the window open the the whole time. They said there was no Wi-Fi password (sketchy and unsecure) but the Wi-Fi they were broadcasting didn't even work. Tons of signs up everywhere with rules rules rules which sets a weird prison/childish mood. It sounded like water was running in the next room the entire night.

Very dirty run down property took three rooms to get a clean room wouldn't just give a refund ceiling was dripping on is at check in! Has to wear your shoes at all times because stepped on carpet after shower then left dirty foot prints on the white bathroom towel outside of shower. Dead bugs on second room floor beds and pubic hair in two different rooms towels are so old they barely dry you do not stay here! Train runs right behind the rooms so they leave earplugs on nightstand

Front desk were very friendly. Room was clean. Internet isn’t that great, off and on Breakfast wasn’t to my tastes but they did have a small variety of things. Next to the railroad tracks but wasn’t an issue hardly noticeable.

We stayed in the king suite and it was great to have that extra room to spread out! The room was clean and comfortable. The pool is more of a wading pool, only 5 ft deep. I will say I saw the staff cleaning it, filling it, and testing it 3 different times. The breakfast lady deserves a raise. She was VERY attentive to every person EVERY morning. She was on top of cleaning tables as soon as someone left and made sure everything was stocked at all times. We stayed there 5 days and every day was the same routine. Baymont, please get her some new carafes....she had to tell EVERY customer to hold the lid when pouring.....seriously buy her some new ones! It is also a great location. The mall was 2 blocks away, Captain D's and 3 Margaritas was in the same parking lot, and tons of shopping and other food places was within 2 miles. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

We couldn’t use the exterior door closest to our room for some reason , so we had to walk our dog & all our stuff down a long hall & through the lobby. No automatic lobby doors either. Breakfast was so-so: good waffles, but the only other hot food was microwave sandwiches. Kinda icky. Staff were all friendly. Room was clean but pretty dark & dingy.

The front desk staff at this hotel is horrible. They are not customer service oriented, barely know how to check you in and then want to charge you twice because the night clerk didn't do his job correctly. Asked for help and a manager and they claimed they called the Police who never showed up. You have been warned! Do not stay at this hotel!

Be advised: RR tracks 100’ from property. Not a big deal for us, only heard 2 trains go by. ATTN: The hotel front desks “policy” is EVERY person in room(s) has to submit their drivers license for them to copy! They tell me it’s Wyndam/Baymont rules, though we just stayed at 2 of their properties this trip, and it’s not the case elsewhere. Rediculous.

I did not have a great experience at this hotel. The checkin process was disorganized and painfully slow. The woman at the front desk does not know how to use a computer. It took 20 minutes to check in a 1 person prepaid reservation. Then, after bringing my luggage up to the third floor, my room keys did not work. Had to go all the way back downstairs and wait to have this corrected. Then I was woken up in the middle of the night by two men at my door saying they need to fix my TV? My TV was working fine, they had gone to the wrong room. Very limited breakfast options. And the $100 deposit is ridiculous considering the room rate was $54/night. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

This was an above average stay. The hotel was mostly clean and the gentleman that checked us in seemed like a great guy and was happy to help us. The area it is surrounding seemed really bad to be honest. Lots of run down buildings and homeless people. Other than that, we felt safe at the hotel and were happy with the stay. It was close to plenty of food options!

1. A train passes nearby. 2. At approx. 3:25 am, the night manager knocked on our door wanting to know if the room was occupied!? Could not sleep after that. 3. Phone did not work, had to go to front desk to get pass word for Wi-Fi. 4 Breakfast buffet was lacking , only thing hot was self made waffles.

Great stay, especially for the cost. It's clean. I've stayed here a lot for work. Some of the showers have really poor pressure and need the shower head exchanged- to the point that it's hard to get your hair wet. The breakfast is continental with waffle mix- but much for people wanting to eat healthy. But, all in all, nice rooms for the money.

There was bug traps in hallway full of roaches the price for this hotel is not acceptable.. we was charged 185$ for one night this hotel is definitely not worth the money ! Also the breakfast was not fresh at all they give you cold breakfast sandwiches to heat up in there microwave and you cannot leave there designated area with these sandwiches to heat up in your own room which is just ridiculous..

Check in was a little long, their system was down. They took copies of drivers license for every adult in the room as well as the credit card which was odd and made me a little uncomfortable. Once we got to the room it was clean and comfortable. You can hear the train go by at night, but it didn’t blow a whistle and I was able to go right back to sleep after it passed. They have ear plugs in the room for you if you need them. The best part of the stay was Dana in the breakfast room. She kept the options stocked, cleaned the tables as soon as someone departed and was cheerful and friendly. I would return due to her alone.

Very nice guy working the front desk. Check in was one of the easiest I've had. Rooms were not fancy but very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was good for continental, they had several hot options including jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches, which were perfect. My only critique is that the pillows were part their prime. Very bulky and lumpy, but a minor inconvenience during an otherwise excellent stay.
