Newer hotel, good breakfast, free parking, laundry, pool was ok. Rooms nice comfy beds. Coffee and tea 24 hrs and access to microwave. Fridge in room. Only issue was given keys to a dirty room at 10pm when checked in of course house keep it available front desk clerk had to speed clean the room which was ok but not good enough very unacceptable this happened and having to wait in the lobby and pool area with belongs and kids after a long travel day. Was told they were fully booked so no other room was available. Had to clean my self after the clerk.

I can’t remember the last time I’ve gotten such great customer service. Everyone at the front desk was so nice and helpful. The property was really clean and the pool sparkling too. All around great package and service.

Spent the night during a road trip. I thought the hotel was lovely. I enjoyed the extra places to hang coats or bags. Very clean and I like that there are buckets for the ice machine vs dealing with the plastic lining thing. My son enjoyed the pool. Only complaint would be that our tv kept turning back on about 15 mins after we turned it off. This may have been bc we were in a vision impaired room ? Front desk wasn’t sure how to help so we unplugged the tv.

The hotel is newer. Everything very clean. But only for 1 night stays. Room Very small; no closet. Hooks for clothing. The TV was set to an undulating pattern, in color. The window "covering" a see through shade. Too much light for me to fall asleep. There was also a bar nearby that was playing audible music at 11 pm. There were no cups in our bed or bath. When i called we were told you have to go to lobby to get them. The breakfast was very good. And the common space excellent with built in workstations. The products, shower all fine.

First of all these two rooms were supposed to be connected. When I get to the hotel, they tell me they don’t have any rooms that connect at all. It was supposed to have a heated indoor pool, and they did have an indoor pool that was that the water was cold as ice. This means me and my husband had to sleep in different rooms with two grandchildren in each room, not the experience I was looking for not happy with Hotels.com. I asked if I was speaking to the front desk and they said yes they lied.

I stayed for 3 nights while in the area visiting. Overall it was a great experience. The room was super clean, cool, and quiet. My only negative is the sheets had an odd odor. They looked clean, but didn’t smell clean. Other than that I would definitely recommend this property. I will definitely stay again. The 24/7 coffee and water dispenser was also very nice.

The elevator’s were sticky and needed to be mopped. The hospitality staff was kind and accommodating. The breakfast was just okay. Could use more options. The walls of our room needed to be cleaned. The mirror in the room was also dirty. Otherwise the linens and towels were clean and the house maids did a good job keeping our room clean.

This was our first time staying here and I liked the modernized aspect of the hotel, however, I noticed there was alot of hair on the bathroom floor and shower and there was toothepaste in the sink. I wasn't impressed and feel that housekeeping needs to improve on the cleaning of the rooms.

The evening check in lady on the 6th was not very friendly and did not stay up front. It took a while for her to come wait on me. The morning staff were very efficient and the breakfast lady was amazing!

They were not going to allow me to stay at the property because I was local. They said it was policy. This sounds absolutely absurd to me. What if my house were flooded and I needed shelter? I paid in advance. What possible policy reason can they have to reject a customer based on geographic location? I will never stay at this hotel again. In fact, I wish there were a way to not have paid them at all. I don’t support this kind of nonsense and would never again. I only stayed there because I had no other option at such short notice.

Check in was quick and front desk personnel was polite. There was a broken chain to close our blind so we notified front desk who kindly gave us a new room. However no shampoo or bodywash in shower dispensers. So we had to get minis from reception. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was really good. They had scrambled eggs, country potatoes and sausage. And of course fresh 🍌 🍊 🍎 🥣 yogurt, oatmeal + toppings, 🍞 bagels. Juice, milk & ☕
