Pool isn't open very long in the morning before check out and that was disappointing as that is when my family most utilizes this amenity. Breakfast selection was lacking as well. The room was nice and the staff was friendly so those were definitely redeeming factors.

Our stay was great 😊 Wonderful customer service. All the staff was super friendly & helpful. Very clean. By 10:00 p.m. hotel was very quiet. Would definitely stay again. It is an older hotel, but has been updated. The pool is small & quiet it is an indoor pool.

Room was clean, bed was nice, price was good. There was a guard in the parking lot during the night.. nice to know someone is looking out for us. I saw him around midnight and again at 3:30am. I would stay there again.

Fast check in. My room was clean. Beds were more firm than I prefer but the pillows were good. The pool was warm and clean. Breakfast was average. When we arrived to breakfast eggs and sausage were out but were quickly restocked. Waffle mix was perfect and waffles came out fluffy.

The biggest issue we had was the sheets. The bed sheets had stains on them. Black and make up stains on the pillow cases and the fitted sheet. The rest of the room looked decent. We just needed a place to sleep a bit and continue on our road trip.

The facility is clean. The carpet is stained in many areas. The room was clean but the carpet was stained in a lot of areas. Our room was located along a busy street by the intersection on the first floor and it was loud most of the night with motorcycles and the sound of cars seemingly to be racing. Didn’t really feel that our car was safe out front and we had no way to see it. The staff were nice and friendly and breakfast was enjoyable. If we stay in Pueblo again, I’ll make sure I look at all the areas of town before choosing here. I would stay here again if other options weren’t available. It’s an older facility with the bathroom sink in the room and not the bathroom- at least that was our double queen room situation. For the price it met our overnight needs.

Read reviews before staying and don’t understand how they had so many stars. When walking in and down the halls it smells funky. Staff member Jesus was very professional and nice, that was a plus. Only had one other interaction with another staff member who was also very professional and nice. But the rest was awful. We don’t mind if a place isn’t brand new, but it needs to be clean. Walked in our room and the tv was on like someone just had been hanging out in there. The bathroom was disgusting. There were “splatters” in the toilet bowl, a bunch of short, curly hairs all over the shower and tub. A LOT. There also was a huge spider sack on the ceiling that was there while. I added the photo of the spider sack above the desk/tv. I also have never stayed at a hotel before where you could hear all the traffic like the windows were wide open. It’s very loud road noise there. I definitely will never stay there again.

Great location right off I-25. Ihop and Cracker Barrel with in a short walk. Beds were surprisingly extremely comfortable. Staff was very polite and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again.

beds are a little worn out, not very comfy. No coffee after 9:00 A,M. Smallish TV and a moderately loud AC. But it was $100.00 less than the quality Inn in Pueblo West so expectations weren't too high. Wouldn't stay for more than one night.

My family had absolutely the worst hotel stay I've ever had here, even worse than a Motel 6 or Super 8. They put us in an already occupied room, followed by a room that hadn't been through housekeeping, before finally a clean empty room. On top of that, the room keys didn't work for more than a few hours and were constantly having to be remade. Desk staff was keeping track of things on a notepad because their software was apparently garbage.

I forget the ladies name who checked me in, I think it was Kathy ( skinny white woman) but she was so sweet and kind with great customer service. Everyone i delt with at the front desk was very helpful. I do not go to Pueblo often but when I do go back up there I would definitely be staying there again.

It was good, right next to a great Mexican restaurant and off the highway so was convenient. Rooms are nice, but got there and issues with people on 2nd floor. On 1st floor, must be a water leak because walking in room with socks, socks got wet from carpet in certain spots. Their breakfast was good though.

We were in town for our 50th high school reunion and the Quality Inn was a good place to stay. It's convenient to the interstate and to the university and close to restaurants and lots of shopping. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the breakfast had lots of options. The only issue we found was that the mirror and light over the sink were really bad for putting on make-up, but we managed

For the price our stay was good. Our room was clean, the shower head and pressure were awesome. I thought the bed was comfortable but my husband did not. The breakfast area was busy, they were out of coffee and apple juice. The lady was trying hard and working hard, but she was the only one working and was having to check people out, change the trash, and refill everything, so it all wasn’t getting done. More than one worker should be there during the breakfast hours. They could also use another waffle maker, we had to wait a while for it to be our turn to make one. Our keys stopped working in the morning, so that was pretty inconvenient. The place is dated but it is clean, so with a couple changes I would stay again.

Everything about the stay was great, except for one thing, the breakfast. What a disappointment. There was sausage, eggs, no biscuits, and most disappointing? No gravy. Sausage was raw in the middle, and brown on the outside. Cooked on a very hot surface, for a very short period? The milk ran out very fast, because she would only refill the container 1/3 of the way. Saw it refilled myself, 3 times. There was a waffle maker, red velvet waffles were great. Refilled waffle batter twice, only filled to 1/4 in container. Several people always waiting for refills on everything, even the eggs ran out a couple times. This was 2 days in a row. Operated the same skimpy breakgast. Truely not alot of choices compared to other places, but is bragged about. There are more food choices at other cheaper places that have a buffet style breakfast. Disappointed, and won't stay again.
