DO NOT STAY HERE! Hotel is not like in the pictures. Pool as not worked in months and they have no plans to fix it. Our room was filthy with bugs coming out of the doors once they smelled people or food. They also wanted a $100 room deposit for a filthy room. We checked out as soon as we checked in and went to a cleaner hotel with NO bugs and a working poo.

Employee at check in was wearing a t shirt and baseball cap with a half-smoked cigarette behind his ear. He did not share any property information upon check in like breakfast time. Also it would’ve been nice to know that the pool was closed before booking.

I had a nice stay. The room was more than adequate. Age and wear was a little obvious, but recently painted and very clean. I had issue with a missing remote to the TV. Management quickly fixed the matter. Breakfast very adequate and appreciated. Travelling with a parrot, and paid the extra fee when I called to confirm my need of first floor accomodations due to handicap not able to do stairs. I would stay again.

Hotel could use a updating. The room we had, the toilet wasnt bolted down all the way, so anytime you sat on it, it would hit the floor and the bathroom door was coming apart at the bottom so it would stick anytime you shut the door. The pool was also closed so that was a bummer for the kids. Beds are standard hotel beds. Over all wasnt bad.

The room had a mildew/urine smell as though pets had been there previously. Tub had a dirty ring on it an toilet wasn’t very clean. Towels were very thinned out and small and won’t mention breakfast :/ We weren’t expecting 5 star service but something clean at the least!

The room was dirty. There was unrecognizable substance on the walls. The bathroom was not clean. There was hair on the floors. Outside of the room was extremely noisy. People loitering all over the place did not feel safe. Front desk staff was friendly enough, however they weren’t the nicest.

There were urine stains on the bed, bed cover and pillow. The front desk went to sleep and there was no way of reaching anyone to replace the beddings. Next morning I requested to have room service change out the bedding. Nobody came and after I returned late from work and meetings I was stuck in the same terribe circumstance for the 2nd night. The front desk said to call the manager but there is no phone number. I received an email to contact. The carpet was sticky and grimy too..i never took my shoes off because it was so aweful and I would have been better off sleeping in my car. Do not stay there.

Smelled horrible. Looked like someone has been killed on the couch. We didn’t even sit on it. Towel racks falling off the wall. Horrible WiFi. They did supply shampoo and body cleanser but both bottles were empty. Charge $100 deposit. Never again!!!

The hotel mostly fine. The room was clean and in good order. However, when we opened the door to the room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. I immediately called the front desk to ask about changing rooms. Unfortunately, the hotel was full, and there were no rooms available. No other option was offered, i.e., refreshing the room, etc. We ended up opening the door and airing it out ourselves. I informed the front desk clerk upon our checkout the next morning.

Staff is friendly enough but the entire place reeks of smoke even though this is a smoke free hotel. The inside of the duvet had dried blood on it and the couch in our room smells. The only reason we stayed here was because the La Quinta across the street was full.

The mattress looked like someone brought it in folded in half with a ratchet strap, the pillows were small enough for a child’s bed and was only provided 3 for a king size bed. The bathroom along the walls where it connects to the floor you could tell that there was water damage, probably due to the shower leaking everywhere on the floor since it was cloth, and not enough towels to lay down a “mat.”

The smoke alarm in our room and the adjoining room kept going off. Front desk only gave us instructions for how to try to reset ours, and said they couldn't do anything about the adjoining one; so we had to change rooms late in evening, as it would have kept us awake going off every few minutes all night long.

Did not service the rooms, and provide clean towels. When I went to front desk she asked for my dirty towels and I didn’t know I had to bring them. Then her husband or whatever he was said we’re out of clean towels. There was a big hole in the wall behind the front door and the carpet was very dirty

We waited about 20 minutes (with another couple who said they had been there for 10-15 minutes) outside a locked lobby door with a sign on it saying "Be back soon". My daughter has just gotten out of the hospital and couldn't take being in the car any longer so it was tough having to hear her cry because she just wanted to lay down due to the pain. I'm not sure what the young man was doing but he finally walked from the gas station next door and opened the door. He was rude to the other couple, then me. The door has to be forced open and was difficult to shut. There was an elevated area just inside the door that I wasn't expecting so twisted my ankle and fell when I tried to help her to the bed. I liked the hard boiled eggs for breakfast. Plenty of juices and milk. There were pancakes but I didn't get any.

Very very very loud: right on the freeway Right on another very busy road and pueblo has lots Of loud cars. Several people staying there had very loud cars Anf were purposely reving them in the parking lot Trash trucks at 4 am loading dumpsters Cig smoking right outside the front door And right in front of my door People coughing and barfing right outside my door at 1 am

The staff make sure I have ground floor room as I have a mobility issue, and it was great to not have to always ask for that. They saw it when I walked in because I walked, walked into the lobby with two canes and obviously needed a ground floor room I so appreciated their help.

This was my second stay here. Love the location. My first stay here I forgot to leave a review. The air conditioner was not working properly, within 20 minutes they had that unit pulled and new one installed. Great service.

We did not end up staying here because we weren’t notified of this hotel’s policy concerning local guests until we arrived to check in. They required a $300 deposit to be put on each of our rooms because we were locals. How does a hotel expect us to pull an unexpected $600 out of our rears that late at night? I felt like the desk agent was judgmental and this policy is completely discriminatory and unprofessional.

The staff was completely unprofessional and rude. I arrived to find a sign on the door to the Lobby that said 'Be Right Back'. Waited 20+ minutes, and told her I had just driven 2 hours from the airport. It was chaotic, as the clerk was distracted by people trying to get into the hotel. It was 8pm, and immediately felt unsafe. During the check in process, I left my Drivers License on the counter, although I do not remember it was given back to me, my credit card was however. No one called my room, brought it to me, emailed me, texted me or called my cell phone to inform me it was still there. Even when I checked out. 5 Days later when I checked into another hotel 800 miles away, I discovered it missing. I called all the restaurants and places I had been, and finally found this hotel had it. WHAT??!! When I asked if they could mail it, I was told that is not possible. When I asked to speak to a manager to ask why no one contacted me, request denied. When I drove an entire day+ to retrieve it and asked again to speak to a manager, I was told he did not have a number. The woman at the counter, who remembered me, became argumentative and honestly ridiculous, when I asked why she or anyone did not call me??? She decided to tell me to leave after throwing my ID at me. Please. SO RUDE. This place was so run down, and tired, and a complete mistake. If you don't care about items being broken and unfriendly, unprofessional and unhelpful staff, well then disregard this review.

The front desk staff was wonderful, check-in was swift and overall interaction was very pleasant. The location leaves a lot to be desired, frequent loitering of unsavory types and bullet casings were scattered in the parking lot. The room was clean and comfortable enough, but we slept with the shades cracked so we could keep an eye on our vehicle.

Our only complaint is that the pillows were so thick that we had trouble falling asleep. We enjoyed our breakfast with waffles, hard boiled eggs and cereal. We generally stay here when we go to Pueblo for the Round Dance Gala and the State Square Dance Festival. It is quiet and convenient and very close to Cracker Barrel.

There was a car parked by stairs the entire time. Man and woman in the car late night and early morning. Creepy. Breakfast needed healthier option like yogurt, granola, and longer hours.

Check in was great and the employee was very nice. When we got into the room, it smelled really horrible. We turned on the a/c and went to eat hoping it would take aome of the musty smell out of the room but it didn't. They gave us another room that was better but definitely still had a stench to it. Being as tired as we were after riding 700 miles on our motorcycle, we decided to just stay. The front desk guy in the morning should not be working around customers as rude as he is. We showed up a few minutes before 6am and he made it very clear that breakfast was not ready and to wait until 6. We waited the 2 minutes thinking that there was more being brought out but what was there was it. Hard boiled eggs, mini waffles, bread and some cereal. If it wasnt for the night clerk, this place would have gotten 1 star. She was very pleasant and should be an example for the rude guy.

The TV didn't turn on. After trying the remote several times, I discovered the TV wasn't unplugged in. There was no way I could reach the electrical outlet behind the furniture. The breaksfast was adequate for a continental breakfast with hard boiled eggs, waffles, bananas, cereal. The rooms were all nonsmoking, but there were almost always people smoking outside in the parking lot.
