Don’t stay here. Car was broken into over night. There is a field right behind the hotel full of homeless people. They were walking the parking lot when we pulled up asking for money, and then our vehicle got broken into and had stuff stolen. Police didn’t do anything because the parking lot doesn’t have cameras.

This property was filthy, disgusting, smelled like a dirty wet dog. I couldn’t believe how dirty the carpets were and even though the website stated they had a hot tub, which I was absolutely looking forward to. There was no hot tub on the property. I do not recommend this property whatsoever, even if it’s the last, one available.

Property was a bit dirty. Staff spent some time dealing with a clerical issue while we waited to check in at the front desk. They closed the “seasonal” pool down even though it was a 90 degree weekend. I guess an arbitrary date on their corporate calendar matters more than the actual weather and guest comfort. That part was more than we wanted to tolerate. We left a day early and checked into a hotel with an open pool. Lost $ because of this but won’t make the mistake of booking at this hotel again.

The hotel, as a building, was great. Clean room, comfy bed. However, this morning as we’re carting our luggage to the truck, an uprooted tree (being held up solely by a handicap parking sign) was blocking the walkway. Then we found out someone broke into our cargo trailer and stole my husband’s tools. While the hotel can’t be responsible for what happens in the parking lot, they could install security cameras outside in an attempt to deter criminal behavior. But it’s Colorado and this state has sadly become a horrible place in recent years.

the elevator was in disrepair and not clean. I was not notified that the pool was not in use. The breakfast was not stocked well and had minimum selections. The coffee urns tended to be empty all the time.

This place had a terrible smell, the rooms smelled like sewage when you walked in. The bathroom in the common area also had a horrific smell. The room still had trash left from other guests. Had not been cleaned well. Wouldn’t stay again.

Our room was filthy and dingy. The carpet wasn't vacuumed and was torn, and there was unknown sticky substance on the nightstand, desk and crumbs on the chair. They moved us to another room. The carpet wasn't as messy but still not vacuumed. Coke or something had exploded in the fridge, and there was a dirty spoon in there. The remote was missing and there were no coffee cups or plastic water cups. One of the pillows on the bed had two strands of hair on it. I threw it on the floor. We checked the beds and they seemed fine otherwise so we slept in them anyway, only because we were exhausted and had no energy to go elsewhere. We shouldn't have. Later the next day, I found myself scratching bedbug bites on my arms and was left with the fear of having brought them with us. We've taken precautions and there has been no more evidence of them, but we're leery. This was a truly horrific experience. I had stayed at this LaQuinta before recently, and it was not like this at all, but something has happened at this property to change it fairly quickly. We shouldn't have to pay for the room, and I will never return there.

Room smelled the bed was dirty! The floor was sticky and the carpet felt so dirty! I would have asked for another room but we were already unpacked had a wedding to go to so when we just sprayed the room with spray came back from wedding when we seen the bed! So I just slept on the blanket I took! Very very disappointed for how much I paid for the room!

the halls were dirty, the room was dirty, and the bed had dirt in it. I complained about the bed dirt so they changed the sheets but didn't even bother to clean the floor, the sink, or give us clean towels.

The lobby was nice, the room was dirty and not cleaned well. We had to request to use a vacuum because the floor was obviously not clean. Everything besides the lobby is old gross. Would not recommend staying here.

The room was nice. The lack of outlets to charge all of our devices was the biggest problem. Most places we have stayed at have USB plug-ins. This had 3 regular plug outlets on the desk. That turned off when the lights were turned off, so my hearings aids didn't charge. Breakfast didn't have a lot of options. Especially for a diabetic. The only options for me were scrambled eggs and sausage. Both were luke warm. The only elevator was so slow!! The staff were really friendly though!! We've stayed in much worse hotels. And also in much better.

Pretty dated despite photos shown online. Beds were not comfortable and the room had a funny smell. The TV remote didn’t work and there was no way to change the volume, so it was basically on or off. Room wasn’t dirty but wasn’t really clean either. The staff was wonderful though. The girl that checked us in was very kind and even gave us food delivery options since it was so late and we were tired. Location is convenient. Just priced like it would have been a little nicer/well kept.

The staff at the desk that I enter acted with were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The grounds were nicely groomed. The hotel was fairly clean as was our room. Issues were the cleanliness and condition of the elevator, the door to our room being the wrong size so it did not fit the the frame and let light, noise and smells in around all of the door, that we heard people in the next room and that it is too close to the freeway and so the rooms in the front hear all the noise like the windows are open.

We wanted first floor, got third and far from the only elevator which should at least be in the middle not at the opposite end of our room. Carpets look dirty; our room is very cold but we can't adjust it because buttons are missing. I messaged the personnel, never got a response.

Bathroom sink was plugged but did get fixed right away. AC unit not really working well. A bunch of hair on one of the pillows, which grossed me out. They said housekeeping would replace it but never did. Stood here many times but this stay was a bit disappointing. Hotel definitely needs some updating.

When I got to the hotel to check in they charged my card saying the booking service did not give them the information. Then the lady started yelling when I asked why she charged my card. She made it seem like it was my fault. Yelled she had a lot on her mind. It’s not my she charged it. It’s not my fault she twice.

Front desk person was on a personal call on her cell phone on speakerphone when we came in and it took a few minutes to be addressed. We filled out digital check in ahead of time to save time, and then she asked for same information again when we were standing at front desk. It took 5 business days to have $75/room deposits credited back to my credit card account, when a rental car company used same day was able to credit my deposit within 2 business days (and we had the rental car for 3 days, hotel was one night).

My husband had a disagreement with the early check in. They wanted to charge us $25 to check in 14 minutes early. After getting frustrated, the desk clerk canceled our reservation. Then Hotel.com wouldn’t refund us. We had to book another hotel. However, we were forced to pay for two bookings. WE….DIDNT CANCEL OUR RESERVATION…..THE DESK CLERK DID. We returned the next day and spoke with the manager. He told us to call Hotel.com and ask for a refund. We were denied. The desk clerk was disciplined , but we were the ones to “pay” ….twice

The beds weren’t comfortable, and were slanted down weirdly, not level. There was hardly any food available for breakfast and the guy attending to it was rude, he didn’t have the supplies he needed and appeared to have no help from a manager. No one answered the front desk phone all evening or morning. Many people were frustrated and hungry. We were charged again by the hotel for our stay, even though we paid through hotels.com. The hotel was ok, the service was 0.

Counter help was professional and versed. I completed my pre- checkin through the app. Once arrived, i was greeted nd was given my room entry cards within minutes of my check in.the outside court could use reglar rounds where the cleaning staff could empty the ash and trash barrels. Overall, a great experience.

The hotel was in a nice, safe area, a mall and several food places near the hotel, room was clean and was a great price, traveling with family and stayed 1 night, has an outdoor pool, the breakfast had waffles, toast, bagels, cereal, eggs, sausage, yogurt, and boiled eggs, we enjoyed our stay here.

This property was very clean , the room was spacious, and the bed very comfortable. The room had a sufficient number of pillows and towels. Staff throughout the hotel were very nice and helpful. The location was great near highway and restaurants. I felt very safe there.

The pool area/patio is very nice. Fun to be out there even if not swimming. The breakfast was excellent. The breakfast attendants were very friendly and efficient. Only wish we could have got a rollaway bed.

The property was nice. Check in was a breeze good location . Breakfast was terrible I felt sorry for the employee working that area . No egss, no milk juice machine out of order no breakfast meat . Most of the muffins where gone. Had cherrios in 2 of the cereal dispensers and fruit loops in the other .come on La Quinta I know you are better than that !

The Elevator took forever and the place was filled with Kids so it was loud in the hall. I also thought that breakfast from 6:00 to 8:00 am was really weird. I have stayed at alot of hotels and when breakfast is offered it is usually at least to 10:00 am. So we missed breakfast both mornings. We like to sleep in on vacations not wake up early to eat. Otherwise the only other thing was there was only a hand soap bar and not shower soap or shampoo or conditioner. That was a little unexpected.

Property was very good except breakfast. In the words of nice attendant “we’re just about out of everything”) this was with 1.5 hours of service left to go and she was right. Next day was slightly improved. Good thing they are next door to Cracker Barrel but they should issued a credit due to bare cupboard.

My room 208 was very clean and comfortable. One note is that the shower and sink backed up. Also, while the in-house breakfast is convenient, the selection was minimal and they were slow to backfill the food items (e.g. scrambled eggs). It would be nice to have pastries, more than one fruit and some oatmeal toppings. Overall, I would return and recommend to others.

Was a nice stay. Didn’t have any shampoo/body wash in room. AC was a little noisy but worked well. Breakfast didn’t have much: waffles, cold sausage Pattie’s, dry cereal, bagels. Or pastries. If just need a place to sleep, I would recommend.
