The room just didn’t get cleaned one day and had to remind the housekeeping staff. The pool area was a dirty mess by day end. For a big holiday weekend I would have expected entertainment but it was not there.

Overall, our stay was just okay.we have stayed here multiple times and it just seems they went cheap on everything now. The property has potential, but it feels like the grounds and amenities could use more attention. The pool area appeared to be neglected, with lounge chairs sitting in dirt rather than being properly maintained. The hot tub was noticeably low on water, and although we reported it to the front desk multiple times, the issue was never addressed during our stay. One of the advertised evening activities, the s’mores, never took place, and none of the staff members we asked seemed to know if or when it was happening. Staying Monday through Thursday, it felt like many of the employees were either understaffed or not adequately trained to handle guest questions or concerns. On top of that, the prices throughout the property were quite high for the level of service and overall experience we received. Unfortunately, because of these issues, we don’t plan on returning.

Stayed 3 nights

Got there early but we got a room. Very helpful front desk. Room was spacious and clean. Pool was full of kids so if you have your family, then this would be great. Gore river trail was literally next to the room. Parking at $55/day is a little high during the summer but knew it going in.
