It is on a great location, just minutes walking distance from the ski resort. Also, it has a great restaurant and a nice spa with already included saunas, jacuzzi and a cold plunge. I would recommend it.

Call ahead before booking to check on the status of the amenities if traveling before the ski hill opens. We booked a quick weekend getaway here because the bar, restaurant, coffee shop, and hot tub all looked great. Literally none of them were open. Rooms were very comfortable and clean.

The facility is in a great location to the Village, the room was great ci we have 5 people and we could stay together. They have a few areas for lounging and to play games. The workout facility is fantastic! They have a coffee shoe and restaurant on site for convenience. It’s good value for Vail and family .

Fabulous hip hotel in the perfect location especially for attending a concert at the Amphitheater. They do charge a high resort fee but they have an incredible gym and a hot tub. The restaurant is beautiful and high end with great food. Would stay there again

All hotel guest can use the hot tubs and spa amenities, no need for spa purchase. The gym was nice and inviting. Modern co-working space. Staff was very hospitable and the room was pretty and clean with nice big smart TV. I loved the vibe at Gravity Haus!

Gravity Haus was a great place for me and my two doodle dogs to stay for a few days while visiting Vail. I selected the hotel because it was not only "dog friendly" and was very reasonable on pet fees, but it also had a bar and restaurant right there in the hotel so I did not have to go far away from my pups to get dinner & have a cocktail. The food in the restaurant was outstanding as was my server, Andy. He was very friendly & made excellent recommendations. I ate at the bar the second night and the bartender was not as friendly & helpful, which was disappointing.He seemed much more interested in serving groups of ladies and couples rather than a single lady sitting at the bar by herself. My only complaint/concern about the hotel is that interior throughout the hotel is very worn, tired and old. It is in dire need of updates and new carpet, etc., especially in light of the fairly high nightly rate of over $500. Despite these issues, the room was still very comfortable & livable. I will not hesitate to book a stay there next year when I return to Vail.

Hotel needs to let people now on their website that the coffee shop and restaurant are closed during the off season. Also they had their fire pit already turned off for the season even though I was there weeks before Memorial Day weekend and there were still patches of snow on the group and outside temps in the low 40s. Staff told me it’s “summer” so it’s off. Some areas are really cool and updated and other areas are old and dusty/dirty. Over all I’d give it a 7.5 out of 10. But definitely was very disappointed coffee shop closer was no where on the website.

Great location to everything in Vail Village. The rooms are nice and clean with plenty of room. The beds are comfortable. The staff will go above and beyond to accommodate the guests. Great place to stay in Vail!

Only things that weren't great were the parking (you have to park in a public parking ramp across the street and schlep all your luggage from the ramp, across the street and up a flight of stairs to check in - none of which is posted anywhere so we kept driving around the hotel looking for a formal entrance or place to unload baggage) and our shower - the shower was great but the drain wasn't doing its job, so we were standing in ankle deep soapy water when done. Otherwise, everything is top notch! Loved the customer service at the registration desk, the room was large and inviting, surroundings are beautiful, plenty of little shops and places to eat in the main village section - very charming! We'll be back!

Absolutely love the hotel. Love the amenities!! It was the off-season and quiet just the way I like it! It was my husband's birthday. I just needed to touch up on their cleaning, especially around the toilet paper roll. There was some pretty gross stuff.

The Gravity Haus was terrific. The room we had had two bunk beds above the two king beds. We both have neck issues and it was hard to get in and out of the king bed, with the bunk beds directly above. That was our only complaint.

We stayed at the Gravity Haus for a weekend getaway for our anniversary. It was off season in Vail so wasn't as busy in the area but really enjoyed our stay. We had a few drinks at the bar and our room was nice and comfortable. We had a really good weekend and enjoyed our time in Vail

The property seemed updated, however as soon as I walked in the young man was absolutely rude. Not only once but the 18 hours we were there. No valet as advertised, my husband is handicapped and we had to carry bags up and down stairs. No one offered to help. Bedding was great, however due to no A/C we had to sleep with window open. The shuttle bus stops directly in front of the hotel. We had zero sleep. The young man once again watched me roll all our bags out without offering to help. We checked out and came to The Lodge @ Vail and it has been amazing. Do NOT stay at Gravity Haus!!!!! I never leave a bad review but this one is a total waste of money. The Hotel was cute but service, no A/C, and non stop street noise made me want to warn you all.

We had a wonderful stay and the front desk gentleman Trent was very accomidating. He even got my duaghter an early checkin and we could not have been more happy due to the long drive we had that day. Hotel was beautiful and we ate breakfast and enjoyed the patio also. Would definatly stay there again. Thank you. Teresa

Our favorite hotel in Vail. We make routine leisure trips to Vail a handful of times every year. They make each visit special. Their staff is welcoming their amenities are by far the best of all the hotels we've been to, and the hotel itself is incredibly charming. They treat our dog like a VIP. Our dog is often more excited to vacation there than maybe we are. The Arrabelle by far exceeds our experiences at any other hotel.

The front desk receptionist greeted me as if I was a bother, borderline rude. He was snarky. The $200 massage was subpar. Despite requesting a lighter touch, the therapist pinched and prodded my muscles. I ended up getting a rash on my face. The doctor diagnosed a contact dermatitis, likely from the liquid soap they have in the room’s bathroom amenities. Truly disappointed, given my past good experiences at Gravity Haus Vail.

We had a great time at Gravity Haus with the whole family. There are a few things that I will mention that might help with your decision to stay here. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, and the staff were super nice and helpful. It is a short walk to a lift that is off the side of the mountain and Gondola One. My parents are in their late 50s and did not have a problem. There are a few extra fees for the resort, which give you access to the hot tub/sauna/steam room etc, and parking or valet fees ($60-70 per day). The hotel has a restaurant that serves coffee and food that smells amazing. It is a good option because many restaurants book in advance during the busy seasons. Overall, I would highly recommend this place.

If you like the pictures on their website of the restaurant and bar, don’t plan on enjoying it. They don’t want to serve you. Showed up for an after dinner drink on Saturday night at 9:30 and they told us they did not want to serve us since they had no customers. One drink was too much for them to work. Won’t come back.

It was absolutely amazing! The staff was really nice, the hotel was GORGEOUS! My boyfriend and I went 3 days before "busy season" so unfortunately the restaurant was closed, but it was a really nice hotel!
