Very nice weekend to stay in Vail. They have modern equipment in exercise room also (my son liked that). This s a quiet location, and you cannot hear any noises at night.

It was nice, but dated. The rooms was comfortable and quiet but the elevator (they have one) was being repaired for most of a day with four floors of stairs as the only option. It was also disappointing that valet parking was the only option at $45 dollars per day. It would also be nice if there was lunch and/or dinner rather than just dinner. Otherwise, it was nice, just not sure I'll be back any time soon.

Bar in lobby open at 4 pm and has very poor selection … food service is weak, no room service and mediocre breakfast at best ! Bar should be open all day or 12-8!! Room is terrible ! Furniture is bad and absolutely not worth the money we paid!!! Big Delusion!!!!!

My husband and I loved the location, and the hotel overall is lovely. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only minor inconvenience was that there’s just one elevator for both guests and service staff, so it often took a while to arrive—and when it did, it was sometimes full of laundry containers with sheets and towels. Other than that, our stay was excellent, and we would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property in the heart of Vail Village. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful, check in was easy and they showed us all of the amenities available. Hot tub is very nice and clean. The lobby is beautiful and has a bar. The rooms were surprisingly sound proof, nice heavy doors keep the hallway sound completely out! Easy walk to the amphitheater too.

The hotel looks pretty, but I didn’t get my upgrade based on my Expedia VIP status. I got the room above the entrance on 2nd floor. it was very noisy. Also, The room smelled like Clorox when I arrived. I did get a bottle of white wine that I have to carry to my room. Location is at walking distance to village. Staff was nice. Got charge the resort fee. There is no pool, so not sure what that was for. I didn’t use the hot tub. Only kids were using it. So this should be waived or not charge at all.

The quick trip was really great! The staff was so nice and the hotel was wonderful! Located near everything! Beautiful lobby! Hot tub was hot and so relaxing! Our only complaint was 45.00 fee per night to park even when it's not high season seems so expensive.

Hotel looked great, lobby was very inviting, staff was amazing. The room was terrible. The drapes were filthy with stains. The was a constant sound of running water the entire stay. It sounded like someone in another room was taking a shower, but for 16 hours straight. Extremely annoying trying to sleep with the constant noise of running water. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows felt as if someone stuffed unrolled toilet paper into a pillow sack.

Overall the stay was nice for the one night we were there. The only is was there was a leak above our shower when we used it, so after 1 shower the whole bathroom and all our stuff in the both room was soaked. The maids had to give us trash bags to put our stuff in when we packed up. When we told the front desk at check out, they didn’t seem to care.

So we only stayed one night for a show, but my wife didn't sleep all night. Either it was because it was pet friendly hotel and the cleaning of the room wasn't sufficient and she had a reaction or I noticed water stains in the bathroom on the ceiling tiles so maybe mold somewhere. Either way it was a really rough stay and we won't go back. The area is beautiful and the staff was really great but yeah no - not for the cost.

Greg the parking coordinator was very inviting, hardworking and informing. Rest of the hotel staff was pitiful and lacking hospitality training and professionalism. The staff that cleaned our room left the coffee inoperable for use the following morning, left the tv on and inoperable for further use, they did not leave any smaller fascial towels in our room and they did not speak any english. The Sunday morning breakfast was not good with a sticky dirty table and we wished we would have gone to a restaurant instead.

Very convenient location for an event at the Ford Amphitheater. The room was spacious and comfortable. One towel was damp and appeared to have mildew. The bathroom ceiling was stained from an apparent leak. We were pleased to be able to walk everywhere during our stay.

Nice place. Stairway is ghetto for such a nice hotel. Check in and out very slow. Should include parking with hotel. Great location in village. Walkable to everything. Check in time should be sooner than 4pm!!! And then turn around and check out by 11, kinda of a rip off. Hot tub was full of debris- gross.

We booked two rooms for an overnight stay. Marjorie at the front desk made arrangements for early check-in so our 17-month-old toddler could get in his afternoon nap. Everywhere we went, we were greeted with smiles and warm "hellos." The hotel is immaculate, very comfortable and a short stroll from Vail Village. Two thumbs up!

We came to Tivoli lodge a few years ago. We loved it. Came back and the mold smell was so strong it was hard to sleep or honestly be in the room. We told the lady at the front reception desk and basically we wanted to move and they said that there is no refund so basically we just have to stay there or we would lose $5000. so we ended up staying. Also, I have never stayed in a property that only gave you two coffee pods, if you wanted more, they were a dollar each.. thought that was odd.

First time in Vail. Tivoli Lodge is perfectly situated so you can walk to the village for shopping and restaurants. Our room was quiet and spacious and nicely appointed.

Rude front desk and bell service upon check-in. We had no luggage assistance or guidance as to where to put our 6 bags. When we mentioned this the front desk person informed us we were talking to one another so she didn’t tell us. Once we returned to enter our room the luggage they said was in it was not. When I called they said it was and I said I was indeed in my room without my things. The bellman had put the bags in the wrong room. He informed me I was rude to him and it was not his fault because he was busy. I would never stay here again. It gets 2 stars because it is clean and in the village. The bellman the next day was wonderful and helped us with bags. We left as soon as we awoke and I will never be back.

Disappointed. Poor customer service. I called to try to get into our room an hour or so early since it was pouring rain, the front desk woman said it would be no problem, that she would call me when the room was ready. No call. When we checked in after 4 the current front desk woman told me the “pm staff” is not reliable.

I always book with Expedia properties in which I can cancel up to the last minute. I made an exception for the Tivoli. That was a big mistake! We ended up getting Covid past the cancellation date. I asked if they would work with us on the cancelation policy or at least transfer our reservation forward. They were not at all accommodating. In fact the manager was downright rude and dismissive.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. The staff are incredible, from the moment we pulled in, and Greg helped us with his amazing attitude and knowledge, to the end of our stay. The hotel is so comfortable in the room and in the lobby that you almost feel like you’re in a luxurious home instead of a hotel.

Tivoli is perfect place if skiing at Vail. It is a 2 block walk to the gondola (about 3-4 min), but if u are here to ski, it is a super place right in the village. Enjoy! My son and I had a great time.

Tivoli Lodge backs up to the mountain side of the village so it's much quieter and is more open (Vail in general feels very cramped into a tight space). In the summer is very close to the golf course, Ford Theatre (for concerts), gondola lift for hikes and bikes as well as the Ball village for shopping and food options. In the winter it's right next to the ski lift.

We've stayed here several times and love the location and the mountain view. Nice that they renovated the hot tub. It was our anniversary so we booked the tower room, but were surprised to see a big, white, portable air conditioning unit with a tube out the window in the room. We put it in the closet as we didn't need it with the cooler nights. One window wouldn't shut all the way. Breakfast buffet is $26.95 which seems high. Yet we love staying there!! :)

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful area. You’ll pay $50 plus tip for a buffet breakfast that is no better, if not as good, as free breakfasts at most mid-range hotels, however, in the off season. Might expect that in Veil, but there are better places to eat in the area.

The location is the best for proximity to lifts. Breakfast is sub par and expensive. A little tricky having no food service on site. Beds need to be replaced. Bath amenities are great. Bartenders are so friendly. Had to valet own bags. Check in did not give enough info about the property and I had to keep asking questions about everything.

A very elegant hotel! Loved the property and the room was very comfortable. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was ample and quite good. My only wish is that the coffee was served in ceramic cups/mugs rather than paper. It would also be convenient to provide some UBC outlets for guests' devices.

The Tivoli Lodge is a super property in Vail just a block from the downtown Vail. They only offer breakfast, which was quite good at $24, and they have a full-time bar. The rooms are super clean and spacious. It’s like a classy old world hotel.

They provided coffee/tea/ hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby for apres. The lobby had a huge fireplace that was so cozy in the evenings. Extremely great location. Breakfast was excellent
