Great location - room and view were fantastic - clean and great service !~ The only issue was the bar - was never opened the whole week we were there except one time - we like to wind-down after a long day with the night-time cocktail before bed - so that was disappointing - also housekeeping needs improvement as well - had to go down to front desk several times to get towels/toiletries and request service

Great location! The lobby is impressive with high end Mountian finishes, antler lamps, needle point chairs and foot stools, leather and animal fur club chairs.... It was a great fit between luxury and value. Not a four season's experience but a fabulous Mountian European feel that maintains the authentic original Vail vibe.

Best place to stay in Vail, especially if attending a concert at the AMP. Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Front desk clerk remembered us from our last stay a few weeks ago! How is that possible when hundreds of guests come and go all the time! A stay at the Tivoli makes a visit to Vail that much more enjoyable and memorable

Terrible front desk. No way to even try to get a late check out. I had the worst room in the hotel above the valet. I told them.and they did nothing. I called the front desk to bring my car around and they never did. The phone in the room did not work either.
