The hotel itself was really nice and new, We got ourselves some dinner at the hotel bar that was really tasty. We brought it up to the fourth floor outdoor area to eat and watch tv, The noise from the freeway was really loud and made any chance of hearing the tv hard there. The giant hot tub was great too, but the freeway noise was a lot. But our room itself was quiet and spacious and we slept great there. So the noise is only in the outside areas. Our kids, and us, loved the breakfast options.

Great location off the highway, awesome free breakfast each day, bar/restaurant onsite, free shuttle to Lionshead or Vail Village, and rooms were clean and comfy. I would definitely stay here again. Parking was pricey, but I'm told this is normal for Vail area. Fitness center, Hot tub and eagles nest viewing area on the 4th floor were all great extra amenities.

Parking was an inconvenience. 2 hours before we checked in we found out we had to park off site and be shuttled. If we had known this before we arrived we would have been able to plan accordingly or choose a different place to stay. Our shuttle consistently ran behind which made us late. We waited at the hotel for 40 minutes since they don’t have a schedule which also caused us to be 10 minutes over our parking time and have to pay an extra fee. There was no map or thorough directions given for where pick up spots were. We were three girls alone in the dark in in a new place with no idea where we could be picked up and the hotel couldn’t provide any help. Needless to stay we will not be returning. We would rather spend an extra $100 and stay somewhere for parking.

It's a very nice property, new and clean, big lobby with a bar. Also, there is a nice outdoor space- 4th floor open patio and around the hot tub on the 2nd floor. The breakfast was good and fresh. They also have a shuttle working well which was very convenient, just a few minutes drive to downtown Vail. I'd definitely stay there again.

Great Hotel! The $45 parking fee that's added on at check in is unfriendly and not good business. Charge more for the room don't add a parking fee. It's like what airlines do and just as annoying and cheesey. I stayed at Marriot in Calgary same room free parking.

New property fairly basic. They don't tell you that parking is another $45 per night. The beds are hard and the pull out sofa is not comfortable. Sheets are stiff and smell like they haven't been washed like straight out of the packaging. Bathroom is nice however, the water for the sink and shower stopped working in the morning and we couldn't shower. when we ran the sink water some of it was brown, when it spurted out on and off. One of the lights would work and then it wouldn't. Staff at front desk were unorganized and still training. The free breakfast was overcrowded and ran out of food. We had to wait for them to cook more to feed the guests and it was limited when it came out. Design is simple but nice. the studio room with a king bed and pullout has an enormous desk area that is overwhelming and unnecessary for that small of a room and could be eliminated to make more space in the living area.

We travel ALOT and this hotel was the nicest, cleanest amenity minded family style hotel we have ever stayed in. It was incredibly clean. Room was large and clean. Bathroom was large and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Had quite a few delicious options for breakfast.

Hotel and room were well-appointed, tastefully decorated and in excellent condition. The main beds were very comfortable; the sofa bed much less so. The free local buses and hotel shuttle make it easy to get to the two shopping centres (Lionshead and Vail Village). Breakfast is very good. Noise is the only downside of this hotel: footsteps, banging and music were audible throughout the night from the room above ours, while the highway traffic noise rather spoils the hot tub and balcony areas. Still, we enjoyed our stay.

Clean facility, friendly staff and pretty view. Howver, this property is located directly on the freeway and is very noisy. Do not bother paying for a balcony because they are facing the freeway and even with the door closed it is extremely loud.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent, thanks to the attentive and helpful staff. We enjoyed skiing at Vail, and the shuttle bus was very convenient. The drivers were always friendly and attentive, and bartender A C provided superb service. The bar offered a great selection. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience.

The manager was very rude. The list says self parking included. Any sane person would think it was included in the room price. He asked me where it said free and asked me to pay 45$. I said i would Not and parked the car outside but i was still charged 45$ this manager needs to be fired!!

We have stayed at this property before and returned because we had a good experience, the hotel is newer, and conveniently located. It is also clean and well maintained. During our last stay we were aware of the lobby staff’s general lack of customer engagement and interest but our recent stay left me dissatisfied enough to voice their rude tone, posture, and lack of customer service. There is more than one example of this. While every member of the housekeeping staff I encountered was pleasant and polite, the front desk staff delivered awful experiences over and over. The arrogance and lack of courtesy and hospitality is not in alignment with what I typically experience at a Marriott property.

In general, the staff were extremely rude. There was one man behind the bar, otherwise staff were outright rude to my face. Beds super hard but room itself was nice. Had a parking garage but it was $45 per day. Wouldn’t stay again.

The room was a decent size with a kitchen so one could prepare a meal. The bed was comfortable with soft sheets and good pillows and comforter. What was not good was the air filtration was pumping in a sweet smell that permeated the whole room. The smell was not present in the hallway. The food offered at the bar was a very limited and unimaginative menu. The dinner was mediocre at best. That said, the breakfast, which was included in the cost of the stay, was very good with lots of choices and delicious muffins and bagels. The other issue is that the hotel had a $45 parking fee per night even during the off season. There was a nice outdoor space with fireplace on the fourth floor, but the area faced the I-70 highway so to sit outside was extremely noisy and unpleasant.

The hotel is nice, very clean, and the rooms are comfortable. The shower is excellent. The food there leaves a lot to be desired and the coffee is tasteless. With a late check-in and early check-in, it's not the best value for the money and they don't even include complimentary bottled water for guests.
