Excellent location! A few feet away from I91. Only 10 minutes away from Six Flags New England. It has plenty of restaurants 5 minutes or less all around it. Parking and hotel surroundings are kept very clean. Check-in process was really fast and easy. This is extremely convenient after spending a whole day at Six Flags. Deposit was only $50. The room looked clean. The bathroom was small and the tub had a rust stain in the middle of it. For a family of four it could've had more towels. The shower was very good. Fridge and microwave worked fine. The beds were comfortable. The sheets smelled and looked clean. Check-out process was also fast and easy. Recommended if going to Six Flags, and if you are on a budget.

When we arrived the motel is in the middle of major remodel. Several dumpsters and old furniture lying around with doors open. The room we were in smelled like smoke though it was a non-smoking room. What we talked to the person at the desk he said that it's a non-smoking room and there's no other room available.

Construction site!! Workers around busy working! My room was directly across from all the activity! The room does it even have a coffee maker. The coffee machine in the lobby was out of order! I would’ve liked to know that all this was going on before I decided to stay overnight there!

Property is under renovation - which is a good thing - nut it limits options. My room was clean and smelled neutral but the bedding had a slight odor of cigarette smoke. I will return.

We were there for the weekend due to job, and it was nice and quiet. Beds weren't so comfortable, but it was a place to stay. The room itself was clean though. Staff was great. We had a trailer with us and the gentleman at the front desk helped us find a spot for the 40 ft trailer.

I HATED IT THERE! THEY HAD BED BUGS IN THE FIRST ROOM THEY TRANSFERRED ME TO ANOTHER ROOM AND IT HAD BUGS TOO!!! While the room presented nicely, considering it was small, the floor was filthy! I was barefoot for about 30 minutes and when I stepped into the shower prior to going out for dinner, the clean tub was displaying black footprints! Considering I had socks on with sneakers all but 30 minutes, it was obvious the floor was not mopped or washed in a long period of time!

When the bed was stained when we arrived! Then she tried to keep my deposit for the bed stains. I do not think so!!! How many other deposits are being kept because housekeeping doesn’t know how to clean. Guest with a disability needed and extra pillow to have his foot elevated and it was like pulling teeth. Unreal! Crackheads screaming from across the parking lot. Place is a damn dump! Front office is beyond hot. Do better people!

Always clean and comfortable rooms. Check in os quick. Grounds are clean. Location is near a lot of restaurants, shopping and main highway. Bathroom is on the small side but very clean. The heating/cooling system is a bit loud but works well.

During our stay we experienced multiple problems. 1. The card reader did not work at the front desk and all my cards were denied. We had to reprocess mulitple times and finally went to another register and our card processed the payment. This we extremely embarrassing as several other people were waiting to check in. It was also uncomfortable having to reprocess so many times. 2. We paid extra for a nonsmoking room. When we arrived the room smelled strongly of smoke. 3. There was a rust problem in our room. The refrigerator, sink, and bathtub all had significant rust. 4. Our television did not work. I called the office to get help and was told to try another HDMI option. It still did not work and were not offered any other help. 5. There was a bug problem. During the morning I saw 3 large bugs run across he floor. I brought all of this to the attention of the front desk at checkout. They apologized but refused to make any compensation for the issues.

Property was gross. The first room I was given smelled like chlorine and there was a dead bug as soon as I walked in. The second room I was given had a clogged sink, a strange sticky substance on the toilet seat and a battered tub. Thankfully I only slept one night. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

O.k. the shower knob was installed backwards (cold was hot and hot was cold), the fan in the bathroom very loud, The shower head was loose and unable to be directed. The pillows became like pancakes within 2 minutes of putting your head on it and the sheets were not soft, quite scratchy..

I did not like the fact that when I arrived, they informed me that with reservations from outside companies, reservations are not guaranteed. If they are full up on their own, that reservation is not valid. They did rent me another room but only for 2 of the 3 days that I made my reservation for. I think you should drop them as customers cannot depend on having their original reservation.

HORRIBLE, DO NOT CARE ABOUT GUESTS. BEWARE! I forgot my wallet in my room and the General Manger refused to send it to me. He told me he doesn’t have the 30 minutes to take out of his day to go to the post office, that I’m irresponsible for leaving the wallet and it’s not his problem that I’m irresponsible, and told me I have to come back and get it. Does he not realize I stayed here because I don’t live around there? I had to take the day off from work for a 6 hour round trip back to the hotel. I asked what if I lived across the country would you send it? He stated I was rude for asking. I asked why no one called me when the wallet was found over 24 hours ago when I was in the area until 5pm, he said he didn’t know, then lied and said someone called me at 4pm, no one called; I requested a copy of their call log and could not be provided with one. Their website also states, when items are left behind the Red Roof will work with you to return your item; how is that working with me? I called corporate and spoke to numerous people, and no one would help me. He stated it’s against their policy to ship found items, and I asked for a copy of that policy as well which couldn’t be provided to me. I begged him to send the wallet and said I’d pay him whatever he wanted, he stated he’s not doing it because he doesn’t want to and doesn’t work for me. The front desk staffare a problem! This is my third visit in the past 3 months. The staff needs to be trained before put in place. While talking on the phone, staff wasn't paying attention to what they were doing. Charge me twice. Now I have to wait at least 2 weeks for refund. The room and grounds were great.

They couldnt locate my reservation. I had to find another hotel at 11pm. Everything was booked and i slept in my car.

For the bill for a cheap night’s stay. Was impressed with the responsive, available staff (came right over to fix my TV!). One star off for constantly running toilet and very loud, on-again-off-again AC that made it a bit hard to sleep. Clean enough for a place like this for me.

Excellent location! A few feet away from I91. Only 10 minutes away from Six Flags New England. It has plenty of restaurants 5 minutes or less all around it. Parking and hotel surroundings are kept very clean. Check-in process was really fast and easy. This is extremely convenient after spending a whole day at Six Flags. Deposit was only $50. The room looked clean. The bathroom was small and the tub had a rust stain in the middle of it. For a family of four it could've had more towels. The shower was very good. Fridge and microwave worked fine. The beds were comfortable. The sheets smelled and looked clean. Check-out process was also fast and easy. Recommended if going to Six Flags, and if you are on a budget.

Basic accommodation at a basic price. We were in the Hartford area for a graduation and needed accommodation for a few days. The room was clean and comfortable. Property is in walking distance of restaurants, a small mall and easy driving reach of Bradley International Airport.

The inside of the room was small, but very clean. They had nice beds and a good size television inside the room. My issues with this property are about safety. First off, the front door has gaps where the door hits the door jamb and you can see the outside through the spaces. There are unsavory characters all around the place. A few asked for money and one person wanted a ride to the store. The place reeked of weed and there was a lot of activity in the parking lot at night. I was traveling with my two children and I just didn’t feel safe here and won’t return when I visit my family in Western Massachusetts.

Construction site!! Workers around busy working! My room was directly across from all the activity! The room does it even have a coffee maker. The coffee machine in the lobby was out of order! I would’ve liked to know that all this was going on before I decided to stay overnight there!

There is no coffee available which was in the description of the location. Room had candy wrappers and dried rice around the bed. The outlet next to the sink was not working so I just told upon checkout

The room was very basic with no extra amenities, not even a single hanger to hang clothes. The two men who worked at the front desk had such a thick accent that I could not understand a thing they were saying. I was confused why they needed a $50 deposit when the room was already paid for. I've been to other hotels for the same price and they included a breakfast bar. I probably would not book again

bed was uncomfortable pillows were flat and soft bedspread was just like a curtain and at 2 am someone was banging on are door to get in.. no coffee pot in room , was easy on and off from highway..

Unfortunately I did not read the fine print end up getting a smoking room. Wasn't really given any other options by the front desk clerk however room did smell clean and sanitary and did not smell like smoke beds were comfortable.
