They only had 1 elevator working. You have to schedule a time to use the pool. The snack area, they charge twice the amount for stuff. The fridge froze everything.

This is our go to spot when visiting my husband's family. The hotel is pet friendly and we usually have zero issues. The only hiccup this stay was that the pet areas were all sprayed with pesticide on 4/24. Finding a good potty spot for our pup was a challenge at the hotel, but we did what we could and were vigilant in washing her paws off after each trip outside. Thankfully we spent a great deal of time off property. Aside from the pesticide, we had a lovely stay and look forward to our next visit in a few months!

This property is clean and rooms are spacious. Breakfast is amazing. During my stay, the pool heater was out and the pool was unbearably cold. Which sucks because the pool is the only reason we booked this hotel. Make sure to reserve pool time in advance. When calling and asking if we need to reserve, we were told no. When arriving we were told we need to reserve a time. Luckily it was still available when I got there, (probably because the water was too cold), but that miscommunication should be corrected.

The place has an odor the moment you even set foot in the building. It's like they clean with just water and nothing else. The linen is very poor quality and slightly stained. The room could use a vacuuming. It's loud in the morning, no soundproof rooms. The elevators smells horrible. They can definitely do better. The staff was friendly.

I usually stay at the nearby Hilton (both are Hilton owned) and there is a difference. This hotel was slightly dirty- hair, scum near tub, dirt along floor boards. The design of the rooms with location of TV was awkward. I will stick with my other place moving forward. Also, the other Hilton has better parking options. Staff was friendly and nice.

I booked a room on the first floor because my wife can not go in elevators , they gave me a room on the fourth floor. Said I booked two rooms and said they are not going to fix it had to call Hilton rewards, then they wanted me to pay the higher price. Then when we got to the room the toilet over flowed twice then the front desk call my room work my wife and I up and asked us if we need towels, this this is crap !!!

Room was always cleaned up, get to breakfast before 10, they close it on the dot, the front room where breakfast is served needs more air… it was way stuffy every morning. Loved the all day coffee being available. Sometimes hard getting turned left out of parking lot bc there’s no light.

Overall this is a stellar property with plenty to do. Walgreens across the street, Asian fusion, Hibachi, Outback Steakhouse, Dunkin Donuts and a perfect spa right across the street! Too many and it's all very clean and new! You'll love it

Kitchen has lack of commercial Oven, the old one it’s broken and the administrator had the great idea to buy a small oven to save money. Now there’s a line at the breakfast that you won’t see not even in Cuba for food. What a disgrace for the Hotel owners. They are gonna loose guests because someone in from the administration doesn’t have brain.

The room was great very comfortable. There was some noise (music) after 11pm and had to put ear buds in to sleep but overall we had a.grear expérience. The check in person around 11pm was very helpful when we had some check in challenges. The breakfast was good. I would come here again

I usually visit this hotel with my kids but i must say, there needs to be major improvement on the "complimentary breakfast". The breakfast was awfully cold, scrambled eggs was cold, wet and soggy. The kids could did not eat neither could I hence we had to dine elsewhere

The breakfast ended at 10 AM which is typical. However it is not typical and very disappointing that the coffee is also a hard stop and no longer available to guests at 10 AM. The desk didn't even recommend nearby coffee or breakfast spots when i asked why we couldn't get coffee at 10:15 am. Also, having to schedule your use of an amenity like the pool makes it extremely inconvenient to just use when you would like to, which is one reason we chose this hotel.
