We found some problems in our room and reported reception a few times during our 4night stay but nothing was solved. They are quite simple requests 1) chair was broken and needed to be fixed or replaced 2) bed mattress was damaged and needed to be rotated or replaced 3) shower water pressure was away too low and only warm water I guess manager just ignored guests as the problems started long time ago that is why the reputation is quite bad but reception staff are good. You need to get breakfast before 8:00 otherwise no muffins and only coffee is available. Also utensil, plates, pots and pans are upon requests
