The rooms are lovely. The staff has been excellent. Disappointed that the starbucks closes at noon, the executive lounge was clised and the pool closed. It seems that these issues makes it a 3 star hotel when it could be 5 star.

Overall my room was fine with an exception of the bathroom. One corner of the bathroom wall was damaged, the wall paper was buckling and it looked moldy. They were sold out and I had a morning flight at 6:00 am so I had no other choice to keep this room. I do have pictures should you require them. I was disappointed for the price I paid and expected better

Very convenient for late arrivals or early flights from Bradley Airport. But limited dining and no bar. No room service. Nighttime staff marginally friendly. First room smelled bad, like humidity or water damage. But they quickly changed our room after we complained and the 2nd room was very good.

Attached to the Hartford airport so very convenient for morning flight. Rooms modern with glass shower enclosure. Negatives are bed mattress needs to be replaced or flipped as you sink to thr center, HVAC doesnt get cold enough and threshold to hall has 1/4" gap so very bright in room during middle of night

The heater in 542 was so loud that we turned it off to go to sleep. Wow very unexpected in a Sheraton. If we weren't leaving at 4 am I would have asked for a different room. It was cold that nite. The room was 63 deg. When we woke.

The room was very nice, except for the shower setup- in both rooms (we had 2 separate stays close together) the diverter would not send flow to the handheld shower, and when the overhead shower was in use the handheld and the faucet dripped heavily. Front desk was super helpful, friendly and professional. Area around property is not great, but hey, it's at an airport, and there's ongoing construction, so no fault to the property.

Check in was ok but we’ve stayed at this hotel 2 years in a row and both times we requested a wake up call and both times never got one. Very frustrating as we assume staying in a hotel on airport property they would be more conscious about making sure people get to their flight on time.

They over booked there hotel and bumped us to a 1* hotel several miles away from the airport. We didn't find this out until we were trying to check in. We paid for a $280 room and they transferred us to an $79 flea bag duscount hotel that required a transfer to and from the airport. Also didn't have a restaurant or lounge on site. Apparently they did this to 8 other folks that booked through Expedia so beware of there agility to honor Expedia guests. We had booked our reservation 3 weeks in advance. Completely unexceptional.

the room was fine and it is convenient to stay here before an early morning departure flight. However the front desk was extremely slow, incompetent and rude. I just checked my credit card charges and see that they charged me a second time for a room that was pre-paid on expedia.

We stay at the Sheraton Hartford Hotel at Bradley Airport everytime we fly in to see our son who lives nearby. It is a great hotel, but the best part about the hotel is its convenience to the airport. We literally walk around the corner, and we're at the airport. This was especially great for our most recent trip when our flight left at 6:10 am. We love this hotel!

We typically stay here when we have a very early flight out of Bradley International Airport. We can return the car the night before the flight and get a few hours sleep before we need to be at the terminal. Since the hotel is connected to the airport, we check out and its a quick walk to TSA Pre-check security. Makes for a much less stressful morning than staying somewhere else. You pay for the convenience but for us its well worth it.

The convenience of staying at a hotel attached to the airport was unmatched. We had the room for a little under 12 hours and it was worth every penny to not have to rush at 4AM to get to TSA on the weekend before Thanksgiving.

This hotel is convenient when flying out of Hartford. Checkin was quick and friendly. The Food and Cosmo's were outstanding in the Cloud 9 lounge. The evening bartender/server is exceptional ! I give her a 5 star rating! I've stayed here numerous times and she never disappoints! She recommended delicious small plates and made fantastic cosmo's!

Everything was great. The only disappointment was the Cloud Nine Lounge. Service was great, but I ordered Lobster Roll (it was excellent) for $26 and my wife ordered the Lobster Spaghetti for $35 and there was VERY little lobster meat. For $5 more we could have had 2 orders of lobster roll AND split a crab cake. Mentioned to waitress, apologies, no more.

We have stayed here many times. We always stay here the day before we fly and then the night that we come home. The rooms are always comfortable and clean . The front desk staff are always very nice. It’s an easy walk across the hallway from the airport itself. We have eaten in the restaurant quite a few times and our food is always excellent. I highly recommend staying here.

My only problem with my stay at the Sheraton was the $100 taken from card for potential 'incidentals'. This was taken on Sunday 26th July. I fully understand and accept the need for this. I did not spend anything on incidentals. I asked the staff on the front desk when I could expect the $100 to be returned to my account - the standard answer is 3-5 business days. Despite one request by messaging the hotel direct I still haven't received the monies. I view this as very very poor

It is always great. Any time we fly we leave from Bradley. We spend the night before we fly and the night we return at the hotel. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Very good food, whether the take out area or the dining room.

We did not expect to stay at this hotel but our flight was postponed till the next day and we were very thankful there was a nice hotel available to us. Given the circumstances, the price was fair, the hotel is very convenient, and the rooms are nice. There was even a limited but good menu for dinner. Next time we have an early or late flight I will consider this instead of the nearby hotel shuttles.
