Fairfield Inn Hartford Airport

Elevator was broken. Check-in in was having issues assigning rooms with new booking system and staff complaining that they received no training. Stayed two nights and my room was not cleaned on second night. Breakfast was decent.

When we arrived the elevator was out of order. Also when I booked via Hotels.com the description of the room said king bed with sofa bed, when we arrived and got into the room it had a king bed only. We were advised that none of there rooms have sofa beds. Front desk staff said they would upgrade us to a suite but manager said no, so we left and booked into the Marriott down the road. I will be challenging this charge with M and T Bank.

We use this hotel often but it's looking worn. The shuttle service is terrible.

Ty clean and helpful staff

This was the first time I stayed at this hotel. I was impressed.
