No parking available for 1 night stays. Must park next door in a business parking lot and walk over. Building smells of Marijuana. Breakfast not as expected.

Great for both room and shuttle

Miserable. It was dirty and had a fowl smell we could not get rid of! Toilet ran all night, shower clogged. Worst of all was that they rent out the parking spaces to the airport and we had nowhere to park as a paid member of the hotel! In the snow & ice!! They also did not do anything to clear the ice from the sidewalks and we fell trying to get to our car since they did not offer parking. Horrible. Stay anywhere else.

Facility is very dated. Sheets permanently stained, shower and sink drains extremely slow. Arrival at night and the entire place reeked of marijuana

Dirty…. I checked in but could not stay. The smell alone was horrible.

Starting with the positive, the overnight front desk clerk was lovely and helpful. The hotel is right by the airport, which is exactly what we needed for an early flight. They offer free airport shuttle, which we didn’t use but is a nice feature. The beds were comfy; however, our sheets were all stained with dirt, what appeared to be old blood, and makeup. The towels were in similar condition and our tub didn’t drain well. The shower and baseboards in the bathroom were dirty. The walls were also thin so you could easily hear people in the hallway. Overall, would not recommend.

The room was gross. The paint on the picture frames were peeling off, Dust on the dresser, toilet paper holder broken, water stains on the bathroom ceiling and mold and stains all around the tub. This was gross and had we not checked in so late at night, I would have found a different place to stay.

Bathroom and room was disgusting. Not cleaned properly.

I checked to the Days Inn near Bradley airport early evening to stay for an early morning flight. The attendant at the desk was very pleasant. I went into my room and immediately noticed it was dirty. Especially the bathroom. I went back to the desk and requested someone clean. Because they didn’t have anyone in housekeeping at the motel, they changed my room. The second room also had a dirty bath, and a blood stain on the comforter. I immediately checked out.

Property was dirty, smelled musky, and like cigarettes in the hallways and room. In the stairs it smelled like pee.

There were black hairs on the bed when I pulled the covers back to crawl in bed. I work hard for my money to pay for a hotel stay and all I want is a clean bed. No black hairs in it.

Air conditioner in room was extremely loud, had to sit it off to sleep. Refrigerator was also loud. This room did not compare to the excellent room I had stayed in the week before.

Tired design, needs a refresh. We had a non-smoking room but it had an odd aroma to it. Room was clean. Wi-fi was very spotty.

The beds were comfortable enough. The AC in the room rattled horribly so we turned it off and used the fan which made the room warm and stuffy. We could hear everything inside (voices, doors, other rooms water running) and outside (parking lot and airplanes) the hotel from our room. The shower floor felt very soft and bubbly. The breakfast was very minimal - waffles, bread, bagels, cereal, yogurt. No eggs, breakfast meats, muffins. We are not super picky but this hotel was kind of sub par.

Cobwebs on the ceiling, old carpet and paint. No internet most of my 7 day stay. No hot breakfast. Mgt told me to call customer service when I complained about no internet service. Deferred maintenance inside and out. Worst Days inn I have stayed at anywhere in the country. Very disturbing presentation of hospitality.

Close to airport. Room was clean. But worn. Had to plug in tv to work and couldn't adjust volume. The fridge had a loud buzzing all night.

Property needs an upgrade. Rooms are not soundproof as stated.

The room was clean but the deadbolt was hanging from the doorframe, the fridge was SO LOUD I had to unplug it to actually get sleep, which defeats having the fridge at all. The bed was as uncomfortable as sleeping on the ground. I chose this for location to the airport but as a single woman travelling alone I will opt for a different property. The people working there were very nice, but I didnt feel comfortable staying there alone.

Bed was very uncomfortable. The room had a musty smell stains everywhere .

Great Front desk staff, customer services oriented.

Only 2 towels in the room for 3 people. When I asked for another one shortly after check in I was told there wasn’t any more. When I asked the next morning I was told there wasn’t any at the front desk. Told to ask house keeping. No offer to call them for me. Found somebody cleaning rooms and asked. Was told she didn’t have any. Odd for someone cleaning rooms. I found the laundry room and finally got a towel.

Friendly & Welcoming!!

The employee at the desk was not very welcoming. When I told her I had a King bedroom reserved, she had the nerve to tell me that they were all out of Kings. She asked if I would take a double bed instead. I told her I didn't really want a double bed room. She said she was going to search. All over a sudden, she found a room. All that aggravation for nothing. The room conditions weren't even that great.

We had an early flight and I was very happy that we were able to get breakfast before we had to leave for the airport. The staff were very helpful and check in was a breeze.

The staff is really nice and attentive, and make sure your every need is provided for. I asked for a bath stopper and he went right away to get me one. I love seeing the planes take off and land from the dining area. Cindy is super nice and I look forward to returning.

Shuttle driver, Mike, was super nice and friendly. Allie at front desk was great, helpful and so friendly. Made me feel welcome. Breakfast was ok and I appreciated the shuttle ride to the airport and free Wi-Fi. Liked close proximity to airport and few food options. The hotel itself needs a whole lot of TLC. Dingy dirty carpets, dirty walls, smells old. It's ok abd cheap for a few hours stay to catch an early flight out. The best part of my short stay was the amazing staff I came in cintact with. They and the service they provided get 5 stars...the hotel gets 2.

Where do I start. I love the airplanes flying to and from the airport. It must remind me of when I was a baby and we lived under the flight path for LAX. But this time, it was extra hard for me at Days Inn. I checked in and, same as last time, there was something wrong with the room. This time it was a toilet handle that did not even go down, let alone flush. I was moved to another room, but there was no acknowledgement of how tiring this was for me, as I had put all my stuff away, schlepped up the stairs, etc. and the woman downstairs never even said "I'm sorry". I am 64, and in fairly good shape, but I was tired and hungry. Then the next morning I realized my toilet did not flush properly. WARNING, I'm going to be graphic: it took 6 flushes to flush down a you-know-what. When I said this to the front desk she showed no emotion at all and was upset that I told her to please look me in the eye (She had looked down at her phone for a moment, just a moment, but that is still really rude when a guest is complaining.) She was so mad I mentioned this that I ended up apologizing (Why?) I was so rattled. I figured the manager would acknowledge me the next day but crickets. I complained to Expedia, and originally was told the front desk agent said I was moved, they accommodated me, and the toilet worked. I was incensed. I was now going downstairs to do my "business". Expedia escalated my case and at least I got 1/2 off my stay (It will take a while to get the credit). Libby was nice!

The staff is always very helpful. Lizzie, at the front desk was very nice and made my stay very enjoyable. The manager on call is also a treat to approach and makes sure to ensure I have what I need in order to enjoy my stay at the hotel.

It was ok for me if you want quiet this is not place to go airport across street. For the price it worked out be aware breakfast doesn't start till 530. It is listed on here at 4 or 430. You can get coffee 24/7 and juice. The only 2 things i had issue with was 1 elevator at other end of building from check in location. I could have just gone up flight of stairs by check-in and been at my room. The pillows are horrible. They look like they are rehabing some of rooms as some of carpet is worn out big time. I would stay again. Again planes take off and land directly over hotel. The staff was great at check-in.

We were in town for some softball games at Fast Pitch Nation. so the location was convenient (but near the airport so plenty of noise). Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean, and everything functioned. Certainly appreciated the well-functioning air conditioner and ice-machine during the hot three day period of our stay. Furnishings were basic and dated, The room we were in on the first night had carpet and an odor. The nice folks at the front desk were not able to move us to an odor-free (and carpet-free) room until the second night, but this change made a big difference.

Close to the Airport !!!

Nice hotel. Very helpful staff. Good for one night stay and very early morning run to the airport a few minutes away. However it seems that the hotel is next to the runway. Last plane took off at 2 am or so. Not conducive to sleep to say the least.

Was told by the check in staff that breakfast would start at 4 am, but then in the morning was told not until 5:30. I had to leave at 5 am.

The breakfast they served was very bad and had no variety, just bread, coffee. The person in charge of the breakfast area never said good morning, he seemed unhappy, tired, annoyed. The people at reception were very friendly

It looks like a property that is slowly deteriorating, tgat investments are not being made to take good care of it. Breakfast was very limited. People seemedto like making their own waffles but that? a few bagels and juice drinks and coffee was about it. The staffperson working the breakfast room was very conscientious!

There was no way for us to determine if they bathroom was clean before the last people were there because the toilet paper roll was almost empty with no corners folded there is no sanitation rapper around the toilet seat. Also we were very upset when we found out that they did not put anything out for breakfast until 5:30 in the morning. There were many of us that had to leave on the 5:35 van over to the airport.

The room was dirty, few amenities provided and breakfast was very limited.

the room smelled sanitized as soon as you walk in. my least the room was freezing, but fixable. :) over-all continental breakfast was ok, no hot meal, but doable, clean. i'd stay again

My room was fine and the shuttle to the airport was handy. The breakfast was pathetic. Stale bread, no tea bags, no eggs, etc. Glad I brought my own granola bar and tea.
