We loved the hotel, our room was nice and spacious, but the shower and toilet were not draining. The parking lot was also under construction, so that was inconvenient.

Everything was liked. The pool area could have been bigger and better. The water was nasty

Nice, clean and quiet. Only downfall is that there's only one elevator working. They need to fix the other elevator, there's too many people for only one elevator.😡

Great shuttle to the airport that starts at 4:00 AM and i belive is pretty often his trips perfect for me. They have a Bar Restaurant with good selection

The property is nice the lobby has a restaurant. Staff was really nice. The room was nice except it wasn’t cleaned properly. It smelled like vomit or old milk. The floor was sticky and the heat didn’t work. I called downstairs about the heat and someone immediately came to fix it. But they never came to mop or get rid of the smell. There’s no microwave in the room just a really old one with a turn dial in the hallway by the elevator not really convenient when traveling with an infant. Didn’t think to ask ahead. There’s a mini fridge in the room that works quiet well but it’s sitting on the floor. Beds were clean and comfy bathroom was clean also aside from the smell.

Average sized room. Not cramped but definitely not spacious. Tight bathroom and bottom of door was peeling. Beds and pillows comfy enough. Huge TV and mini fridge were good but ONE microwave per floor in the elevator lobby? Never seen that at a hotel of this reported level. Warm cookies always appreciated but limited handicapped parking in favor of Hilton Honors Diamond Parking? I parked there anyway, informing the front desk. And the hotel shuttle parking in front of the accessible curb cutout/ramp at the front door was irritating. Just pull up 5'. Restaurant sandwich was pretty solid but overpriced. No draft beer - cans/bottles only.

Great property. Convenient to local airport. Rooms clean. Restaurant on premises offer decent meal options.

The room was not very clean (floors, tables). Shower head was loose and coffee maker didn’t work. Towels were not folded well in the bathroom and looked as if they had been used?

1st room was ok until it was time for time and I found nasty underwear under the blanket which was absurd disgusting at that time we had to have staff come up and look they switch our room but it was very uncomfortable unnecessary had they cleaned the room correctly it was late we were exhausted at that time had to pack up the 1st from with my child to move to another room

I wish the room was more updated and cleaner. There was hair all in my bathroom. It was a good stay though

After the pool I came back to the room to take a shower and wash my hair. I went to put a towel down in the shower and found several pubic hairs in the shower like the shower didn’t get cleaned today. That turned me off completely and I left the hotel. There were also some dirty spots on the pillow

When I arrived in my room, I found that the maid had not removed the takeout from the refrigerator of the last guest. Also, the toilet seat was very loose, and someone could easily fallen on the floor. I was hungry so I went down to the front desk and let them know, then i had dinner in the hotel restaurant. When I went back to my room about 45 min later, everything was taken care of. Great service.

The room was spotless. The bed and pillows extremely comfortable. Front desk people were very nice. Very convenient location to the airport.

First room the floor was sticky so they changed us to a room a few doors up. Was better. The property is an older holiday in that was updated. But those rarely do much more than new carpet, furniture updates and freshening up the decor. The plumbing is still 40+ years old. Sink and tub did not drain well. It was just a night but the hotel in new clothes still has some bad knees… on the upside the cookies are tasty!

The AC never cooled down. It was set at 75 when we checked in we returned it all the way down and when we checked out, it was 74. N

Nice lobby. Bathroom very small-the bathroom door almost hit toilet seat when opened. Large gap when closing door -you can see hallway from inside the room. Bed fairly comfortable. Rooms felt a bit dated. Conveniently located to airport. Very average.

The walls are thin. We changed room because the person in the next room sounded so loud having an extended phone conversation. The front desk did accommodate us.

This is an older property - staff was great - furniture needs updating - chair in room was comfortable but worn - bathroom needs updating - lighting fixtures are basic - need charging docks. Beds were comfortable and tons of pillows. Had a great time in the bar/restaurant.

We had a great time at the restaurant. Staff was wonderful, room was clean. But in room 307 the A/C unit sounds like a like a plane was in the room.

I would avoid this hotel. First, my plane ran late and even though I called to inform them of my very late arrival, they still marked my reservation as a no show. They were still able to provide a room which I was grateful for but I’ve never had that experience at a hotel before. Nothing in the room worked. The phone and AC were broken. It was very hot and humid in the room the entire time which interrupted my sleep. The bed was uncomfortable. The shower knob malfunctioned and it took at least 5 minutes to get the water to turn off. The lighting in the room and bathroom was incredibly dark. I could barely see myself in the bathroom mirror. There are many apology signs around the hotel about apparent remodeling and kitchen equipment malfunctions. Even though there was almost nothing on the breakfast bar but fruit and cold cereal, they were still charging $16. It also took me almost 30 minutes to get the WiFi connected on my phone. One elevator was down and the other one was shaky. I wound up taking the stairs instead. On a positive note, the front desk folks and the shuttle drivers were quite friendly. This was a very frustrating and uncomfortable stay, especially after a very delayed plane trip. I will not stay there again. Seems to be a poorly managed property. Definitely not worth the cost.

Stayed at this property during the Microsoft / CrowdStrike issue. The staff and personnel was so helpful getting around to help us get to our rooms, as the key programmer was not working!! Merci beaucoup!

Overall I was very happy with our stay. My daughter forgot her toothbrush and the hotel sent one right up to our room after I texted the request. It was fairly quiet and we slept great.

The front desk staff have terrible customer service skills. They really do the Hilton name a disservice. They ignored waiting guests, acted annoyed to have to check people in, were not willing to even attempt accommodating guests saying they were far too busy (there were only 2 people in the lobby and the phone was not ringing - but questions were too much for the person behind the desk). And it smelled bad. Thankfully I only had to stay one night. The staff at the restaurant for dinner however were lovely! Very friendly and had great suggestions.

I didn’t like how I was checked into my room early in the day and after a day/night of being out was locked out of my room. An then having to go all the way back down stairs mind you I was assigned the last room on the 4th floor to be told I was never checked into the room and then the front desk attendant Abdel tried to charge my card again for the $60 deposit after I checked in when I got to this location at 3pm and my card was taken then,He gave me one key after every thing an I came down with both and so I had to go downstairs to get the other one because I was under the impression both keys were back in the holder. While going through this ordeal he was answering calls and then having to call staff on his phone to figure out what were they going to do infront of customers. also we had no tv remote in the room and the tv was unplugged, I tried to call the front desk from the phone in the room it didn’t work . I had to call from my personal phone and tell them about the phone and remote. The attendant Abdel said he would check an empty room and bring me one but they were sold out of rooms and nobody called or brought a remote to my room, around 10a the house keeper came knocking on the door continuously I told her the room is still occupied and then she asked me what time I was checking out and I felt unease and rushed

The front desk lady with the blond hair was very rude. I ended up talking with the office manager. I was moved to three rooms because the first two air conditioners were broken. The comforters and bed sheets were not clean. I asked for clean ones and they sent up sheets for me to make up the bed myself, which I did. They decided to redo the parking lots so parking was an inconvenience.

The same maid knocked on our door before 8 am and again at 9 am waking me both times. Check out wasn't until noon. The walls were thin as we could hear a child and mother yelling several times for over 2 hours. If not for the maid especially, the room and service would have been great.

Helpful and friendly staff

1. We started off on the wrong foot with check in. I had to wait for the check-in person to finish his very important conversation with his work buddy before he asked me what I needed. No friendly welcome may I help you? BTW that was Friday night around 8:30 pm. 2. When I couldn’t get into the room, I was told to “push harder”. He barely looked up from his phone and never made eye contact. It must have been terribly annoying for him. I had to actually use my body weight to push the door open. 3. My room had a thin connector door to the adjacent room and they were playing loud music videos. I returned to the front desk & asked for a better room. They told me they would call and ask the volume be turned down. After 10 minutes still loud. Now it’s after 9, I went back and insisted on a better room which I got after insisting, firmly. No negotiation. 4. free breakfast with booking? They were not even sure what time it was! When I got to breakfast I had to go and get a coupon. First time I ever had to ask for what was guaranteed. 5. Not sure why no microwaves in the rooms? 1 very cheap and old microwave per floor. 6.ice machine on 4th floor broken. Had to go to another floor to get ice. Curious how long that’s been broken. 7. Saturday and Sunday AM staff very pleasant, courteous, respectful, asking me if I had what I needed, smiled, made eye contact. 8. Not sure why my room, bathroom and bed was not made after my first night? 9. Won’t ever return there.

Very clean and comfortable. Close to the airport, but not so close that it was too noisy.

I liked that I could Park my Truck here and pay less than at the airport. I liked the convenience to dining and proximity to the airport.

I liked that it was right off the exit, making it easy to get to Bradley Airport

Close to Bears smoke house which we walked to for supper, quivk easy and yummy

Very convenient hotel near the airport. We always book here when our flight leaves early. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are updated. It has a lounge/restaurants on the premises as well as others to choose from near by.

Like - Courteous staff, shuttle to the airport, the chocolate chip cookie! Area around is OK, generic airport hotel cluster. Good value for money.

Front desk staff were amazing. Breakfast cafe was dirty, unkept and staff were not friendly or helpful.

Overall this hotel was good for our short trip. We booked here in part as there was breakfast included. However, it turns out there were ongoing issues with the kitchen and it was really a cold/take away items breakfast. According to a guest who had been there for days said there had not been hot breakfast at all during their stay. We were given no information on where the food was served or to be found either at check in or the next morning. So we had to go out and find something. The room overall was clean. The mini fridge did not work - it was plugged in just not running. Beds were comfortable and the space was quiet.

The buffet price is not accurate, its $18 pp not $15 as specified. Something like a generator/fan kicked on every morning like clock work around 6:30/7a.m. that woke me up daily. Hotel does not have transportation to/from airport all the time as specified, only when driver on staff. Was able to get a ride to the airport from hotel, but had to uber when landed. There was a rotten egg horrible smell in the hall way for a couple of days, very horrible. Was quite surprised by a Hilton. Most run down Hilton I've ever seen. The staff was fantastic & very helpful.

Updated and clean and the staff was pleasant and helpfully. Especially Cliff in the dining room. Great breakfast. Kids enjoyed the pool.

Late dining, excellent food (diner), wonderful staff. Server (young lady) and chef excellent! 1/25/23 10:30pm. Exactly what I ordered, custom, hot and tasty - shrimp was cooked to perfection. Server and chef in sync. Great team! Welcoming Team members at FD and host at restaurant.

It was a very nice stay at an affordable price, very convenient to BDL with transportation to and from the airport. Very friendly staff and our server in the Shade Restaurant was top notch!

Heavily disappointed in the breakfast. Was the typical fair you’d find at any other hotel but we were unaware it was ~$20 per person until after we had food on our plates as no staff were in sight and postage of said information was lacking.

Had an excellent stay. The hotel is clean and my room was nice. The complimentary cookie at check in was a surprise and a great touch. The bar and restaurant was super clutch since there really isn’t anything walking distance. Food was ok but it was nice to be able to watch a game and grab a drink. I would definitely stay again
