Ramada by Wyndham Altamonte Springs Near I-4

The staff was excellent. Room was clean, bed comfortable, breakfast was good, parking safe, clean with lots of light.

For the price- it was a good stay. Facility was old and the gym had broken equipment and no weights.

I highly recommend. Reasonably priced rooms. Updated rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Laundry machines available and clean. Front desk staff are amazing! Friendly, very polite and helpful. Thank you all so much for making my stay perfect. ❤️

Hotel is very clean and rooms are nice. The staff is also friendly and accommodating. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and have no complaints. The pool is beautiful. Both times we had rooms with a pool view.

The check-in process was very easy and we even got to pick which room we got to stay in which was a perk for us. Staff were helpful and communicative. The room was clean upon arrival, room smelled great and everything worked! We did have trouble with the temperature regulation in the room. 68 degrees was too cold but we were burning at 69 degrees. Also, all the of equipment in the gym did not work and there were no free weights so if you are wanting that I would pass or use a day pass at a local gym. Overall we were not in the room very much so it was fine for our trip.

Laundry facilities

The elevator needs serious attention. While it safely delivered us to our floor, it groaned and bounced unpleasantly.

Everything was Good except that i found two dead mini cockroaches in the bathroom

We discovered hair in the shower and dirty bed sheets in our room. When we requested a room change, the new room had the same issues.

Very reasonable rate. Staff was friendly. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was very clean, with unlimited hot water, and powerful showerhead. Nice selection of food for breakfast. Breakfast area was kept clean. Not sure what more you could ask for, in a hotel at this level.

Staff was nice and helpful. Rooms and lobby looked like they had been recently updated. Everything looked clean.

This property has a german roach investation. I had to switch room because the roaches were crawling on every surface including the bed.

They charge a daily cleaning fee, but they don't clean daily. There was a cockroach in my room, and the cleaner opened the door without knocking or warning, and he didn't even apologize.

Horrible disgusting odor;cockroaches in the room;smells like musky and used bed sheets and pillows leaving the impression that the hotel did not change or clean before my check in;Additionally bed sheets and towels had stains and odor that were unacceptable

Wad ok for the price paid. A continental breakfast. We saw a roach, what made the experience a bit awfull. It had a fridge and microwave in the room. What was useful. There are a lot of eating options around, what makes it a good spot.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It appears the rooms where renovated with last year or so as they had vinyl flooring vs. carpet and it appeared to be recently painted. Parking was plentiful and check-in was easy. Right off I-4 so very convenient to downtown Orlando and plenty of shopping and dining options nearby.

It was a older hotel in the elevators were a little scary. The room was remodeled but in the bathroom it felt like the spigot in the shower was coming off. I know I only paid $148 but I was going to a funeral and 148 is a lot. The lady at the desk was very nice and I believe she was the same lady when we were checking out as well. She was very helpful when we asked her questions and even gave us directions to the church we needed to get to.

Toast and waffles is not a breakfast. Loud and rowdy guests.

I stay here when I am passing thru Orlando. The rooms are always clean and the staff is amazing. They treat you very well and are helpful in every way. Gina is especially nice and provides great customer service.

The property was decent. I stayed with my family for the weekend. The first receptionist on arrival was extremely nice & pleasant. On our last day, I received an email from the hotel & it pretty much was for checkout, extending the time etc… I requested to pay the $25 fee until 1pm, an hour passed & it still said it was pending so I decided to call down & Ms. Gina answers, I explained the situation & she was telling me checkout was at 12pm if I wanted to stay longer, literally kept insisting checkout would be at 12pm also stating that there was no later checkout time - even after explaining I requested it online through the hotel… so I repeated that I requested to pay the $25 fee til 1pm & she said, oh well you have to come down & pay then. I asked if she ever got the request & she said no, so you have to come down & pay. Mind you, I screenshot it just in case so either the system is messed up or she didn’t bother to check. Now, it’s not what was said but how it was said, unnecessary attitude & speaking without listening. Aside from the encounter with Gina, the stay was good. Housekeeping young lady was extremely nice as well.

Gina greeted me with a big smile and a warm hello. She made check in smooth and easy. Gina communicated my room directions at ease.

Really enjoyed my stay. Very clean hotel. Staff was amazing. Location was the best. Lots of food choices nearby and close proximity to the highway. 20plus minutes from universal studios.

Had a good stay. Breakfast was good. Woman at the front desk was excellent, really looked out for guests. Bed was clean but my wife did see 2 roaches in the bathtub during the wee hours of the night. But otherwise it was a good stay.

Overall my stay was fantastic. Property looks a little rough on the outside however my room was clean and fresh. Very comfortable bed and shower accommodation. Staff overall friendly. Breakfast provided was small but decent.

The price is acceptale. The bathroom door wont lock. The breakfast wasnt good at all.

Weekend breakfast did not start until 7 am. Playing golf at 8 am made it hard to get anything. Coffee was not ready

The stay overall was not terrible, it could have been worse. The only thing I did not like about our stay was the cleanliness of our room upon arrival. Definitely could have been cleaner but you get what you pay for. Breakfast wasn’t ideal but atleast they had waffles.

Our thanks to Ms Gina (front desk staff). She made us feel welcome and provided us with amazing service. Her politeness at all times made us feel very comfortable. The room was clean and tidy. The housekeeping staff were very professional. The hotel breakfast was a major disappointment. The options were limited and the quality was subpar . We are coffee lovers : COFFEE WAS SUBPAR !!!!
