Meal at Omaha Steakhouse was expensive and not very good. Better to find a Texas Roadhouse or longhorn for half the price. 3 of the 4 elevators were down at some point during our stay. Extreme lines trying to get to our rooms and long waits trying to get down. Stairs door is locked on the 1st floor so taking stairs up was not an option. Someone finally propped the stairs door open.

The pool was so hot, no circulation the chemicals so strong you couldn't stay in pool area. The pool was 4ft deep at the deepest point. Not kid friendly hotel at all. But what was worst, the rooms were so hot.

Hotel Review: Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Amenities and Poor Maintenance I booked this hotel solely because it advertised an indoor pool, which was a key amenity I was looking for. I even confirmed it was operational before finalizing my reservation. However, upon arrival, I was extremely disappointed to find out that the pool was not in service for the entirety of my four-day stay. This was never communicated to me before check-in or at any point during my visit, despite me raising the issue with the front desk. I received no explanation, update, or effort at resolution from the management staff. Beyond that major issue, the hotel room itself was not up to standard. The door did not close properly, compromising both safety and comfort. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor, and the drain was clearly not functioning correctly, making it a hassle to use each day. My trip to Florida was heavily impacted by this experience. The main reason I booked this property was for the indoor pool, and not having access to it made the entire stay feel like a waste. Overnight stay. Good size pool and hot tub area that we were able to enjoy. Very comfortable bedding. Made to order hot breakfast. Very nice atrium area with plenty of comfortable seating and a nice restaurant/bar available.

Unfortunately, this hotel is under renovation. I think when the renovation is done, it will be very nice and be exceptional. However, there was no notice whatsoever that we would be coming to a hotel in the middle of construction. The entire place smelled like paint and fumes and chemicals, there were boards up everywhere we had to walk around, the elevators only one worked, and there were lines of people going up and down. It would have been nice to have some sort of notification that there was work in progress, however, there was none, and we found this out after we drove all day to the hotel, and checked in. As I said, when they finish the renovations, everything will look amazing. In the meantime, it seems fair that guest should know that there is construction before they just show up and find out that the hotel is an active construction site.

I love breakfast and happy hour. The seating area is very nice. The rooms are set up well and have everything we need. Very clean and easy to walk out to see lights nearby. Only thing I think could be improved was more ventilation in pool area. The chlorine burns your eyes after awhile.

Easy to find with plenty of free parking. There are several dining options within walking distance, we went to the Kia Center for NBA game and it was well placed with only a ten minute drive. We were able to check in early no problem and our suite was spacious with large Tv in living and bedroom. Lovelly l shaped sofa, microwave, sink and coffee/tea maker. Nice coffee bags decaf and regular provided. Bed very very comfortable and shower had great water pressure. Indoor pool nice temperature and very clean with a spa bath and towels also provided. Breakfast was fine some yoghurts and fresh fruit as well as hot food and bagels etc. I will stay again

This hotel is under construction, big plastic sheets up in the lobby and center of the hotel, the indoor pool was not usable because it is cold, and the restaurant was nice but closed early. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed.

I booked a king suite and was put in a two double bed room after being told they "oversold" king suites. There was hair in the bathtub and a cockroach in the bathroom - absolutely disgusting!!!!!! Front desk girls were nice and tried to be helpful but there's no resolution to this other than a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE

First of all, great breakfast. Super clean hotel. Easy to check in. Very spacious room. I wish I could have stayed longer. I was there for work but I will definitely come back for pleasure trips to the area. Great value.

The main areas are nice but when we checked into the room we immediately smelled mold. They gave us an option to try another room but it had the same smell. We had a dinner reservation that we had to get to so we unloaded our stuff, lowered the AC to try and help the smell (thinking it just needed to be aired out) we got back late and the room smelled the same. We had our two young daughters and couldn’t leave to another place that late. The next morning we all woke up with coughs. My husband checked the ac vents and they were COVERED in black mold! We told the front desk and they gave us a refund of the rest of our stay but still charged us for the night we stayed. On top of that, we paid for a balcony room and there was no actual balcony and the sliders don’t actually open! The room was dated, things rusty, and extremely dangerous with the mold in the vents

The listing never said it was under construction. The entire center of the hotel was under construction, apparently since covid. The area was not covered, therefore, there was dust and dirt everywhere! The elevators were filthy. Everything you touched was dusty. The rooms smelled and it felt like you were breathing in dust. We stayed one night because we arrived near midnight and my kids were exhausted but left first thing in the morning. People must cancel all the time because they didnt even question why we only wanted to stay one night vs 5 booked. The vending machines for water weren’t even working so the front desk had to provide me some, after trying 3 different machines. The hotel has potential but they need to advise the very heavy construction.

The whole hotel was a mess due to renovations that we knew nothing about, our room was not clean, there was pee on the toilet seat when we arrived, and the shower hardly worked. It would have been nice to know that we were staying in a construction zone.

There were bugs in the rooms, bathroom had mildew smell, dog barking the entire time of our stay. Breakfast server served me bacon that looked like it was a week old. Gym was adequate but subar based on other hotels I've frequesnted. I've been to other Embassy Suites and had a much better experience, I believe this property is just old and in need of drastic overhaul in thier accomodations and facilities.

Our room was beautiful, clean and cozy! Customer service was amazing! My only issues was a few of our outlets were unusable so two large corners of the room were unable to be lit, or provide adequate usage of charging our mobile devices during the stay. The mattress on the pullout sofa bed was also a bit worn for wear, not the comfiest or the cleanest so we needed to double wrap it with extra sheets before sleeping.

The lobby is very pretty, but the rooms are such a bubble buster. Teeny, tiny bathrooms, rust, a freezer that our items got stuck in and couldn't remove at checkout, disappointing television service. You can't even connect an HDMI to watch your own stuff from your laptop. They close off the lounge and pool after a certain time, so if you need to take a break from your room after that's closed, or you're a night owl, this isn't the place for you. We needed extra bedding for our baby to sleep on the floor in our room. They said they didn't have any, so we went out and bought a crib mattress from Target instead. It looks like a luxury hotel, but it's a shallow experience. Once you get in, you realize it's not very deep. The staff is very friendly. We didn't get to experience the breakfast because it was so crowded every morning. The couch was too firm, the carpet felt dirty.

The hotel room really was a suite, quite big and the beds were really good. The hotel is nicely set-up with the kind of courtyard. Not good was that you could hear the traffic noise from the interstate. I have hoped for better windows. And not really a biggie just mentioning it, both evenings we can “home” at 9 pm, the bar was closed. After all we would chose it again, may be on the other quieter side of the building.

The hotel rooms are very old. The attached pics show it clearly. When we first walked into our room, it had a very strong smell of chemicals or cleaning products, not sure. The bathroom is maybe 6'7" in height max (very claustrophobic for tall people) and the tiny beds with the super thick blanket doens't make for a good nights sleep.

First off. Yes, it did say it was under renovations, (Just a heads up, it’s a lot of renovations, the hotel is all torn up) and they stated SOME rooms would be affected by this. But I wasn’t expecting when I got to check in to check into my balcony room which I paid more for and i was told that all the balcony rooms have been closed due to the renovation. They should state that when making a reservation that balconies will be closed and they should not be charging more for a balcony if you can’t get any use out of it. If I would’ve known all the balcony rooms were not balcony rooms as of now, I would’ve definitely not made a reservation here. I specifically wanted a room with a balcony. That’s why I booked this hotel. The walls are very thin, the room next to me had there tv on all night long, and I could hear it clear as day, and it kept me up for most of the night. Just be aware if you book this hotel, as of right now, the pictures they are showing are NOT what the hotel looks like. It’s really torn apart.

Front Desk Attendant was rude, argued that I didn’t have 2 rooms reserved when I did, showed her the booking from hotels.com app she still said I didn’t also over charged for the rooms compared to what it said on my reservation, the manger was not helpful at all just stood there and allowed her to be rude. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience

Nate was very polite when I arrived on-time but there were "no rooms available" and I had to wait over an hour to check in. When I finally got a phone call telling me to come back to the front desk, I requested a late checkout in exchange. I was RUDELY informed by Kisha that that was not allowed. It ruined an otherwise perfectly normal glitch.

Overall very good except the check in. Shasha needs re-trained. Very slow, rude & arrogant. Had 3 reservations & she could not get them straight. Checked me in the wrong room. After I caught her mistake she had to start over after 10 minutes. Charged my charge card 3 time for incidentals for 1 room? In the middle of this an other customer came up to the dest & was upset.Told Shasha the keys she just gave him didn't work & he couldn't get into his room. Was a mess until another employee made corrections. After dealing with Shasha everything was beautiful.

The communication between the alleged hotel management and parent company is by far the worst I’ve ever seen. This hotel has caused constant problems and went as far as mailing me a “free night stay” certificate for a stay I had with them months ago that also gave me issues. When attempting to redeem the certificate I called a month in advance stating I planned on using it and also pay to add an additional night. The free and paid days were randomly selected by the representatives according to the dates I inquired about. They called the front desk to confirm and I was told everything would be okay and all I had to do was show up and bring the certificate to ensure the free night was covered. When I arrive a month later I am told the certificate cannot be redeemed due to “blackout” days and there was no possible way to move the prepaid day to the blackout day and redeem the certificate on the following. Mind you they knew about A MONTH IN ADVANCE. They had over 30 days figure this out or note that a certificate cannot be redeemed on a “blackout” day. They just inconvenience you and don’t even remotely try to help you. Just give you another number to call just to again tell you they can’t help you. Legit the worst system possible.

Upon checking in, I must say that our front desk receptionist named Nathan was helpful, courteous, and provided us with excellent customer service! He went above and beyond to make sure that my elderly Aunt was placed in a room a few doors down from our hotel suite. We were all extremely happy and satisfied with everything that he provided. Thank you Nathan for your outstanding customer service, professionalism, and concern for others.

Awesomeness! grand breakfast(Anthony is the Goat), nice evening free cocktails, couch a little stiff, workout equipment lame and busted, pool crowded at times 11a4p sweetspot, close to all all sorts of eats!(5 minute walk) Grand lake view and walkabout! Easy access to i4, Will definitely stay there again:)

Amazing staff and great establishment. The guy behind the omelet bar in the morning makes your day with his positive vibes. And the bar tender Nate at the restaurant "Omaha steaks" inside the hotel is a great guy and makes a mean cocktail! Nice park to walk and enjoy too and enjoy the beautiful weather. Will definitely stay again

Overall nice stay. Wish they would change the food during the mornings. We stayed here a few weeks ago and ate the breakfast and my kiddos and my self didn't feel so good after eating it. When we stayed again this time they served the same exact stuff. We didn't eat it and just went out.
