Smells clean. Looks clean. Comfortable beds. Low price. Right off I 4 - close to Leu Garden area where we went to for an event. Indoor Pool and Hot tub to play or relax. Breakfast had a bit of something for everyone.

The first night, there was no hot water. It was barely warm. Then we lost power around 8 pm. I know that's not the hotel's fault. We were dealing with Milton coming ashore that evening. But there was no communication about it at all. I checked out the following day. Still no power and no word. The bed was hard but the pillows were good quality and comfortable. The room was clean enough but not laid out well. There was a nice big sofa sleeper but you couldn't view the TV sitting on the sofa comfortably. You had to be sitting on the bed to see the TV well. I won't stay at this particular hotel again.

We loved the people very friendly and helpful! We loved the breakfast food and variety The rooms were very clean and big and loved having the sitting area It was nice having an indoor pool and jacuzzi! Christina and Mark were awesome!

The staff is super nice, kind, and accommodating. This hotel is very old and pretty worn down though. I am not sure why it has such high reviews. Our room smelled so musty and the a/c did not work. They were very helpful and gave us another which smelled better and the a/c worked. The rooms were fine and beds were comfortable. I am sure it is nice enough and passes the standard but we had stayed at a new hotel near the airport and so it was a big contrast. The hallways are so dark!! and the elevator was a bit eery and creepy. Loved the staff but wouldn't stay here again.

No restaurant or bar. And - breakfast was over at 9:30 am even on weekends and at 9:31 most food AND the coffee station are being taken down. Would love coffee to stay up a bit longer!! The staff, however is very friendly

This has to be the cleanest place I have ever stayed in the US and I’m a US citizen. Usually I bring in my container of disinfecting wipes to clean the floor and shower walls. This place was spotless and I’m including in the corners and the base of the floors. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. I may just limit all my vacations to Altamonte Springs. 😀

Great Customer Service. The rooms were very nice and clean. We travel to Orlando a few times throughout the year and will make this Hotel our “go to” stay Hotel when we’re in Orlando.

Room had a mild smell of mold and felt stuffy. Also sheets were dirty in one of the bed. Brought it to the attention of the night time manager. After a long day and flight, it is unfortunate that what it is advertised it’s not what you actually paying for. Very disappointed with my night stay!!

The guy that checked mw in was super nice and accomodated my request to be near the elevator. Breakfast did have choices and the quiche was very tasty. The toliets sit low and updating the AC units would be a nice upgrade. Only atayed one night and it was comfortable enough.

Immaculate property! Clean, great room, nice comfy bed - stayed in a king suite with a sofa bed separated by a partial room divider. High tech flat screens in both areas. Bathroom spacious and well lit. Room rug seems newer. Good a/c. Quiet. Hospitable staff and service. Enjoyed a good breakfast with many options.

The checkin receptionist was so sweet and helpful. Just an fyi.. the pullout sofa did not open all the way because there was no room to take it out all the way since the bed was there. it overlapped to the bed a few inches which was not safe . I think the location of the sofa needs to be changed. The breakfast was good and like i said the receptionist at checkin was very helpful and kind.

Weekend stay. The room is spacious and comfortable. The grounds were clean, the room was clean. Breakfast was good and the coffee is great. I would stay here again. We came to visit Harry Leu gardens so it wasn’t far from that for us.

Everything was great . I wanted to stay an extra night to visit relatives in area but the rate was double, even with wife being a BonVoy member and me being prior military, Vietnam Era Vet…but service was excellent, rooms clean and roomy…

Rooms seemed cramped. Hard to see tv from the bed. One tv for sitting area and bedroom and couldn’t turn it directions. Hair dryer was broke and had to go downstairs to get a new one.

Mark at the desk was awesome. He was friendly, welcoming and professional. Housekeeper had a language issue; she did not do the sofa bed intentionally after I requested it, after three nights on a row; the only low point of our stay. Breakfast was adequate. Might be back in the near future.

They checked someone else in to my room that was reserved under my name and charged my card that was already on file from my reservation. I went to my assigned room who already had someone in it. Now I have 2 charges on card one is supposed to fall off but this is concerning that this happened in the 1st place. When I went to check out there was another person who had been doubled charged too.

My husband and I were here for Christmas, we stayed for 2 nights, we like how clean and comfortable our room was! People in front desk were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was okay, they didn’t have any fresh fruit. I enjoyed everything else! I definitely will book it again Carmen!

Get a new toaster for breakfast! The lighting in the room was not great. Mark did a great job checking us in and taking care of our senior needs. The rest of the front desk staff were very good. The breakfast workers were also very good. There was a good breakfast selection.

The staff were very pleasant and welcoming, they made sure you had everything you needed and greeted you every time you entered the building. Their complementary breakfast was amazing they had a good variety of foods. Check in and checkout was a breeze. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area
