Staff was great - everyone we interacted with was friendly and pleasant, happy and smiling. But the property itself - sad to say for a Courtyard, the Marriott family, is on its way to being a run-down motel if they don't make some changes.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I saw a few people with dogs on leashes in the lobby so I assume that the hotel welcomed pets. The hotel is about 1.5 miles from LECOM Park and 3.2 miles from Pirate City. This hotel is a good choice for Pirates or Mauraders fans.
